"The thirteenth heirarchical city of what? Novus Orbis Librarium? I don't know what your talking about, piss off" Ragna had been at this all day and he seemed to be getting nowhere. No matter where he went and asked no one had heard of Kagutsuchi, and Ragna had started to get annoyed of hearing the same answer over and over again, and this guy had been the straw that broke the camel's back. Ragna snapped and grabbed the guy by his shirt
"Y,know you're like the fifteenth person that's told me that and it's starting to piss me off!"

Ragna yelled not knowing the attention he was drawing to himself. "Hey take it easy man, I've never heard of the thirteenth Heirarchical city of Kagutsuchi or the Novis Orbis Librarium I swear!"

Ragna realized he was telling the truth and let go of the guy only to notice everyone staring at him "and what the hell are you all staring at!?" Ragna yelled. Everyone quickly went about their business afraid of what the white haired man might do if he got angrier, it was clear he wouldn't get any answers from the townspeople "what a pain, I'll have to get the authorities attention" Ragna had to look for the person in charge of this city and ask them. Ragna stopped another person on the road "Who's in charge here?"

Curious to see how things have changed since Chloe took over the land, Aminee was visiting Jherrazad for the second time. The place seemed a lot more peaceful when she weren't infiltrating the place with a group and one person in particular in that group drew a knife on her but there were no hard feelings between Utena and herself. The only thing that hurt was finding out that they have been played. It seemed even a power such as the angel of death will lie and use people if they were desperate enough to be free.

Aminee suddenly jumped when she felt a male hand on her shoulder, instinctively reaching for her gun but turned around just in time to see that the man wasn't posing a threat and was just asking a simple question. Releasing the hold on her gun's handle from her jacket, Aminee returned both hands to her sides and replied. "That would be Empress Chloe. Why?"
