April moved down the pavement at a steady pace, dressed in her standard small black tank top and matching gym shorts and running shoes. Her long blonde hair that went down pass her shoulders held up in a ponytail and not even breaking a sweat as she did her morning jog across Isafaro. Too caught up in the jog and the enjoyment of the cool breeze touching her skin to care about the people whistling and making dog sounds in her general direction. This morning was all about her and thanks to being set up by the Underground Fighting Circuit she was able to get her own place and settle down here. It wasn't perfect by a long shot but when life gave you lemons, you made lemonade. And most of the things that were illegal were things she'd never consider doing anyways. But she had gotten perhaps too comfortable in her own zone as she felt herself bump into something, only to find that it was someone, forcing her to come to an immediate stop and look over to the person she ran into. "I am so sorry! Are you okay?"

The chase had begun, though honestly it was the most boring chase ever. They didn't know they were being followed. And she was attempting to drag it out. Her target remained a good fifteen feet ahead of her, easy enough to keep an eye on and if she wanted to, she could easily end it with simply the Force at this distance. Something caught her attention though as she rounded a corner. Ira dropped her foot down hard as she felt someone draw closer to her rather quickly. With her stance slightly wider, the togruta managed to stay on her feet though with a slight stumble. However, she recovered rather quickly.
Her concentration broke from her target and turned her gaze upon April as she apologized.
"I'm fine," Ira replied simply enough, turning her gaze away to find her target. But he was gone. A shame honestly. "Perhaps you should pay attention to where you're going," she said looking back towards April, dusting off the non-existant dirt from her corset, fingers running over the, essentialy, belts which were around her torso as she did so.
"Or if you're in such a hurry, disregard those you may run into. That too will save you time."

April had to do a double take on the person that was now standing across from her. Was that make-up? No. Who would go through all that trouble to make up their entire body? It wasn't Halloween. April didn't even know if people here knew what Halloween was, let alone celebrated it. It was the first time April had seen anything... like that. At least since she met that Revan person and her android that did not have a knack for the bedside manner. "Wha- I mean, who are you?"

"Rather blunt and to the point, aren't you?" Ira muttered looking over April, seeming rather unamused.
"I'll answer your first question, which I am assuming was a 'What are you?'. A togruta. Not native to this world, not from this place at all. As far as who I am, I have plenty of names. Most simply call me Ira," she explained rather dully. However, at her introduction, Ira extended her hand to shake April's. If April were to take Ira's gloved hand, even through the fabric of the glove, a certain lingering coldness could be felt coming from Ira.

April let out a nervous laugh in response to Ira's blunt comment. Trying to save face as she didn't realize just how "blunt" her previous comment was. And it seemed her attempt to conceal her original question would be in vain, but at least she got an answer. A togruta. Interesting... April couldn't say she heard of that before. She wasn't native to this world either so they had that much in common. April took the hand when Ira extended it, feeling the coldness but attributed it to the cool climate. Oblivious. "I'm April. Sorry about before I'm usually much more attentive than that." It was hard not to be when all your senses were enhanced. "Have you been in Isafaro long?"

How long had she been in Isafaro? Away from Coruscant and the domination and destruction she wanted...Just the thought alone filled her with a longing desire for just that; domination and destruction. Liberations. There was a shiver sent down Ira's spine at the thought of it. She withdrew her hand and simply let it rest on her hip. Silent and still as she thought.
A question open to the matter of opinion deserved a rather bland and more than likely an unsatisfying answer in her opinion. "Not too long, but long enough to know enough," the Sith Lord finally answered. It was true enough, but still open enough to let April's mind wander and again, potentially not be enough of an answer for April. It was the little things that made Ira's day when it wasn't someone dying or being hurt. Little things added up after a long while, maybe even eventually close enough to someone dying.
Ira's eyes drifted up and down the woman. She hadn't been bothered at all by the touch or the lick of her aura. Nor had she been drawn to it like others had been. Strange. Very strange. And intriguing. The woman had earned a mild interest to be taken to her by the togruta.
"And how about yourself? How long have you been here? Either you're not from around here, or you've seen a good deal of new comers passing through andor staying."

"I see..." She really didn't see and while the answer was an unsatisfying one, she didn't persist. April figured she had already annoyed this person with the earlier bump and questions and didn't want to irritate her any further. "Not long. In fact I just settled in not too long ago. No. I'm not from here. You probably haven't heard of my place of origin. Richmond, Virginia. Earth." April said, studying Ira's features to see if a light bulb came on at the mention of the name.

There would be no lightbulb or any signs of recognizing the name of the place. Quite the opposite actually as Ira simply gave a slight shrug of her shoulders and shook her head. "Nope, haven't heard of it. Any of it, actually, Richmond. Virginia. Or Earth." Her voice lacked any and all sign of amusement or enjoyment of the conversation.
Her mind was wandering again like it tended to when she was bored. It came to settle back onto the lack of reaction from the girl.
"And do all the people from your home not react to potentially super natural things? I noticed that you appear not to. Curious. Even some animals from my home, in fact most of them, react to such things."

"Oh well that's okay." April replied with a smile. That laid back attitude that didn't worry about things much beginning to shine through as she could tell the other person appeared to be bored. Reminding her of her last fight in the battle arena. Yeah, that was nice. Victory by default. Didn't do anything for her trying to better understand what she was after those lab experiments. Better luck next time, I guess. "Huh?" April blinked at Ira's question. Then she felt it. All this time it had somehow gone unnoticed by the woman. It felt somewhat familiar though. She could remember feeling similar back at the remains of what was the Crystal City when she first met that Revan person. How it had gone all this time unnoticed was a mystery to her. Her friends were right, she really did live in her own little bubble. "Curious. I guess I just wasn't paying enough attention before. Do you know someone by the name of Revan, by chance?"

Revan. A name historians included in tales of the Old Republic times. A name most would want to forget and simply ignore that black dot which existed on the time of the galaxy as a whole. Ira shook her head.
He was long before my time. I have heard of him, yes. I have not ever met him though. He disappeared a long time ago. I wouldn't be surprised if he was still alive, but most assume him to be dead.
A great Sith Lord, from what I know of him though." She wouldn't let it slip just yet that she was a little envious of his work.
"I was just wondering though. I figured it could be simply people from Earth are not well attuned to the Force. But you are human, easily enough. So, it would make sense that you would be able to feel it too."
It would have been far more enjoyable if she couldn't have felt it thought. It would have made for a great deal of fun to watch her gasp for air, without a clue of what was choking her. Oh that always made for a good laugh.
Oh well.
The chilling and rather heavy aura moved and settled by April's feet, simply waiting.
"But how is it that you have heard of Revan?"

"He?" That took April off guard. The Revan she had encountered back in the ruins of Crystal City was a female. Alien but still female. April scratched her head as it looked as those she was having a blonde moment. "Don't you mean she?" The Force? What was that? Before she could ask though Ira asked another question of her own about where she had heard of Revan. "I met her back at the ruins of Crystal City when I first came to Genesis. It was before the whole place melted and Kari returned to the map. She was nice. Her protocol droid on the other hand, not so much. By the way, what's a Sith?"

Ira raised a brow at April saying Revan was actually a woman. Then again, maybe in some messed up universe which the Well of Souls served as a transport to at random intervals - probably what brought on this whole mess anyway - it probably was true. Ira shrugged her shoulders.
"In my time, in my universe, Revan was a male. Potentially from an alternate one, I suppose he could be a she. Matters not to me if he was a he or a she. However, she needed a moment to debat if she wanted to explain things for this girl. What a Sith was. Ugh. By society standards back home, atrocious muderers who used the Force for their own gain, blah blah. But here, she could make it mean something else. So why not?
"Sith is a hard concept to describe, honestly. The best way I can think of though is that Sith...Are people who strive for freedom. For liberation. Though willing to go to extents most other people aren't." Yeah. That sounded good. Wasn't too far from the truth either. Actually. Pretty much was the truth.

Multiple realities sounded like a real bitch. Two different universes where someone were two different genders? Did that mean there was a universe out there where she was a man? April shuddered to think. And what if they met? Would time and space collapse in on itself? April shook her head, not wanting to think about it too much. It was a sure fire way to go crazy. When Ira started to explain what a Sith was, April was intrigued. The first thought coming to her mind were the Isafaro's Resistance but this was the first time she ever heard of the word. So it must have been exclusive to Ira's own world. "Like the Isafaro's Resistance? They're currently battling against the government here for liberty."

She couldn't help but to chuckle at April's response.
"That's a bit too close minded. A bit too narrow. Think on a greater scale of freedom. They too, limit themselves," she practically cooed as she walked around April, circling them woman, only making it about half way around before she continued speaking.
"What is to say their liberation is the liberation another desires? What is to say that their liberation is welcomed or wanted? They are just as guilty of commiting the crime which they accuse Vulture of here. We practice liberation on a small scale, yet once that liberation is set, we think on a bigger scale. It's a bit more complicated than what they foolishly believe." Ira shook her head.

April tensed up when Ira started to circle her. It wasn't something she liked people to do, circle her. The motion felt hostile, as certain predator were likely to circle their prey like this. It was enough to make the superhuman uncomfortable but she tried to stay relaxed. Assumption was a terrible thing. "And what do they foolishly believe?"
