June was, suffice to say, shocked. One of her best friends could fly! When did this happen? Had she been asleep during some major freak accident that gave some people she knew superpowers or what? June was unable to say anything as it was muffled out by Kara’s hand so for now she just remained calm while being on the ledge of the rooftop. |

"I'm losing my mind."
Luckily enough for both of them it never occurred to Utena's to look up. Turning away from where she heard the voices she continued on her path to the mountains, trying hard to convince herself that once she had some alone quiet time with herself things would start to piece itself back together, or at least, she would stop hearing voices. If Utena heard anymore voices she would just walk faster and faster until she didn't hear anything at all. Soon, to the two standing on the roof, Utena would start to look like a tiny little ant before fading away in the distance. That what she felt like too. A tiny, little, ant.

Kara let out a sigh of relief while Utena turned around and started to disappear out into the mountains. Lifting off of the rooftop Kara set both herself and June back down on the ground and let her go so the two of them can talk. First she made sure there was no one around to overhear them then looked back over to June. "Well you were going to find out eventually so it may as well be from me. I'm not technically from this planet. My parents found me just outside of Moon Valley in a ship because I crashed there and they adopted me. For years I had to hide these powers but I'm getting ready to reveal myself to the world. But first I want to tell Tori. Can you keep the secret from the others until then?"

Overwhelmed. That was the feeling that June felt now. Overwhelmed. She didn’t even get a chance to ease into this news, it just crashed into her with no warning signs whatsoever. All this time one of her friends was an alien from outer space with the ability to fly and she was getting ready to “reveal” herself to the world? Confusion soon turned into curiosity as June began to wonder what all she could do, what kind of an alien she was and what planet she hailed from originally if not Genesis. First thing first however.
“By reveal you mean telling everybody you’re an alien? Because I think that would be unwise….” |

"Oh dear heavens no! I mean, well you know. Come out dressed like a superhero and do something heroic. That kind of thing." The words, they were so full of life and made sense in her head, but now that she was hearing them come out of her mouth they just felt pathetic. Oh well, Kara was sure that once the big reveal actually happened it would be cool and leave people in Moon Valley talking for days, maybe even weeks! "I know I can count on you to keep quiet until then. Talk to you later!" Doing one of her infamous "leave before the other person can reply" moves Kara zipped back up into the sky and flew away seeing if she could spot Utena in the mountains. Not being able to find Utena Kara decided to give up and head on home.
