Sazan noticed where Elena were trying to go, out the window. Well, if she wanted to go out the window then the Hybrid would grant her her wish. Sazan rushed forward in a burst of speed meanwhile calculating a rough estimate, since she didn't know Elena's exact speed, of the vampire's allowing her to get within range and tackle her through the wall behind her by the window, free falling onto the ground outside and restraining her. Elena wasn't going anywhere.
“I got her.”
Maricul went over to the body and both carefully and respectfully lifted the body up. Carrying the dead Integra Hellsing in her arms and then heading for the shattered window. Dropping down outside and landing on her feet perfectly with Camp and Sharpshooter still at her side.

The Hybrid was fast in her own right but her calculations of her speed was off just a tad. That was all the vampiress needed to move out of the way of the tackle and watch the Grand Duchess crash through the wall and fall flat on her face outside. If they weren't going to believe her now then they never were. Quickly, with everything around her moving along more slowly – as if someone pressed slow motion on the remote – Elena lunged out of the window and ran off into the night.

He stood there for a moment, the head bowed slightly, breathing in that scent which lacked the touch of a living soul. It was all so very disappointing. But he had resigned himself to leave that soul untouched, and now that resignation had become reality. The delectable meal was far beyond his reach. Though what would become of that soul, he didn't know. She certainly wasn't going to the Heavens, yet she had been one to control Hell's most powerful creatures; thus he doubted she would be very welcome there either. Perhaps she would simply become a wandering soul, with no purpose and place to reside. For all he knew, she might move on to become a demon herself; and that thought was rather intimidating. Integra Hellsing as a demon? That would have been quite something. The hand on his shoulder drew him out of his thoughts and he raises his head, casting a sideways glance at Amilia. Really? She was trying to comfort him? Did she pity him? It was true and had been obvious that his bond to her had been powerful, before the Nightmare struck. But he was a demon, he didn't cling to what was lost and experienced only very limited grief. He neither desired nor needed sympathy. But nevertheless, it was obvious that Alilia had no idea that she was speaking to the one who had set this vulgar Plague on her city. If she had, he doubted she would have attempted to be so kind to him. He was about to lift his master into his arms to carry her away, but Maricul had already stepped up to the task. So he instead turned his head toward the doors which now had smoke streaming through them. He could have doused these hungry flames quickly, had he carried any interest in that task. But he was choosing to let the fire continue to burn. There was barely anything left of the manor, there would be no point in sparing this scrap of building. Then came the sound of something smashing through a wall, and the ruby red hues flicked over to see that Sazan had launched herself at the weakened vampire. He watched without expression as they fell to the ground outside, and Elena took flight. A light chuckle rippled in his throat, a soft sound which was blocked by the crackling of the approaching fire. They suspected that one was the perpetrator? The one who murdered Integra? That vampire didn't have nearly enough ability to do such a thing to Sir Integra Hellsing. He knew who had killed Integra; he knew she was a vampire, he knew what she looked like, he knew her scent, and he had passed her on his arrival. If he had wanted to, he could have tracked her down now. Through the mental connection he had with his master via contract, he was always pulled into the mind of the contract bearer shortly before their death. Their life would, quite literally, flash before his eyes; whether it happened to the dying master or not. He had seen and heard exactly what was going on through Integra's eyes. This momentary sharing of minds was meant to be a form of punishment to the demon who had failed to preserve the master's life as their contract dictated. They were forced to watch and feel their master dying, slapped in the face by the fact they were losing that soul they had so desired and lowered themselves to a servant for. Perhaps if had he felt more fond of Integra toward the end, he might have suffered from sharing her death in such a way. But this time... It hadn't bothered him much, especially since he had accepted the fact the soul was lost. Mostly, it was damage to his pride that he had let her die. The real killer's words about Harker had peaked his interest, but he ignored it for the time being. It seemed Elena would be the one taking the blame fore the death though; and her running away would only worsen her case. So here he was, standing at the edge of the hole in the wall and looking out into the darkness after the retreating vampire; his eyes both knowing and amused. If Amilia was watching close enough, perhaps she'd realize he knew something of this matter... That he knew the truth of what had happened concerning Integra's death. If she asked him about it, however, she'd have to work hard to persuade him to speak. He could have just told Amilia all she needed to know of the perpetrator right then, freeing Elena from suspicion, and perhaps aid in the hunting of the real killer. But it was just so much more fun knowing that an innocent was taking blame for a crime she didn't commit... And as he wasn't making any effort to help the innocent one, that brought a savage sense of pleasure to him. Perhaps he'd seek out the killer himself and avenge his master, he needed no help in such a matter. But to be quite honest, he bore no ill-will toward the murderer, which was why he'd let her go unharmed as he passed her a moment ago. She had done him a favor in destroying his master, even though the loss was a regrettable one. Thus he kept his mouth shut. He wanted to see more anguish and suffering befall others... While he inwardly laughed at them from the shadows of his own regained freedom. A slight chuckle came from Saephara's throat as she lowered her weapon, the men around her doing the same. 'Ice lady?' 'Chill out?' How entertaining... Using her energy she cracked the ice surrounding her allowing it to fall to the ground in large pieces. When the last large icy chunk fell from her face, she folded the crossbow in her hands to a reasonable size and placed it in the holster that lay across her lower back. A hand raised up to tousle her silky strands and her wings expanded to full length, only to come back and rest against her body. Cautiously she approached the man that had commanded the others, a feeling of respect coming across her.
As her heels' clicking sound resounded through out the air and the leather rubbed next to each other, she couldn't help but show her pearly white teeth in a full grin. This Constantine Harker had a bit of spark to him, didn't he? Her feet stopped two feet from the pair and her observant eyes flew between the two gentlemen. "Mr. Harker, my name is Saephara Crosswell. Now to business. What I know? I know many things, Mr. Harker... Or will Constantine suffice?" As she continued talking, her voice lowered so that only the two could hear her hushed speech. "You seem like a very domineering gentleman. All of these people to command? I have to wonder if a man like you has begun concocting a solution for the problem outside of these fortified walls of yours." Sae laughed softly as she began to walk in a circle around the two, a hand raised to play with her necklace. The medium sized pendant rolled between her slender fingers. When she had fashioned the item, she had needed to redesign it since there had been a certain...ebbing glow from it. The solution had been yet again in her mother's old jewelry. There had been a bullet designed shaped pendant within the box and the vial had slipped right inside, as if it were made for that purpose. Around the surface were ancient letterings and symbols she could only think to be of her ancestry. It was calming to her and also hid the container completely.
The side of her right wing brushed against the two as she completed a full circle around them. "The chaos caused by the riots that have come from the resulting deaths of the plague that has stricken all throughout." Amusement entered her eyes and Sae knew it had to show. When she had fallen, she had gained a sick sense of knowing what was going on. Knowing she had a way of solving everything with the simple little vial she still played with was just so...empowering. "Perhaps the knowledge you seek can be earned in a sense. My only price? I am looking for work. I would like to work for you if only for a short while. As a matter of fact, I was instructed to meet with you by my previous employer." She turned her face back to face Constantine and paused to hear what he had to say.

Even from the castle, he would've felt the danger. Countless freaks on very loose leashes, suddenly let loose upon the very city they had been made to protect now that their master had passed on. Fortunately, Sparda had been on the front line through the latter part of this riot, deploying not long after the Merjutsu Corps.
He was outside to meet the marauding freaks as they spread out from the burning Hellsing manor, his right hand resting almost idly upon Force Edge's hilt. A group of them stopped, four in all, who had chosen to face him down. Amidst the chaos, only a few seconds of silence passed between them before the first of the four lunged forth at inhuman speed, snarling and reeling back a clawed hand to rip the interloper's -
She lost that arm.
Sparda almost seemed to have simply teleported past her, Force Edge suddenly extended skyward, its blade wreathed in the vampire's blood. She tumbled off her footing, screaming in agony for the briefest moment, before Sparda completed his turn, pulled Ombra into his off hand and blew her head off with a single well-placed shot in her direction.
"Amateurs. Nothing but wild dogs off your muzzles."

She wasn't bothering with watching others before or after Elena exited the room in demolition fashion. Maricul exited with Integra and that's all that mattered now. Amilia didn't have any reason to believe Elena killed the leader of the Hellsing order at all. In fact she almost knew she didn't however because Elena placed herself in the situation of draining Integra she had no other choice than hunt and interrogate the target.
Amilia dropped out of the building next, there was no chance in catching Elena so there was no point in chasing her. If lucky the quarantine would contain her so the virus didn't spread beyond the city, besides that there was more chance the cure the this plague would be developed within the city than outside of it keeping the vampire closer to home. She hoped.
Once she landed she watched as the Hellsing members gathered around Integra and made her way to the front door where the strike began. Amilia looked across the street and up toward the top level of the building where an open window was. That's where it all began.
"It's Harker, only the girls in my bed call me Constantine and that's only at first, after that I'm known as-" he stopped when his phone dinged and let the girl go on to keep talking as he checked his messages on his phone, "Well whatdyaknow? Got some shitty news from Hellsing."
Harker looked over in the direction where Hellsing was located across the city and noticed the black smoke rising above the buildings between them, "That black smoke is the mansion on fire. And it would seem I am losing a lot of money right now since Integra just got 'iced'."
He waved Sae off basically listening while inturupting her, all the same he saw the direction the conversation was going, "You're trying to help, that's cute and all but what do you honestly know about curing a plague? What herbal supplements and alchemy would you use to create an antibiotic that everyone can use to treat themselves? What are your assets, minus the wings, I'm sure they're nice to other winged people but not my lingo."

“DAMMIT!”
Sazan shouted, slamming her fist into the ground as she got back up to her feet. The mages who survived the encounter with the escaping freaks returning to her side while Mari looked over at Amilia when she exited the building after them.
“Where am I taking the body?”
“The castle,” replied Sazan. “Like Amilia said, the Queen needs to hear about this.”

He watched without a word as Amilia followed Maricul outside, and the others whom Hellsing had commanded also gathered. His eyes would follow Amilia as she made her way to the front entrance, and he was unsure as to what she was doing or thinking. But that didn't matter. There came a loud explosion from behind him, and he turned away from the opening in the wall to stare. The flames had finally reached the office, and were hungrily devouring everything. Black smoke would stream out of the broken window and wall, and he was silhouetted against the dark backdrop. He had said his farewell to Integra, and he had no more reason to remain here. Rather than leaping out of the building to join the others, he walked back into the heart of the office, visibly walking directly into the roaring inferno. To those outdoors, he would appear to simply disappear into the fire; perhaps committed a self-murder to those who thought he'd do such a thing. In truth, he had returned to the Faustian Realm once hidden from prying eyes by the blaze. A few seconds after he had gone, a great cacophony rose from the small structure. The place had reached its limit, and it would soon begin to collapse in on itself... The Queen remained in the castle being guarded by knights trained by Sparda himself. She looked out the window to see the fire and smoke rising from the Hellsing estate and her heart sank as she began to fear the worse. Little did she know just how well placed her fears really were as for the first time in her life Lori began to pray.

Amilia would overlook the rifle that was used to blow down the door to the mansion only because of where it was located. She would later return to the scene to investigate further but she knew something was there. She hit the roof tops again knowing Sazan would handle the body as she went to inform the Queen.
After a matter of minutes she would be located back at the castle having taken the easy way there. The guards nodded to her as she entered the castle, she had beaten Vicknairs team here which was surprising but she didn't worry about it they probably ran into a bit of trouble. She made her way toward the queens chambers being warned that she was ill but Amilia knew this matter was very pressing as she knocked several times on the door awaiting approval to enter.

Sazan and Maricul took a different route, making sure to avoid any further confrontation with either the released freaks or the rioters as they made it to the castle gate. The guards looking on in shocked as they saw the dead body of the famous Sir Integra, the master of monsters. They opened the gate allowing the four to enter. Coming to the hospital ward and setting Integra's body down there for now.
“I'll be returning to the Hellsing estate to salvage what I can. You three are freed to do as you please now.”
Maricul and the others said nothing in response. They remained quiet and stayed standing near the body as Sazan exit to return to the mansion with the other mages.

The Queen heard the knock at her door and her heart only sank further, but even so she forced a faceless expression. For the Queen couldn't afford to show any sign of weakness no matter how grave the situation. Lori turned around to face her door and spoke. "Enter."

Amilia opened the door and entered the chamber. The queen didn't look herself today had it not been for the circumstances she wouldn't have bothered her at all but it was warranted. Amilia bowed her head and raised it all in one movement then looked the Queen in the eyes and shook her head.
"I've got bad news," the bad news would triumph over her return sadly enough. She was originally hoping to greet the queen with smiles and have a pleasant conversation over tea and biscuits.
"Sir Integra has been murdered, the Hellsing mansion is in flames."

Sazan returned to the manor with her mages and used their magic to put out the fire but the damage was already done. At the very least now they would be able to retrieve the bodies of the other men slaughtered and search the place. Unfortunately Sazan would find nothing. No scent, no tracks, nothing. Nor she could pick up anything through her magic. It was clean, precise, perfect. Whoever it was was an expert and had no magical attributes that she could track. Sazan slammed her fist into a wall. It was the only thing she could take her anger out on until they found out who did this. Before it was too late.

Lori stood there in shock. Her fears had been confirmed and then some. Her body numb she didn't even feel the boil on her cheek pop and the blood that dripped down it. She was surprised the news didn't knock her over completely. "Who? How? How is that possible!?" Hellsing was the most secured place in Hallowton alongside Harker's Industries and the castle itself. How could someone had gotten close enough to assassinate her? Was it someone on the inside? A traitor? So many questions and Lori was in no condition to deal with them all as she found a seat to rest on.
