Miracle noticed her slip up. Mentioning the Arashi in front of the boy who had no idea what they were, little did he know however that he was one of the few lucky ones. She may not have lost her faith in the presence of the Second Aspect like many would have in such a dier situation but it certainly has changed her. Changed her in ways she only felt comfortable talking to Solomon about. Snapping out of it the High Priestess told herself that Jaden would have found out sooner or later. May as well be from the prime victims of the Arashi's trek through Jherra.

"Neither good nor evil. The Arashi are a trio of deities who work under the command of God. So far we have only seen the one called Aper. A direct servant of Lord Yahweh's will. I've only heard stories of the other two."

And neither one granted as much comfort as the Second Aspect did.

[The Supreme King]

Neither good or evil? That stuck Jaden as odd. How could they not be one or the other? Lord Yahweh. Something about that name stuck him as odd. He couldn’t quite place it and like most things he really didn’t care to think to long on it. He dismissed it with a shrug.

His face did take a puzzled look however as he thought about her statement. ”So what exactly do they do?” he asked pausing thinking that might be a bad wording. ”I mean what exactly is their purpose? They gotta be after something right?” he asked. What they were after should be the deciding factor on which weither they were good or bad.

Jaden doubted that he would get the chance to test one of them. He still believed the truth always came out between opponents of equal strength.

Miracle pondered on whether or not she should disclose any further information on the Arashi's goals. Second guessing herself was something else that came about after the incident in Aircano but finally decided that there was no better place to hear about their goals than from followers of Lord Yahweh. Someone else could potentially try to bend the truth and only confuse the young boy further.

"They wish to restore the imbalance currently present in the universe. The first bring warning, the second come in an attempt to purge the imbalance and if all else fails the third comes to destroy everything so creation can be renewed. We are currently in the stages of trying to correct the imbalance so the third, more extreme, option available to the Arashi will not have to be acted upon."

Jaden noticed her hesitation. It was something he might have overlooked a while back, then again he was always looking to lend a hand. He was just about to ask if she was okay when she seemed to snap out of it and answer the question. He perked up as Winged Kuriboh appeared beside him. An imbalance. He really didn’t like the sound of that. ”Kuriiii.” it said as Jaden gave a small nod. ”You said it pal.” he said as it voiced his concern.

Jaden didn’t want to ask the next question. He thought he already had an answer, but he had to know for certain. If it was something else anything. He readied himself for it as he slowly looked at her. ”And how exactly do they go about correcting this imbalance? What causes it?” he asked as his heart was already telling him the answer to it.

Miracle frowned when she thought about the answer, wishing that Jaden hasn't asked her that but now that it was asked the High Priestess wouldn't lie. The High Priestess could never lie no matter how harsh the truth was.

"The imbalance is caused by travelers from different worlds like yourself. The Arashi intended on 'killing' these people to restore the balance and destroy the tower so it couldn't be used as a gateway. Please, do not worry. It is not our intent to kill you. We're currently looking for another way."

But God have mercy on them all if there wasn't one

Jaden’s face fell a little. He hadn’t wanted to be right. He hadn’t wanted that answer, but somehow he had known that would be the one he would get. It turned to anger in a flash. What right did they have to think they could pick who lived and who died. His fist clenched. At least she didn’t agree with them. That was a small thing to be thankful for.

Although if Jaden though about it he probably wouldn’t be here right now if they did. ”What gives them the right?” Jaden asked his eyes flashing suddenly, almost dangerously in fact, first to a golden yellow, then to the red and green back to their usual brown. Jaden had heard that they were under this might person’s command.

”Theres always a better way than that.” he said. He would find a way to take them down. He and his pals wouldn’t let them continue doing that anymore. ”I guess me and my pals will have to find them and take em down.” he said. And just like that the serious Jaden was gone replaced by the more carefree Jaden once again. ”So I guess they’re the big thing going on here aren’t they?” he asked.

Miracle watched Jaden's reaction. How quickly sorrow transformed into anger. She feared where it would lead. Miracle looked to the clenched fist and when he spoke again, looked up into his eyes just in time to see them flash and change color. It intrigued Miracle to see his eyes change colors in such a way. Was that normal for people in his world? The young High Priestess was driven out of her curious nature however when Jaden said the last thing she expected to hear from the boy.

”I guess me and my pals will have to find them and take em down.”

Miracle's eyes immediately widened and she grabbed his wrist, a look of urgency clearly in her violet eyes as she pleaded with him.

"Please! You mustn't seek them out. Promise me you won't."

Jaden just gave her a smile. She was worrying about the wrong person it seemed. ”It’s all good bro.” he said calling her that even though she was a girl. He and his pals had probably taken down way more freaky stuff then these guys, whoever they were.

His carefree nature had kicked in. ”I’m sure we can take him. We’ve dealt with some pretty big things back where we come from as well.” he said grinning. However that still didn’t seem to dissuade her, but he wasn’t about to back down either. He looked her in the eyes. ”Look. I want to help people.” he said.

”My friends and I have already faced incredible trails. And right now we can do something to stop them from taking lifes. To stop them from destroying others lifes.” he said his serious said back as memories of that alternate dimension crept in. Where everything had been destroyed and the people sent into hiding.

”And if we have that chance we’re going to take it.” he said as Winged Kuriboh appeared beside him. ”Kurri.” it said nodding to agree with him. Yubel appeared so that only Miracle would be able to see and hear her. A demon in every sense of the word. ”Hes a stubborn idiot.” she said as her face softened a bit. ”But I’ll make sure he doesn’t die.” she told Miracle. After all someone had to watch out for him.

Miracle placed a hand on her arm and turned her head away with a frown. Jaden didn't seem to fully grasp the severity of the situation and the High Priestess didn't know how to explain it in a matter that he could understand. The Arashi was hard enough for her mind to grasp, let alone to explain to others be them from outer worlds or this one. Her violet eyes noticed Yubel, causing her to slightly jump but she calmed herself and smiled at her words.

"Thank you."

Said Miracle quietly. Looking back to Jaden as her frown evaporated but no smile appeared on her lips just yet.

"You won't have to worry about the one we fought in Aircano. He... self-destructed in the aftermath of our fight."

The young High Priestess, without looking, pointed to the position of the second sun in the sky.

"He now watches over this city in the form of a second sun in the sky. I've yet to meet his kin but from what we understand of the Arashi they are boundless. They act through limitless power."

If Aper weren't already a devoted servant of Yahweh he could have been a god in his own right. Miracle shuddered to think what he would have been like without his faith in God.

Miracle hadn’t known Jaden long so there was no way she could know that’s just how he was. He had always tended to act first and think later. Especially if it was to help others. He would put that over his own well being any day and had done so on several occasions, but he never lost that light of his. Not since the first time he had lost it.

A light that you were meant to enjoy life, even if that meant you were hanging on by the last of strength in you and you never looked at the bad side of things. These were things Miracle couldn’t know about Jaden at first glance. He really did wish to help others despite the trouble it might cause him. And it had gotten him in trouble on more than one occasion.

Yubel give Miracle a small nod. Of course she wasn’t going to let him die. It was her mission to protect him. Even if he did get in more trouble then she would like. His eyes trailed to the second sun in the sky as he took it in. A small grin appeared on his face. ”Hey at least now people can get a tan whenever they want.” he said once again looking on the bright side of things, not that he couldn’t be serious as she had seen just moments ago.

But that was Jaden for you. Serious one moment making jokes the very next moment. ”Limitless power.” Jaden mused out loud not really questioning it. His own source of power from what he understood had quite a bit of backing to it, and he was determined to use it for the better as opposed to worse. He eyed the second sun for a bit. Still that was impressive, but he was sure he and his friends could handle it.

”So I take it thats the major thing happening right now?” he asked. He was a bit hungry, but he wasn’t about to tell her that. If she offered though she would find he was more than willingly to eat. ”Do you know where would be a good place to stay?” he asked. He would need that as well.
