That is why I cannot wait", Cloud replied crouched with his clawed hand supporting him as he remained there crouched.

For a moment, Sparda's aim remained, unwavering. Finally, though, after listening to the intruder's explanation of this "inner darkness," the devil allowed himself to lower his guns. His gaze, though, remained dark and scrutinising.
"What does any of that have to do with Her Majesty?" he asked promptly. "What's to stop you seeking out this opposite number on your own? Surely a man of that stature and appearance can't be difficult to track down if he's not careful about not wanting to be found."

Meanwhile back in the throne room of the castle Lori listened to Tony's explanation, then Sazan's reply before addressing the man herself, "And just what exactly is that device by your side?"
If she was going to tell her people they had nothing to fear from this stranger then he better show her they had nothing to fear. |

Even so he is looking for me.. to make me fall into deeper darkness so that he may take control of my body. I have no form of currency to give to those who may help me, but I can offer my services. That is also why I've come, because if she helps me.. I will owe her my life..... ", Cloud said placing a hand over his heart. He wasnt riddled full of holes so this man may have some mercy after all, but it will all be dicided by the guard's response.

Downward Spiral? She must have meant the gigantic tower that stuck out like a sore thumb in the landscape. Yeah, he noticed that. As for the situation he didn't expect it to be easy, it was never easy. What fun would it be if it was?
"This, Your Royal Highness, is the all-purpose powered armor suit the Mark VII operated by me and my friend JARVIS. Say hello, JARVIS."
"How do you do, madam?"
"Nice guy. Where I come from people call me a hero, playboy, billionaire, genius, philanthropist. Who's keeping track? You can call me Iron Man - my point is, I can be a help to you and all I ask for in return is somewhere to work so I can figure out a way to get home."
At the end of his speech, Tony looked to the exit of the throne room hearing a commotion coming from outside.
"Sounds like you ladies may get to see the suit in action."

"...Services, hm?"
Sparda seemed to finally relax. Around the two, the living darkness he had willed into place dispersed, allowing sight down the hallway as normal. The devil holstered his guns and stepped closer, his gaze still one of careful scrutiny.
"Hands behind your back," he ordered, taking the intruder by the wrists and casting a quick, potent binding spell that caused a ring of demonic energy to pulse into life around each wrist, cuffing them together behind the blond's back. "And I'll be taking that sword," Sparda added as a second measure, pulling the mighty blade from Cloud's back. "I'll stand for no trouble in Her Majesty's presence. Come."
Soon enough, the tall doors into the throne room swung open. Cloud would step fully into view, followed soon by Sparda, who kept the former's sword hefted on his shoulder. "The intruder wished to speak with you, my Queen. He doesn't appear to mean any harm."

Cloud nodded and took his sword from his back and and handed it to the guard, hilt-first. He felt... light without his blade, perhaps even stronger. He had that sword for years without ever parting from it. It was a part of him and now he simply gave it away. He had faith here however. Just beyond the other room could be an answer to his prayers.
He placed his hands behind his back in manner of a military's Parade Rest and was escorted into the room where the Queen found herself busy speaking to another man. From the way he looked, he seemed to be here on a similar basis as cloud. Now returning to his natural stoic self. It was a simply plain, emotionless expression.

Lori slightly jumped at the sound of JARVIS' voice coming from the pod and glanced over to Sazan for a moment before looking back to Tony. Yet another person was offering their assistance to her and this person looked to be capable of more advanced technology that could help them rival that of Isafaro. And with Constantine Harker's resources having one more genius mind could do wonders. However she first needed to know just what kind of devices she could expect from this man.
"What are the suit's armaments?"
The meeting would then be interrupted by Sparda who entered the throne with the intruder at his side.
"I am already in the middle of seeing another. He will have to wait outside until we are finished here." |

Tony turned around at the sound of the doors opening and feast his eyes on Sparda and Cloud. The latter of which was the first to catch his attention.
"Nice cosplay. What did you put in your hair to get it to stand up like that?"

Lori listened as Tony listed what all his armor had. Tilting her head at his declaration that he didn't make weapons and that he was one with his armor. Sazan had already asked the question for her and so Lori leaned back in her throne as she awaited Tony's answer. |

"Well for starters I can get you out of the dark ages."
Said Tony as he turned back around to face Sazan and the Queen.
"There's more to technology than just firing missiles at your enemies. Give me a work space and the rest of your country will be up to speed with your weapons and you'll have a nice clean energy resource to go with it."

"Escort him to the spare room we have on the third floor so he can get started," replied Lori.
She waited for Sazan to lead Tony and JARVIS away before turning her attention back to Sparda and Cloud and motioning them to come forward.
"Now. What was so important that you couldn't make an appointment like everyone else?" |
