Scar turned his head in attention when Raal stood up and started moving. The alien wondered why he would do so in that kind of state. Usually when something was injured it would wait until help arrived or until it was scared off by something but Scar couldn’t sense anything close to the two. He assumed it had to deal with the weird stuff that was coming from the back of the demon. The alien went back to crouching in on all fours, his tail swishing onto the pavement of the alleyway. He slowly approached the demon from behind, slowly, cautiously, like a snake in the fields hunting for prey. The alien didn’t want to be seen by anything and the xenomorphs as a species were naturally born to be masters of stealth, even in the sun they could easily hide from humans and other lesser creatures.
He followed closely to Raal but kept his senses alert to sense any possible attackers or people who would harm the two. He was feeling like he should protect Raal since he seemed weak and injured, he didn’t want the demon to be attacked by anything, like a dog to his master. His tail had stopped swishing so no added detection from humans would come to the two. He blinked as Raal looked into the mirror to find nothing wrong with his back, it was odd what the mirrors were. The alien moved forward and looked at himself in the mirror. He was taken back a bit, he knew he was a figure of fear but he had never seen himself in his five years of existence. This somehow boosted his ego as a hunter, he looked far more threatening then what he thought. He had seen his tail and other features before but never his face.
His attention was diverted to Raal when he began to speak to him again. Raal used a word that the alien had no idea what they meant, perhaps the word was laien to him in some weird form of speaking. An unknown, foreign to what he learned. He knew that there was something on Raals back but what was the word he talked about ritual…? Of course he had heard the word before but he no idea what it meant, the human males would say the so called Super Bowl was a ritual to see but this didn’t seem to apply here, nothing was special about bowls anyway in Scar’s opinion. He tried to understand it himself at the time so he climbed up the alleyway wall somewhat, it allowed him to think better but still the idea of ritual was still strange to him.
…What does……. Ritual mean?

Not being able to see what was scratched into his back was highly distressful, but he quelled it with the thought that sorcerors and other spell-savvy beings were around in Genesis. Maybe one of them can help. All he needed to do was find one. Raal went back into the alley with a short spring in his step, not wanting any late-night guests seeing him. It tired him out, but it was worth it. Now he had a job to do, and it wasn't just survival this time. What made him change from a coward to, well, this? Just the fact that his journey between dimensions was a huge contributor to his change. His thought process was broken by Scar's next question. Hmm... what was a ritual? It could be any number of things.
A ritual is an event that can be repeated willingly at anytime, be it magic or tradition. In my case, I think somebody put some sort of curse on me. Now to find something that will take it off before it finishes its work on me.
Before he could say anymore, he felt something shift on his back. It felt like whatever was scratched there was moving. Indeed, some of the words were literally shifting around on his skin, rearranging themselves to make another pattern, like changing a password on the computer. It felt like something was crawling directly under his skin when they moved. The awkward, creepy feeling subsided when the words finally stopped. Eugh... that was terrible.
I think whatever is on my back just moved around.... That felt like a bad sign.

The alien followed Raal’s movements when he had jumped. He crawled along the wall and crawled down to the wall to stand back onto the payment of the alleyway. He assumed his previous sitting position near Raal. He was interested in what Raal had told him about ritual. It was nice to learn the new word’s meaning the purpose of the word. He wondered why someone would curse Raal in the first place. He wondered what would be able to fix the ritual which had been placed on Raal. He wondered what the work was supposed to mean, perhaps that was what had made Raal sick. Scar was curios to see if the ritual would effect him like how the plague was effecting the humans now.
Then his attention on the new word was cut short. He saw the movement on the palce where Raal had just scratched his back before. The alien hissed at the movement on Raal’s back. He wondered if Raal had been infected by some parasite when the ritual was placed upon him. It would be a horrible curse to have in Scar’s opinion, he wondered if he could actually catch this curse. It seemed to only effect Raal but Scar was always cautious around new things. But he didn’t worry much about being harmed by it, if it could harm him. He linked the illusions he had seen before and the markings together wondering if that was a side effect of being close to Raal.
The Xenomorph’s hissing ceased when the moving stopped. He was starting to wonder if stabbing the moving words if that would effect it but like the illusions he doubted it would harm the words since before his tail just went into what was behind it. He didn’t want to kill Raal, at least unless Raal would ever attack him, Scar was always on the alert, even when he was with what he considered friends. He understood the term bad sign. The humans often said something was a bad sign if it rained or other so called bad event was going to happen. Then the alien wished to ask how the curse could be removed, it seemed to be permanent from what Scar had seen but he knew nothing of the energy.
”……How do you…… Remove this so called…. Curse?...."

The reply was brief but informative nonetheless, Powerful spells can remove it. First, I need to know what the curse is exactly.
Raal sat back down, feeling slightly dizzy. Instead of staring at the ground, he stared up at the sky, speaking again, I will need to find someone who is powerful enough to remove it, and I can't do that while sitting here.
Stars... so pretty. Now all of them were out tonight. Raal felt like sleeping, but his horns sparked again, waking him up. Ah shit, can't a guy get some sleep? Apparently not. Well, now that he was awake again, he tried to think back on how or who put the curse on him. He could not access that particular memory for some reason. What did it do, erase his memories on top of making him sick? The demon had a hunch that as time went by, he would find out. What a rude awakening that would be.
The psionic smiled, What do you say to exploring Genesis? Can't stay here in this disease-ridden town forever.

The alien titled his head at the word spell, it was probably some weird demon word he shouldn’t worry about. The alien kept his sight on Raal to see if there was anything weird going on with him now. The xenomorph wondered who could be stronger then a demon, unless there were different levels of demon since he doubted a mere human could fix anything like what was wrong with Raal. To him all humans were weak, feeble minded fools compared to demons. But the alien knew that he wasn’t demon, he lacked any form of energy that they could use. He was always called alien or xeno by the humans when they weren’t trying to talk to him directly.
The alien wondered what the Demon was looking at. Scar had sometimes looked to the stars wondering I Earth was up there somewhere, he knew Earth wasn’t his own native planet. But that’s where he was born, he felt as foreign in genesis as he had on Earth. But he preferred it here as opposed to Earth; he never had chances to learn new things on earth that he had learned by now. Demons for one interested him the most, he had seen two examples so far and both of them were amazing to him. All that lived on earth to his knowledge was humans and the animals of the planet.
The alien titled his head when the demon had asked him the question. He had never thought about leaving the town before but now since the humans were infected he had considered the thought about leaving to find a new herd of animals to eat. And exploring new places was an interesting idea to the alien. Maybe new places would let him meet new, fascinating beings to study, or to eat. The alien’s head went back to it’s normal position and he hissed in agreement to Raal. Scar moved to all fours since he was wondering if the two would go now.
”….You are weak… Do you wish for me to carry you on my back…..?”

His psionic powers flickered an illusion again, this one being less fragmented than the last one. It looked like some kind of odd creature was chasing something else. The size comparisons were vast. One was a big guy, the other was tiny, but before the illusion could finish what it wanted to tell, it faded out. Raal ignored it, turning his attention to Scar instead of the stars. Hey, he got his new friend's approval! Alright! Now for a direction.
Raal's smile extended a bit, almost turning into a grin when Scar offered to carry him. Nobody had ever done that before. Then again, he never really had any friends to begin with. He was always by himself. He didn't want to be rude to Scar either. Hmm, then again, he was only running off of adrenaline when he got back to Hallowton and now it had long worn off. Raal got back up on his feet by use of levitation, another perk of psychokinesis.
If you want to, Scar. I'm not that heavy.

Scar was once again alarmed by the illusion but remembered from before that the distorted image. He was somewhat interested at the illusion though, something big hunting the small lesser creature, this reminded Scar much of himself hunting down humans. Scar’s attention was diverted once more when Raal turned his attention to the alien. Scar wondered why the demon had smiled, perhaps it was in the form of acceptance. Scar hissed back at the demon out of pure joy, which was something odd for a xenomorph to feel. They mainly felt barely anything, they had to listen to a queen, which Scar had never been able to do so and he was far superior to other xenomorphs in his own mind.
The alien nodded a bit when Raal spoke to him once more. The xenomorph’s tail cured down and then moved forward. His tail wrapped around Raal’s waist softly and then curled around, wrapping against itself. His tail then lifted the demon easily and was lowered so Raal would be able to sit easily on the back of the alien. There was also ridges on Scar’s back for hand supports but for just in case Scar’s tail stayed wrapped around Raal so he wouldn’t fall. Once the alien was settled and moved so the position was easy. It was an odd experience as he never had anything place on his back before. It was also odd keeping his tail wrapped around something, he usually used it as a means to bring humans closer to him.
The alien then dug his claws into the pavement, flexing the claws just to make sure he wouldn’t slip. He then crouched down and then pushed off leaping out o the alleyway. Once he landed on the street the xenomorph moved his body in a quick fluid motion and kicked off once again gaining in speed. He knew the town well and ket away from any highly populated areas but still was able to move in a big space so Raal wouldn’t be in danger. The alien then approached the border of Hallowton, he leapt using the momentum from his speed and pure strength to fly above the barracked, so quickly that the humans below would of missed it. Mainly because they had acid spit melting through their armor and skin turned to nothing. Then the alien landed and kept running.
