They had survived hell but the damage has been done regardless. Kragen looked into the rear view mirror to take in the destruction going on behind them as they entered one of the many districts founded in Isafaro with their new leader Imai Katayo hanging on for dear life on the hood. Parking near an alleyway Kragen got out to check up on Imai and allow everyone some breathing room before they continued onward. Imai would have to lead the way from here on out as she was the only one between them that knew where the rebel base was, but first they'd have to make sure they weren't being follow. "How you holding up?" he asked Imai.

Of all the things Isafaro has done Garrus couldn't disagree with their course of action in this situation. There was no absolute right or wrong answer. There was no way to distinguish between the innocent and infected and better to cut off the foot than let the whole body fall. The archangel got out of the car after Kragen to also check up on their new commander. In a lot of ways she reminded him of Commander Shepard while having her own unique style. It was uncanny the similarities he could see between this world and his own. Garrus Vakarian Where do we go from here?

She was able to hear them halfway across Jherra all the way in Moon Valley. The cries of the innocent calling out for a savior as they were amongst people brought to the brink of insanity by some unknown viral outbreak. Some of those calls would not go unheard as Kara switched to her costume and flew all the way to the dictatorship of Isafaro, appearing mere seconds before the fire and getting out as many people as her superhuman speed while in mid-flight would allow her to carry. Spotting three other people down before Superwoman thought she would drop these civilians off here. The moment their feet touched the ground they were quick to hightail it, running down the street and never looking back as Superwoman just let out a weak smile. She was hoping for at least a thank you but knew deep down she would have to get used to this being a thankless job. Turning her head to the right, Kara now faced the other three people and waved at them. "Hi."

Imai was finally given the chance to breathe when the vehicle came to a stop. Isafaro would be able to rebuild but the lives lost in that fire would be eternal. Placing a hand on her forehead she rubbed it lightly while Kragen and Garrus spoke to her.
“I’ll live but they aren’t getting off that easy---”
Imai looked up just in time to see Superwoman waving towards them.
“You guys can see the woman in tights too right?”

"Yes." Kragen took a step forward and drew the HK 45, aiming it towards the unknown figure in red and blue. This was easily the strangest thing the ex-soldier has come to witness and keeping in mind that him and the others just got out of a survivor horror type of situation that was saying a lot. "Identify yourself."

Kara smiled in response at what Imai said. Finding the reaction amusing and the girl had to admit that it definitely wasn't everyday you saw a person in tights like her flying around without any wings. That smile was soon turned upside down however when the man in the gas mask pointed a gun at her. Here she was trying to do the right thing and help people and somebody once again wanted to give her a hard time over it. It was disheartening but Kara didn't let that frown remain on her face for very long. "You can put that away I'm not going to hurt you. I don't have an official name yet but people call me Superwoman and you're welcomed to do the same."

Garrus Vakarian Super Woman? Garrus took this time to examine the girl. Her costume was bright and distracting, the suit itself looked to be made out of leather and the cape easy to tear. None of it looked to offer her any advantages in a fight or any protection and only served as one big giant eye sore. He turned his head back to Imai worried that lingering here for too long would bring them back at the mercy of more Isafaro troops. Garrus Vakarian We should head out. It's not safe to stay out in the open like this.

Lack of response. It suggested to Kragen that there was more to this girl than met the eye. He looked back to Garrus when he spoke and he agreed. Just one thing. "What about the girl?"

“Are you for real? You look ridiculous in that costume.”
Imai got off of the hood of the vehicle and headed over to the driver’s seat. Garrus was right, while The Crimson Vulture would no doubt be busy with clean-up and preparing for the war against Crystal City and Jherrazad it still wasn’t a good job to stand idly by for too near the scene. Imai still had to get both Kragen and Garrus to the resistance base so they can talk business. As for the blond….
“Not my problem. Come on, you two.”

Kara smiled and nodded at Garrus. "Un huh! Although they put it together as one word so the W isn't capitalized." Her attention suddenly went back to Kragen when he addressed the woman by the G word. "Hey! I'm not a girl!" Kara gave the man a stern look while putting her hands on her hips, that look washed away soon however as Imai noted how ridiculous her costume looked. Kara gave it another look over and having sewn it herself she wasn't exactly the most unbias source out there for the outfit. "I don't know I think I look pretty good." Once her eyes left the costume she looked at the others just in time to hear that Imai planned to blow her off. Well this was certainly a rude group. "Hey! I could help you guys. I just saved people from that burning district over there doesn't that mean anything to you?"

'Not my problem' Kragen would have to remember that one. The ex-soldier turned away from the woman in tights and without exchanging another word or glance, headed back to the car and opened up the passenger side for him to get in. Garrus would have to ride in the backseat this time around. The woman that flew in reminded him of an iconic superhero back in his own reality and that's when he started to wonder whether or not it was more than just a mere coincidence.

Through the years Garrus has learned how to detect deceit through tone of voice and body language. There was always something to be found even by the most expert of liars and in his line of work you really needed to know who to trust and who to not. And this turian could detect nothing in Superwoman to make him believe she was a threat to them in any way but at the same time he wasn't seeing very much that could help them out in the long run either. At the end of the day it was Imai's decision and Garrus would respect that, now heading to the back of their "borrowed" vehicle and stepping inside of it so they could depart.

The roars of the car engine started up just in time to drown Superwoman out as it was now ready to go. Imai stuck her head out the car’s window and looked over to the offended blond in red and blue.
“Go home, kid. Isafaro isn’t the place to play hero.”
Sticking her head back into the car and buckling up Imai placed her foot down on the gas pedal and started to head out.

"Play hero?" Kara positioned herself right in front of the vehicle and before it could even get moving it would come to an abrupt stop when Kara's hands slammed into the hood. The force lifted the back end of the vehicle up off the ground while the impact against the hood left it rendered useless and now that she had their attention Kara normally peaceful blue eyes were fueled with anger as they narrowed over the woman that had treated her like a kid since arriving. "You think I'm treating this like some game? Well I'm not! I know how serious this is. I hear them too! The citizens from all around the world who cry out in agony and I never once thought it was just some game!" Kara placed her hands off the hood, allowing the back end of the car to drop back down on the ground as she backed away. "I heard the people screaming in that fire and came to see how many lives I could spare not how many points I could score."

Instinct on behalf of the ex-soldier raised the HK 45 in his hands and aimed it towards the head of Superwoman but didn't want to risk a point blank shot when there was a chance it could backfire against something strong enough to do this to a car. Caution would inevitably pay off as the woman released the vehicle they were in and walked away. Kragen turned his head over to Imai to see what her next move would be.
