It just occurred to me that my character Celty has nothing tying her down in the story. While usually I don't mind this, I keep getting this loose feeling when I think about things I might have her do. I'm not planning for her to become an extremely major character, but she needs a place in the story, and at this moment, she doesn't have one. After all, she doesn't know much about the problems that surround Genesis, and is mostly along for the ride, not really knowing what she's supposed to do. In fact, the only thing keeping her in the world of Genesis in the first place is the fact she's searching for her head.
So I came to the conclusion that in order to give her a purpose or goal that allows her to be more involved in the story (and not just follow along), it would be best if an already existing character is in possession of her head.
It looks like this:
So, free head, anyone? It comes with it's own jar~ And if you have it, you can use it to force Celty to do your bidding much like one can do with Davey Jones' heart from Pirates of the Caribbean.

I had the same thought, lol.
And I'd take it for Nicodemus, if you don't mind waiting till he's finished.

He's a half demon spellsword who commands legions of undead and demons on his homeworld, and who has arrived on Genesis to start seeking a new power base. Eventually, he may reclaim that former honor and decency he held as High King of his home country, but I'm undecided on that part.
