"Come now, it's hard to A - Lie to a liar - and B - fool me, girl." As she spoke, Ira lifted a hand, pulling on the Force, gently tugging as much as she could on the Apple hidden under Altair's clothing.
"I mean this. I haven't seen anything like it before here, honestly."

Altaïr stumbled back and her right hand flew to the pocket. Shocked was an understatement Two of her secrets revealed so quickly. Instantly she became defensive. "Touch not what does not belong to you!"

A devious smile spread across Ira's lips at the reaction she had. And it was important to her? That only made the Sith Lord want it more. "I haven't even touched it yet. But, lets consider that a challenge then. And lets consider that challenge actually to be accepted as of now."
One of Ira's hands dropped down to the small of her back, taking hold of the black hilt of the lightsaber she had hooked onto the belt around her waist. In one fluid, simple motion, the saber was taken from the belt, the brilliant white blade came to life with a hiss and long lasting deep hum - the tip pointed towards Altair.
If it was important for her to become so defensives, and if it showed off like it did throuh the Force - then obviously she wanted it and needed it to be under her control. Especially if she was going to try to make this temple - perhaps somehow whatever that was would be of use to her.

Altaïr almost reached for her blade but something about the humming red blade Ira held left her ill at ease.In a fluid practiced motion her hand moved across her chest and in one motion drew and threw two knives at Ira. She didn't stop to watch as she spun and slapped the horses rear causing it to charge at Ira. Certain of her distraction Altaïr spun and tore down the nearest alley at full speed.

((OoC; It's a white blade >>; ))
One of the knives hit Ira's blade and stopped, bouncing back after hitting the blade. The other stopped inches before an opened hand, caught by the Force. Without missing a beat, the knife was redirected and returned towards Altair. However, the horse had made its way towards her, and the knife was already set loose, making its way towards the horse. With an inhuman growl, figuring the knife alone would not stop the horse, Ira raised her blade up and made several wide swings with her saber, a wall of light light appearing practically with the swings being so quickly done and sweeping across the alleyway as a whole. That horse would not be making it out of that alleyway alive if she had anything to say about it.

((mah bad!)) By this time Altaïr had made it to the rooftops and a fair distance away. Putting her fingers to her lips she blew a long shrill whistle. The horse reared at the last moment and spun, but the knife slid along its side leaving a long but thin gash, a lucky miss. The horse quickly changed direction and sped in the opposite direction, away from Ira.
Altaïr lept from rooftop to rooftop, eager to create some distance between her and that... woman. She was not about to let the Apple of Eden fall into anyone's hands, no matter what claim they made to their intentions.
(Hm...should we join another board in our pursuit or continue here?)

((Just leave it here because Ira's not about to go chasing people down in three inch heels xD))
Gone. Ira disignited her saber and placed it back onto the back of her waist. The togruta gave a slight sigh and shook her head. She was not about to go ahead and twist her ankle attempting to chase someone down in these heels and now that she thought out it, she was not about to ruin her dress. Nope. She liked this one. A fair deal too, honestly. And whatever it was she held, well...Ira would return for it another time. And dressed appropriately.
