"That's the great thing about us, Martin. I can blame and can't blame you for the exact same reasons you stated."
Tony explained with a smile, his turn to give Jessica a wink. She was beautiful, no doubt about that. There were a lot of beautiful women in Hallowton only they were either married or plagued with boils and Harker finds the one woman who's boiled free and marries her. Brilliant bastard.
His attention went back to the announcement. There would be a new head after all and he would miss the reactions from Harker and Jessica. Like many here he was none the wiser to their deeds. As clueless as the rest.
"I agree let's celebrate. Did you guys manage to salvage any wine from the burning building?"

Lori felt in her heart she had made the right choice and was happy to hear that Alucard would be staying. Hellsing would be kept alive and stronger than before both to benefit Hallowton and the spite the enemy that had tried to destroy it. She was confident Amilia would be able to do just that. She shot a dark glance towards Stark at his last comment about the building's current state. "Show some respect!"

"Seriously Iron Bro, I have a fully serviced bar back at Harker Industries. Though, I should probably stay away from it so my research for a cure to that boil thing doesn't end up with a shot of Jack in it," he shrugged. Hellsing would be a matter of a problem now with its full backing of the Judgment Corps. Then again, maybe Amilia wouldn't run it the way Integra had. It was regretful that he called the hit on Integra, but it was needed since her employ was mostly freaks.
"Lovely as always your majesty, even with the... boils, however, if you'll excuse me," Harker answered his phone and began meandering in another direction leaving Jessica where she stood. He began chatting on the phone about some sort of business, as usual.

Jessica sighed, she remained watching from her spot as things around her shifted in motion, she was information gathering under the guise of quick smiles and winks. She couldn’t help but feel a bit excited about the whole ordeal though, the apprentice of her second target was surely well trained, the Queen seemed to think she was perfect for the job. The girl did run the Judgment Corps. which was a hell of a feat in itself, that meant Amilia was truly competing with her in dangerousness.
Still in the back of Jessica’s mind she couldn’t help but feel that she would come out on top if they faced one another. Harker left her standing much by herself to go talk on his phone, she made use of this time to small talk, ”So, Mr. Stark, I’ve heard things about you, why don’t you stop by Harker Industries and see if you can help Constantine with his little cure project? I’m sure he can repay you somehow for your work.”

“If you all can excuse me for one moment, there's something I need to do.”
Sazan left the grounds and then crossed the street, looking at the damage that was done by the rifle the previous day at the entrance of the next building as she moved to the center of the top floor. Coming up from behind Amilia and offering her a friendly smile.
“I assume you already heard the news. So, am I to address you as sir from now on?”
Maricul stepped up after Alucard's speech with Camp to her right and Sharpshooter to her left and spoke, “We too will remain.” There were nowhere for them to go anyway with the quarantine and they all felt they were best suited here. They just didn't expect it would be with a quick to respawn Hellsing led by the Hand of Judgment. It was a nice surprise.

"Farewell," Alucard said to Integra one last time. He was sad truly.
He disappeared before their very eyes.
"I believe Sir is a fitting title for the Knight-Commander," he would say kneeling before Amilia inside the room. He stood to his full height and took his place at her side. She had a hard road ahead of her now, Alucard knew times would be hard but he also knew that Hellsing would be strengthened now that it was directly connected to the throne of Hallowton. The Judgment Corps., the Wildgeese, the Iscariots, these three things alone should make an enemy think twice about attacking them.
Though he knew better, if Harker wanted them dead now he could do it, he had the army and the technology. Doing so would put Harker Industries on the map as a traitor though, so he didn't expect any mass movement from that end. Time would tell though.

[/center] His gaze would fix on Alucard just as the vampire vanished, and he turned back toward the crowd. Sazan had only just left in one direction, and he figured Alucard was probably at his new master's side. Sazan had likely gone to join the woman. He would pause in his meandering to consider a few thoughts which had only just occurred. Perhaps he did have reason to remain; for a short while at least. Integra was dead, he was no longer going to be forced to stay here. But even without a contract, he could still serve whomever he pleased; they would simply lack the benefits and losses of the contract. He really had nowhere else to go right now, nowhere which could guarantee some entertainment, at least. If he remained with Hellsing for the time being, as he was already stationed with them, it would give him something to do as he searched for a new master.The demon smiled lightly, and made his way off the grounds to approach the building Sazan had gone to. For a moment, when no one was watching, he would disappear to go do something; only to reappear seconds later on the building's doorstep, with his travel coat discarded so that the butler garb stood out once more. Balanced on his gloved fingertips, as usual, was that silver platter with two cups full of freshly brewed tea; as well as a pitcher and smaller bowls for sweeteners. He doubted Alucard would express any interest in a drink, but Sazan and Amilia might. He stepped into the structure and quietly made his way up the stairs. Yes, he already technically had a place here. No one, except maybe Alucard, would question him for remaining. If anything, they would have become suspicious had he simply left without a word. Sebastian knocked lightly on the door with the back of his knuckles before opening it slowly and entering. He bowed his head to the three in turn, then spoke in his usual soft voice. "Pardon my interruption... I wanted to make sure our newest leader and the Queen's advisor had refreshment if needed." He would tilt his head and offer a pleasant smile to Amilia. "If I may say so, master; Sir is indeed a fitting title."[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]________________________________ In the [stillness] of the shining skyis your [ home] of return Beyond the [darkness[/color]][/size] Thoughts ► "A new road..." "Good idea. These people can barely hold their liquid when they're healthy."
Tony watched Harker leave and then turned his attention back to Jessica who were still there. Looking her up and down as she spoke.
"Hm? Right. Works for me I seemed to have overstayed my welcome here," Stark said while giving a sideway glance to Lori. "Unless you don't mean now in which case just say when."

Magoichi joined the ranks of the mourners, although usually she would not mourn for her employer Integra is an exception. Integra had been kind to her due to the fact she welcomed her, a foreigner, into the ranks of the Wild Geese. Although Magoichi had not yet had the chance to become a leader, she knew that she had tried to serve Integra with every fiber of her body, she would miss the woman. It was a rare thing for Magoichi to see a woman in charge of an organisation like Hellsing, even more rare for a woman to have control of a being like Alucard.
Magoichi could only imagine what life would be like without Integra. No doubt a new head of Hellsing would be chosen, Magoichi was still debating whether or not she would remain in the service of Hellsing, it would depend on not only her own choice, but also what kind of pay that the new head, which she managed to catch the word 'Amilia', would be willing to offer her. She had never met this Amilia person personally, she would have to have a talk with her and see what she was like and if she was a worthy person to serve with, though it was surprising to see another woman in charge again; not that Magoichi was complaining.
But that was for the future, right now she had someone to mourn, Magoichi looked at the crowd and wondered what they were thinking right now. Her eyes rested on Sebastian as he left the grounds and she wondered who he would serve next, would he continue on to serve the next head of Hellsing, or would he go off on his on way? Only time would tell.

People were beginning to leave understandable considering the body was buried and there weren't much else to do aside from mourn and speak to each other. The Queen turned to Jessica wondering when this wedding was going to take place. It would be a nice change of pace to see a happy occasion for once. Her people could use it. "Jessica, have you and Mr. Harker set a date for the wedding?"

Word had spread quickly and the news had shocked the fallen angel to her very core. It surprising that the shock had still struck her even though she had felt a feeling that something like this was to occur. Sir Integra herself knew something like this was going to happen and didn't let Saephara even make an attempt to save her life. With a final adjustment she took a look at herself in the attire she had just bought the previous day for this solemn occasion.
Black was the color of the dress as was fitting for funerals. It was a short-sleeved with a dipping neckline, lace lining the edges. The fashioned necklace still lay hanging from around her neck. The length fell to the floor and she had needed to buy a pair of black stilettos in order to keep the fabric from dirtying itself. The bodice was formed as a corset and she had just made the final adjustment to the strings, tying them in a small bow. She'd had to modify the backing of the dress and lower the back of it to compensate for her wings but it had taken only an hour. Sae had simply brushed through her hair and let it lay. It was time to go. She locked her home and looked into the air, jumping up and letting her wings take her.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Only a couple of minutes and Saephara had arrived. Folding in her wings she folded her hands in front of her and began to walk. She noted Harker had arrived with a woman she had not yet seen. Also, there stood yet another man with a short woman standing off to the side. Sae moved away and approached the coffin slowly. It was hard to believe the woman that she had just seen not long ago was lying here in this wooden fashioned vessel to the after-life. A single finger caressed the sleek figure before dropping next to her again. From behind her, she heard the arrival of the Queen and turned slowly to face her. Out of simple respect, she bowed although she was certain the woman hadn't seen her do so. She had immediately gone into questioning the group she had noticed before. It did not matter to Saephara one bit. It also seemed as though the one named Sparda that she had met so long ago was here as well. She turned her attention to the priest that had arrived and was attentive as the priest began to speak but was interrupted by the infamous Alucard of the Hellsing Organization.
Sae had yet to meet him still but from the rumors that flew around, she could only respect him if only for the sheer power he wielded. As he spoke, her mind went back in time to when she had finally gotten around to visiting her own family's graves. Such emotion had overtaken her then, tears pouring from her eyes to water the grounds at her feet. A sudden sound brought her back to the present as Alucard threw a cross into the grave, kicking dirt inside to sprinkle across the final resting place of Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing. With a small sigh, she began to walk by the group that the Queen had spoken to and once more paused to bow in her direction, quietly murmuring the words, "My Queen..." then turning to face Sparda and nodded slightly to acknowledge him as well. With that she smoothed her gown again and stepped back, unfolding her wings again to stretch them, preparing to take off.
Harker continued to converse on his phone. Always racking in the money.
"No, my title and rank remains the same, Knight-Commander Ashlyn. I suppose as a formality Sir could be used in casual speak instead of the drawn out title," Amilia wasn't at all sure about any of this considering how abrupt it just happened, honestly she didn't know where to start she was happy Alucard decided to stay given his 100 plus years serving the house of Hellsing.
She felt Sebastians presence the moment he made it to the door, much like when Alucard was about to appear in the room taking the surprise out of both occasions. "I don't need anything.
"Alucard, what would Integra's first action as head of Hellsing be if she just started off again with nothing?"
She smiled at Stark, "I'm sure with someone of your talents you can find a way to incorporate the penthouse into your own place to work and live out of. It's just collecting dust at the moment, I'm sure Constantine wont mind if you make any changes to it. It also has a minibar."
Jessica of course changed her attention to the next question. Of course the wedding hadn't been fully planned just yet and it was the real thing in her fake life, "It honestly hasn't been decided considering the riots and plague. He said he wanted to do it in Moon Valley but we're stuck here because of his work. Though some time in the next couple months I'd assume."
"I believe Sir is a fitting title for the Knight-Commander."
Alucard spoke and Sazan's skin crawled. She suppressed her rage only because others were present knowing there was no hiding anything from him at this point.
"Pardon my interruption... I wanted to make sure our newest leader and the Queen's advisor had refreshment if needed. If I may say so, master; Sir is indeed a fitting title."
"No, my title and rank remains the same, Knight-Commander Ashlyn. I suppose as a formality Sir could be used in casual speak instead of the drawn out title."
“Knight-Commander it is, then.”
"I don't need anything."
“Me neither. I was beginning to think you had ran off, Sebastian. I haven't seen you around lately.”
[/center] As both turned down their drinks, he simply bowed at the waist, then turned to make his way out of the room. He was only a butler to Hellsing, he didn't have much right or purpose to sit in on something that might have been a private matter between the three. But before he could turn fully around to face the door, Sazan addressed him; and he turned back to listen. At her words, he felt that he had made a good decision in remaining here. But of course... Now he had to come up with an excuse for those absences Sazan mentioned. Everyone knew him as an honest and hard-working butler; surly they wouldn't notice if he twisted the truth some? Alucard would know... But what reason did he have to reveal such a thing? Sebastian inclined his head to Sazan, before speaking in the usual quiet voice. "I do not run, Ma'am. I may be little more than a servant, but even servants can be fearless; especially when serving under one such as Sir Integra. I would have been only too willing to lay my own life down to save hers. However, I do not deny that I haven't been around much recently..." He allowed sorrow to enter his gaze, and the crimson eyes fell to the ground; no longer making eye contact, as if he were feeling ashamed. A confession? Why not... "Ever since that riot against the crown, my master had me running more than mere errands; I was often out of Hallowton... Reconnaissance, you might say... When the Plague struck, I was sent to travel greater distances, to do more than merely scout. Integra wanted her information regardless of her own ill state, she wanted a cure as well. I regret to inform you that, on the day of her death, she had me stationed in Isafaro... I was unable to return in time to defend her." He maintained his watching of the ground, his act of being genuinely upset about his failure. He added a convincing tremor to his voice then, even a trace of a shiver rippled up the length of his body. "If I had returned sooner, she would be alive; and her attacker would be in chains before you and her..." He turned away, hanging his head. "Who am I to call myself a butler? I failed to protect my own master..."[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]________________________________ In the [stillness] of the shining skyis your [ home] of return Beyond the [darkness[/color]][/size] Thoughts ► "Lay the bait..."
