Personality: Utena is a shadow of her past self desperately clinging to what she once was while being prone to episodes of hatred and pure rage. The once kind-hearted strong warrior that aspired to be a prince is now nothing more than a bitter woman loathing in what she believes to be a personal failure, add on the realization that everything she knew was just an animated TV show created for the entertainment purposes of others and the walls of sanity in her mind are done away with, causing Utena to question her very grip on the reality around her.
Special Abilities: Utena is an experienced fencer thanks to the duels back in Ohtori Academy but no longer being in her world has disabled the ability to call upon the spirit of Dios to increase her overall fighting skills so here, she's just another human.

History: At the early age of 6 Utena's parents would pass away leaving a heart-broken Utena to find no reason to live if everyone just died anyways. Lying inside of a casket waiting for death to take her she would be saved by a Prince named Dios who impressed her so much Utena would grow up aspiring to be exactly like that Prince. At the age of 14 Utena would go to Ohtori Academy where defending a friend's honor would result in her being dragged into the center of a dueling contest focused around a girl named Anthy (The Rose Bride)
As time went on at Ohtori Academy things began to get stranger. Utena would meet Anthy's older brother and acting chairman of the academy, Ohtori, Akio who would later end up seducing Utena. After spending the night with Akio Utena found herself torn between being with her "prince charming" or saving her best friend. To the bitter end Utena would remain loyal to her friend Anthy, resisting Akio during the final duel and saving Anthy although it would end with her being impaled by blades called "swords of hatred" and disappearing from Ohtori Academy not knowing that she had saved the Rose Bride from her obligations back home.
Utena would wake up in the world of Genesis, Moon Valley, where everything would be turned upside down. Not only did she become bitter at what she has gone through back at Ohtori but she would discover that here, she was a popular Anime character. The realization that her entire life was just an "Anime" was enough to finally send Utena over the edge to the point of murdering a fan of the TV show and burying their body. The Utena that is so well known in the Anime was forever gone and in her place was a raging lunatic trying to hold on to what once made her pure.
