"Yes. Three, en a way. Antiman tribe, birth tribe which mother and father belonged to. The second one...Hm. Was not willingly done. The third, adopted me, and I married there."
“What do you mean not willingly done? Were you kidnapped?”
"What et like though. Difficult. Hard life. But, simple. Nothing to get en way of knowing what emportant and what es no emportant. I no remember much of Antiman. Otaktay, I try to forget. Sanuye tribe though. Generally happy. We stopped moving. We live off land. Use what we need. That es what et was like, living en tribe. No have the running water. No the places to go eat. No place to...Live like this."
“What was your husband like? Did you have any children?”

Her smile faded at the questions they now posed. She sighed softly and took in a deep breath before continuing.
"En way, was kidnapping." She shifted uncomfortably. "I believe the proper wording es prisoner of war. Ef you wish for more detail, I can give et." Wakanda said softly before addressing the other question, her mood not seeming to improve any though at least it did not worsen.
"Ishmit was a good and kind man. A good leader of the Sanuye. Fought for what he believed. He was compassihinate as he was fierce en fight or hunt. We spent many years together before we wed. I was lucky that his parents were accepting of me as his potenshil mate, all things considered.
As far as children though. Only one was alive when born. Only one after stillbirths and miscarriages. She was decent child. Did no take to the healing passed on en family. She walked a path different than mine. A dark one." She looked down and pressed her lips together in a thin line before continuing to speak. "Et es by my acshins Darth Ira was let loose upon my galaxy. The wars and death she cause, destrucshin of so many lives. Help harm and almost destroy the Order which I swore to protect.
My daughter, I miss, deeply. However, I feel she es gone. The Dark Side has claimed her, gone es chance of redempshin for her, I feel."

But none of them asked for further details. They didn't feel right asking. The gang only gave Wakanda a sympathetic expression and allowed her to carry on the conversation herself.

“Is there a reason they wouldn't have accepted you?”
“You actually needed mommy and daddy's consent to get married?”
“You do if they're the leader of said tribe.”

“You can't blame yourself for what your daughter did.”
"My daughter, I miss, deeply. However, I feel she es gone. The Dark Side has claimed her, gone es chance of redempshin for her, I feel."
“There's always a chance of redemption...”

Wakanda nodded again slowly, her eyes simply focused on the table in front of her. Her hands moved slightly while on her lap simply out of nervous habit.
"I was outsider, no parents, no past. Nothing to give for being married. Just girl they found alone en forests. These were plenty of reason no to want to let me en family. Plenty other girls have a history there, have family and friends, a reason for man to wed. Father was okay with us becoming partners. Mother objected much. Thought et would ruin family name to take outsider like such.
She only agreed after I told her I would no do et ef et meant she and her son would no longer speak. Et bothered me much to watch their fighting." Wakanda explained softly before sighing.
"I should not, but I do take blame for things she done. For her to be there. By my choice and convincing, she lived enstead of died. Had she been killed, then a planet would no have been under control. A war would no have gone as far as et did. So many things would no have happened.
She had her chance at redempshin. She once attempted to walk path of Jedi. But call of the dark was too strong. En single night she left the Jedi and take title of Dark Lady of Sith. Since then, I have no seen the daughter I once knew.
I last saw her and tried to save her. From herself, from man who would be husband, and from the Dark Side. I barely escape with life and broken hearted. First time I had seen her en almost five years. I was mess after trying to save her.
I think after that, Jedi just all gave up hope for saving or redeeming her. Can no say I blame them."

“She saw how much you loved your son through that gesture of kindness and agreed? That is so sweet.”
“I would have told her to snuff it personally.”
“That's because you have no romance in your soul...”
“And I suppose limited romance according to gender is better?”
“Guys, now is neither the time nor place.”
“Did they have to go out and catch the fish?” asked Nex as he became impatient on waiting for their food.
“It's a big order, Nex. Give them time.”
“I've given them time. It's been... Well I don't have a watch on me but I know it's been a while.”
“It's only been three minutes.”
“Well that's a lifetime if you're holding your head underwater. I could have drowned by the time they got here.”
“Great. More food for the rest of us.”
"I should not, but I do take blame for things she done. For her to be there. By my choice and convincing, she lived enstead of died. Had she been killed, then a planet would no have been under control. A war would no have gone as far as et did. So many things would no have happened."
“You had no way of knowing what she would do if kept alive though. And how would killing her have been any better than the path she was walking?”
“The end justify the means, Mary.”
“I don't believe that.”
“That doesn't make it any less true.”
"She had her chance at redempshin. She once attempted to walk path of Jedi. But call of the dark was too strong. En single night she left the Jedi and take title of Dark Lady of Sith. Since then, I have no seen the daughter I once knew."
“I'm sorry.”
“What are Siths and Jedis?”
"I last saw her and tried to save her. From herself, from man who would be husband, and from the Dark Side. I barely escape with life and broken hearted. First time I had seen her en almost five years. I was mess after trying to save her. I think after that, Jedi just all gave up hope for saving or redeeming her. Can no say I blame them."
“Maybe something else could save her.”
“Watch out, Wakanda, she's going to try to convert you.”
“Mary, it might be best to just leave it.”
“But God– ”
“Allah.”
–“could save her daughter.”
“Here's the thing. In order to save someone they have to want to be saved. It's quite clear from Wakanda's story that's not the case.”
“But–!”
“Food's here.”
“Praise Allah!”
Boomed Nex, earning them some stares from the others eating at the restaurant as the waiter came back with their ordered meals, laying them down on the table and then leaving for them to enjoy their dinner.
“What are you looking at!? Go back to your fish! Damn evolved sense of aware people looking their noses down on others...”

Wakanda chuckled quietly and shook her head. "Oh no. Et es simply...How es et said? Killing her with kindness. An outsider of tribe, no matter years there, can no be seen to be better than wife of leader. That just looks bad. I guess, en way, I cheated." However, the faint smile the had appeared slowly faded away. The food was delivered before Wakanda spoke again.
"Sith and Jedi. They are two different groups, Orders, ef one will, who rely on the Force. The Sith, who use the Dark Side - the Bogan -, see Force as tool, as power. The Jedi, who use the Light Side - the Ashla -, see the Force as a guiding hand. Ef you are trying to convert, save your breath. There es no god out there I will belong to, as I belong to the Force.
Sith are...They say they look for the freedom. But at what costs?" Wakanda stared at her food as she spoke. "They lose themselves. I say I try to save daughter, but no. I try to save what I remember of her. Ef they could no cause chaos, I would no fight Sith. No. But they hurt so many for the freedom the look for. And they are dead, long before they find that freedom.
Only little more. One more step. They say this. But never enough. No." Wakanda reached up and scratched her cheek lightly.
"Jedi, peace. Not to let emoshins rule us. A balance and we, no use Force like people us a hammer - no, we listen to Force. Let et guide us. The Force will show way. Jedi are path of acceptance and peace.
Both Sith and Jedi have their own codes to give beliefs. Peace es lie, es only passhin. Through passhin, I find strength. Through strength, I find power. Through power, I find the victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me.
That es the Sith. At least, best I know.
For the Jedi; Emoshin, yet peace. Ignorance, yet knowledge. Passhin, yet serenity. Chaos, yet harmony. Death, yet the Force.
Other than that, es only way I can esplain the Sith and Jedi.
