Uniform. Weapon. Silvery hair. As she looked him over, studied him, Ira placed her hands on her hips. He reminded her of someone, especially with one of his buddies apparently face palming. Then again, that bastard was probably dead. For the best that he probably was dead. She gave a slight nod at the thought.
Finally, she shrugged her shoulders though and looked away from Drake, letting her eyes wander about once again. "Fine, I suppose. Attempting to get a feel for this place and the people here."

Just as things were getting more straight forward Ash’s plans to get home are derailed. At first it didn’t seem to complicated, go to the tower, find out what’s going on and get home. But no, too simple. Two people seem to be accompanying them and although one was rather cute no good ever came of more people getting involved. Then the icing just seemed to be on the cake when someone else encountered them only this time it’s a complete stranger to everyone. Looking over at the guy that Drake seemed to know Ash responds to his rather speculative question, “I’m from the United States of America pal, Michigan to be exact and I dunno what kind of sick joke this is meant to be but here, where I’m standing right now is suppose to be this Michigan that you have never heard of in your life! Turning his attention to Drake now who was clearly smitten with this new woman he calls out “Hey wise guy why don’t you quit wasting time, some of us want to get out of this god forsaken place.”

“It’d be my pleasure to show you around myself, Miss.”
Always the confident bold one around beautiful women Drake gently reached out for the woman’s hand and held it up to kiss the back of her palm. He smiled and looked into her eyes, so distracted by the woman’s appearance and what he could do with it Drake didn’t even hear Ayanna walk up behind him. The slap on the back of his head by Ayanna also sent him into shock as he stumbled away holding onto his head.
“It’s pass curfew what are you doing up?” Ayanna asked the woman.
“Oh come on, Ayan. Can’t you see she’s new in town?”
“Shut up. Pretty soon everyone will be using that excuse to cheat curfew.”
Meanwhile Zach rubbed his chin at Ash’s answer to his question. The United States of America? Sounds like an interesting place but Zach Tigerson had no recollection of it. There was nothing that sounded even remotely similar to that. Could it really be true that this man was from another world? The thought intrigued Zach and then he realized that Ayanna had gone up to Drake and the woman to make things worse.
“Shit.”
Drake looked back to Ash after he called out to him.
“Hold your horses, Mister Michigan. I got this!”
“There’s no reasoning with them now,” said Zach before looking back to Ash, “Come on let’s continue. They’ll catch up sooner or later.” Zach began to lead Ash pass the two, turning a blind eye to them for the time being.

Pathetic. Really? How easy would it be to wrap this one around her finger? He seemed so enthralled. If it was something more than lust, then it'd be easy. But, lust is lust. Can still lead to a puppet in this strange place.
Ira was silent as Drake spoke and took her hand even. There was a part of her that wanted to be cruel - nothing new there really - and numb his lips entirely, stun them, as he drew closer to the back of her gloved hand. A thin smile appeared across her black lips as the thought came to mind. Should she?
She kept her yellow orange eyes fixed on the man as she began to focus to stun just his lips. However, her concentration was cut short by another walking up and slap Drake on the back of his head.
"I'd enjoy getting to know this place better, however, I suppose I'll address your question first concerning your so called 'curfew'.
I am new, so this is to be expected; but, there's a curfew here? Didn't know. Sorry. My fault? Not really sorry though. What kind of place prevents one from enjoying the subtle sweetness of the dark? Kind of pathetic if you ask me. Must be one hell of a cold place.
And I suppose this probably far more important than what I've said already; What makes you think I even give a damn that there's a curfew here? What makes you think that I still won't go out and about and do whatever I please?"

Ash begins to approach the mysterious women as he catches up with Drake’s advance. “Oh I see how it is. You’re one of these badass types right? The only thing you care about is that you’re some tough guy... or girl in this case. Well I’m not buying it.” Ash flings the double gauge shotgun over his shoulder, turning his back on Drake and the mysterious women Ash now turns his attention to the other two strangers, “You guys are welcome to tag along but I’m off to this tower because I’m going home” Ash stares at the strangers, not knowing if they’re actually hostile or not his hand grips the double gauge carefully ready to draw it if necessary.

Ira was right about one thing, this is a cold place. Though that what happens when you have a nation ran by a psychopath who make laws “just because he can” and those who defy him are taken care of in an instant. It must have been the mistake of thinking too hard but Drake realized that Ayanna now had the tiger striped silver .44 Magnum aimed point blank at the woman’s head and the look in her eyes made it clear she wouldn’t hesitate squeezing the trigger.
“Because you’ll have a bullet lodged into your skull if you don’t,” came Ayanna’s cold reply.
“Is this really necessary, Ayan?”
“Shut up, Drake! Just shut up!”
Drake White backed away not wanting to be in the line of fire as Ayanna looked back to Ira and waited for a response.
Meanwhile Zach led Ash into a slum of an apartment building where the lights kept blinking on and off. It was possibly one of the worse places you could be at and only went to show the condition of Isafaro without all its technology. A place abandoned by the rest of the nation. And for good reason. It was a mess.
“It’s a wonder why he lives here,” mumbled Zach.
He was of course talking about Drake White. This was the kind of place the people only lived in because they had nowhere else to go, Drake on the other hand had the money and connections to get a much better living quarters yet he chooses to remain here. It made no sense. The man was just one big contradiction after the other. One minute he's a charming yet cold douche who'd just use you and leave you, the next he's romantic, the next he's actually half way decent. He couldn’t make up his mind which he wanted to be it seems.
“Up here.”
Zach led Ash up some stair cases until they finally reached Drake apartment. Pulling out a spare key from his pocket he unlocked the door and entered. He led Ash into the bed room and started roaming through the closet until he found the spare black military uniform with the crimson red vulture insignia and tossed it to Ash.
“It should be about your size. Don’t try anything funny I’ll be right outside.”
And with that Zach left the room and closed the door having enough decency to give the man privacy to change.
