This was a great follow up from the Valley of Death and lead up to the next chapter. The introduction of the devil of Genesis was well played and I enjoyed the insight on the Arashi's background. It begs the question exactly what inspired God to make such powerful beings like the Arashi in the first place.
I take it that they must have evolved far beyond their calling though as their powers outstretch farther than Yahweh's and at first I thought they were made by the Creator itself.

Wait how can they be God's equal and stronger? You have to keep in mind of the timeline. Beelzebub said what he did centuries before the events in Chapter I and the events leading up to his confrontation with Genius, Amoura and Kyal in Chapter II. |

Essentially, the Arashi were created as failsafes by Yahweh in the advent that his own power would become corrupted. He ensured there would be three beings capable of ensuring that Genesis would never fall prey to malevolant attempts of destruction. With the realms merging however, it changed their purpose of protecting the realm's sanctity to one of destruction as it becomes more and more evident that Genesis can no longer be dissosiated from parallel universes.
