Clash squirmed in the air, waving his arms and legs and flailing but this simply resulted in him turning himself upside down. He would be among the first people to admit that he was headstrong but at the same time he felt his attack on Sparda was justified. Then again That is taking the opinion of a mechanical shark a little too far... "S-sorry." His apology was full of chagrin, but mainly for himself. His hasty assault had gone against the wishes of Luca, who had brought him here. Clash remained stuck in the air, watching as Fukari, someone who he didn't know but made a great first impression via detonating the very castle, asked to stay here as well. Well this was getting better and better, he blinked at Darius, then tilted his head.
"You're still here? I thought you would've run off like the rest of them. Or maybe you're another little turncoat like me?" He had a bit too much of a sneer in his voice, but this guy seemed to just appear out of nowhere and think he had any understanding of the people around him. Quite the know-it-all, and deserving of the sneer in Clash's mind.

Fukari felt the cool lips of Luca Valentine kiss her eyelids as all of a sudden everything started coming to her with such intense force it knocked her backward a couple of feet; the lights, colors - the blackness that was once her entire vision was filled with the lights shinning from the opened windows of the throne room. It was back, in quite literally a flash of light it was back. Her vision. Fukari really did feel like a phoenix being reborn anew and given a second chance at life. She could start over, no longer having to focused on the hatred that motivated her back on Genesis. Fukari could start a brand new life here in Utopia away from all of that. It was a strange fate that the woman she hated would give her the greatest gift of all. Fukari wasn't about to waste it.
"I was wrong about you. Thank you for everything."

Luca’s hands ran through Fukari’s hair and then down her cheeks as she smiled over her. Admiring her new beauty in the wake of being born anew right here in Utopia.
“We were wrong about you as well.”
Luca released her hold on Fukari and then snapped her finger, in that same instance gravity resumed beneath Clash, pulling him back down to the castle floors as she turned her attention back to Darius.
“It’s complicated.”
Suddenly Luca brought a hand up to her head, as if she was suffering from a minor headache before dropping the hand back down to her side and heading towards the exit of the throne room.
“If you’d excuse me I have some business to intend to. I trust you’ll be able to find your way out.”
Not uttering another word to any within the throne room Luca crossed the threshold past the exit and disappeared into the distance.

Darius studied Clash watching the show. It seemed he didn’t learn, even in situations like these. Darius waited until he was done speaking to address Clash. ”You presume much Clash.” he said. It would seem in light of everything that happened he still knew nothing. ”Brashness can only get one so far. Surely you saw that today when Amoura and her company came here. There is a time and place for boldness, there is also a time to think, be silent and learn. Now would be the second for you.” he said. Briefly glancing at their remaining quest, Fukari. ”I assure you I betray no one by being here, but that does not mean I wish to stay. I was simply here to discuss a few things.” he said studying Clash for a moment before returning his gaze to Fukari. ”Fukari, I hope you enjoy your new life here.” he said giving her a small bow before turning to Clash. ”Clash, your problem is you are too impulsive, one day that will be your undoing I fear. “ he said taking one last look at the place. Even this place was not immune to the cycles. He gave Clash a small nod before vanishing. ____________________________________________________ Tag: Person to post next Song: ”Unfolding Time” by Broken Iris Key: Thoughts “Dialouge”

Clash watched Luca leave the room quickly. She was the reason he was here to begin with, her voice in his head... Or was it his own voice? There was a familiarity to the pitch and tone, to the thoughts that had formed and made him aware of the disrespect shown to him by the ingrates he had the misfortune to once call companions. She had a headache now, though... Luca had exited the room and Clash was surprised at how quickly and deeply he worried for this person he just met.
Then the one who remained when everyone else fled started talking again. He was saying the same old things, trying to sound involved and important. Clash cut him off, his voice full of irritation. "You're just another loud-mouthed know-it-all who thinks he has any right to comment on those around him. I don't even know who the hell you are and you think you can lecture me?" The sound of moving metal plates filled the air as Clash's skin parted neatly, steel plates forming the armored carapace of his shark form, his body folding in on itself and closing together once more.
"You go on talking like you know what's going on, I'm gunna look at my new home." His Clash Splash activated quick as a thought, his body passing through the ground as though he had passed into water. Each movement, a turn of his tail or a twist of his body, pushed him along as if traversing an ocean yet without disrupting so much as the dust on the stone grounds of the palace floor. He dove deep then passed under the castle walls, going to, as he said, explore his new home.

For a brief moment Fukari felt the need to break Maricul's hands but stopped herself. Old habits died hard it would seem as she slowly grew used to the old enemy touching her in such a way. The former Blind Assassin actually felt genuine worry for the woman when she appeared to be suffering from a headache.
"Are you all right?"
Maricul insisted she was before finally leaving the throne room. Fukari chose to remain out of the small exchange between Darius and Clash, simply nodding in acknowledgment to his good wishes prior to his disappearance. With everyone choosing to leave the throne room the recently changed human decided to do the same thing, making her way out through the exit and like Clash, looking to see what all Utopia had to offer her.

Maricul rubbed her temple, it had started since her rebirth after death. The feeling of being fatigued which has occurred at unpredictable times. She could only be thankful that it did not occur while the old Devil May Cry Crew was present in her world, not that it would have mattered at that time but information was everything. For now it was so faint that The Seductress could stand to be awake a little while longer, heading down to the treasure house of the castle to look over one final piece of business. Something she believed would act as the beacon of hope to a very hopeless situation, and the one thing beyond her reach in Utopia.
Atop a large golden treasure chest a was a single piece of cloth, on that piece of cloth was a random part of the body, as if somebody has been covered with it long ago but the cloth in its entirely has long since been shattered with the pieces gathered out through space and time. A shroud that could send a shiver down even her spine. It was certainly no coincidence that something lost throughout the realms of the universe would be gathered here, after The Second Aspect had caused the very event leading into the creation of Utopia. It was no coincidence that something which came off as a piece of heaven would have something such as this within its walls. Had Maricul not acted, Aper would have never destroyed those realms, Utopia would have never been created and this shroud would have remained forever lost. Soon all of Genesis will learn the importance of this single piece of cloth and the rest of it. For now though….
“What am I to do with you?” To be continued!
