Nice place, but it can be better (Ash)

A private jet black as night made its way into Xanarnis' airspace and was clear to land after confirmation from the pilot, coming down to a helipad that was all prepared for its landing as the jet came to a stop after touching the ground and the side door was lowered. Chairman Carari Grey stepped out with security surrounding her as always and being escorted from the airport to City Hall where the President of the Republic was already expecting her.

She and her security made their way inside City Hall and up to the floor the President's office was on, her people waiting outside with Xanarnis' own security and the President's personal assistant who was behind her desk to the left-hand side of the room, and stepped through the doors that led into the oval office.

“Madam President. Carari Grey. It is a pleasure to finally meet you in person.”

Carari Grey smiled and extended her hand over the desk to shake Ashley's hand from her chair.

[Ashley]

Ashley looked up from her seat and stared at the hand stretched out over her table, feet set up on the top of the desk with the right one crossed over the left as the President opt not to shake her hand. Instead she leaned back in her seat with her arms behind her head now and went straight to business.

"Ms. Grey. You said you have a business proposal for me? Let's hear it."

[Ayen]

"Ms. Grey. You said you have a business proposal for me? Let's hear it."

“Right to business. I like it.”

Carari pulled out a chair and sat down across from Ashley's desk before continuing,

“I'll cut to the chase, your city has the unique luxury of being the only city in Elim currently discovered that has technology advancement. Putting you right up there with the likes of Isafaro, Kari, Jherrazad and Moon Valley. Everywhere else on Elim can't hold a candle to you, how'd you like to double that? It's my hope that I can make Carari Incorporated a multinational corporation on Genesis and to do that I need your help, I need the help of nation leaders who want to be more than just a place where the occasional battle happens. With your permission I'd like to build a branch of Carari Incorporated right here in Xanarnis, your Republic. But I wouldn't just take from you I'd give back...

“Imagine a studio for everything you can think of to be made. Movies, television, virtual reality games, music, radio and much, much more than that. Imagine an arena that can host concerts, sporting events and anything else you can think of. And imagine your very own Football team. I could make all of that happen for you and much more, all you have to do is sign some papers and give me permission to build in your city.”
