Rowen's stubbornness and Elizabeth's out of control hormones led Jenna to take a break from the two, preferably in a calmer environment where distractions were minimal. Nature was often the next best choice since it was far from civilization and people were rarely found in this area. The Fire Dragon dipped her feet into a cool, clear river to check the temperature and found it to be satisfying enough on this warm day.
Her attire was removed and placed into a neat pile from the shore to prevent them from getting wet. Jenna hadn't bathed in an area this calming before and she intended to enjoy it to the fullest before the others find her. It may be some time before their arrival.
The demon quickly waded in, took a breath and dove down to the shallow depths to grasp some of the rocks, letting the current brush over her skin. This far surpassed a bath or a shower. Just the overall sensation was soothing...
...until she sensed someone nearby.
The Fire Dragon shot out of the water, hands lit by flames. The tattoo on her arm glowed from the intensity of the magic she had summoned. "Who's there?"

"There are men who would do terrible things to one so young, Jenna. Such terrible things."A chuckle rang out from the falling darkness as Shai formed himself; hovering neatly above the river bank from which the girl had just dived into, a smile on what passed for his face. "You are not like those you travel with - the Necromancer and the Vampire."He said, his voice like silk cloaking a pit of spikes. "In almost every way - and I like that."The spirit hovered across the water now - Jenna would no doubt be able to sense that he held power perhaps beyond any force she'd encountered, yet it held no gravity within the mortal world at present. "How rude, I haven't introduced myself."He tutted mockingly "My name is Shai, son of Kyal the creator of Paradise."His eyes flickered across her, but there was no lust in what gaze he had. He was simply noting, gaining her presence. He had no interest as some men would - in fact that part of humanity sickened him, and yet all the same he certainly was capable himself.

And thus a lovely day with the possibility of bathing in peace was rudely interrupted by something that could have easily come out of a Grimm's Fairytale book. Sensing that not much could be done against this, she frowned and lowered her flame-wreathed limbs into the water to extinguish them. Her raven locks continued to skip atop the surface of the water, surrounding her--they covered her upper portion well enough for a sense of modesty.
"I'm well aware of what could happen to me and I have accepted that grim knowledge long ago." The sound of the smooth waters rushing prevented silence. Jenna remained rooted on the spot calm and collective as always--not a flinch of emotion could be read on her youthful visage nor in her voice. "While I am different, we all need each other to survive. I'm the first to be 'born' of the group."
Jenna's abnormally large, red eyes scanned him, "You don't look like the offspring of a god of paradise."

He nodded slightly at her words. "Such is the way of the world." He chuckled "Acceptance or insanity."He lowered himself so he hovered eye to eye but a respectful distance away. His eyes - the balefires - locked with hers and he chuckled once more. "My body was destroyed not long after I gained it. Although it was less of a body and more of a prison, it limited my power - I need but a host now. I died to free myself, in a sense." He snorted before he looked back to her. "Paradise metaphorically. It was the name my parents gave their slice of the universe, and thus it was... until some alterations needed to be done. My father was murdered by a woman's quest for knowledge. I plan to kill that woman. Much of this entire place actually."He looked to her, spreading his arms as a way of shrugging "And then I'm going to rip the self proclaimed bitch who wishes to get rid of Gods from her throne and destroy every last atom of her being. I can do much, you see."

"The path of vengeance is a lonely, painful life riddled with tragedy." Came Jenna's response to his violent intentions. Those words were familiar but stated by many. In the face of this godly being with infinite power she wasn't impressed. It felt like she was conversing with a child that only learned the way of the world behind the safety of glass-tainted windows and books. The demoness' face remained vacant of emotion despite this realization.
"Mm."
Jenna turned to the side and waded out of the water, her hair now looking more like thick clumps of jellyfish tentacles. Fire engulfed her body without warning, boiling the water off her skin, leaving her dry enough to put her clothes back on.
