Personality: Conditioned to be an unquestioning servant of General Vulture, Demetrius is a consummate soldier; icy and pragmatic, with little tolerance for incompetence or excuses. He demands the very best from himself on duty, both in combat and in general form and presentation, and expects the same standards of the rank and file. The respect he commands from his subordinates, not to mention his quick thinking and knack for both on-the-spot tactics and campaign-wide grand strategy, make him an ideal leader of men. He is not without his own sense of hubris and confidence, though; without obvious equal within the Crimson Vulture, he has yet to have his abilities truly tested against a worthy opponent.
This no-nonsense soldier, however, is a mere facade for the true Demetrius. Hiding behind his mask of duty, he is a just and chivalrous man who secretly despises General Vulture and the barbarism of his army. The problem he faces is that, purpose-created as he was, he has known nothing but the military life; he seeks both a cause worthier of his efforts and an opponent who can stand as his equal on the battlefield.
Special Abilities: - Superhuman Physicality: Even compared to high-class demons, Demetrius’ body is capable of far superior feats. Most notable are his incomprehensible speed, remarkable agility, ultra-sharp senses and reflexes, and perfect balance. He has been known to move at hypersonic speeds when not encumbered by the heavy armour of his demon body, and his senses are honed to such a degree as to allow him to perceive his surroundings with unchanging ease even at such incomprehensible speeds. He’s renowned for his virtually perfect aim, which only falters when he commits to moving at speeds upwards of 30 miles per hour. He almost never engages in hand-to-hand combat, but his great strength, durability and regeneration are enough to see him through most such engagements. - Mechanisation: Demetrius has the unique ability to “mechanise” parts or all of his body. His very tissue and bone becomes an alloy of super-strong demonic metal. Notably, this allows him to deconstruct metal objects and add them to his mass, thickening his armour or fashioning melee weapons with which to assail his foes. He can also use this ability in a support capacity, breaking objects down into raw materials for use in repairing other Crimson Vulture equipment. - Technopathy: Drawing upon his expert understanding of technology, Demetrius has the ability to mentally interface with mechanical and electronic devices to perform all manner of tasks, from opening doors and commandeering gun turrets to overriding security protocols and rewriting software code. - Directive Omega: Only released when a combat situation is dire enough to require it, Directive Omega is Demetrius’ twisted equivalent of a Devil Trigger. He draws upon his demonic power to mechanise his whole body into a form best described as a ten-foot mech; designed by the research team that created him, armed to the teeth and tested against just about every piece of Crimson Vulture hardware there was. Able to teleport instantaneously to any location he knows well enough by means of an on-board spatial displacement device, it is also equipped with a radial kinetic shield that protects it from all but the most powerful projectile impacts. It is armed with a tank-busting repeating rifle, a bladed machine gun, a pair of concealed energy missile launchers built into its shoulders and a collapsing, back-mounted, hypervelocity beam cannon firing bolts of raw demonic energy compressed to the density of neutron stars.
Weapons: - Redshift: Demetrius’ reliable sidearm is a long-barrel revolver chambering .50 caliber mercury-explosive rounds. - Hawkeye: Demetrius’ weapon of choice, Hawkeye is a custom-built sniper rifle with a 20x zoom sight and a hydraulic recoil damper. Chambered for a round the size of the .500 Nitro Express, it fires a super-dense, armour-piercing slug at supersonic velocities. - Deicide: Reserved for enemies which need to be obliterated a little more urgently, Deicide is a large-bore personal-scale cannon. It chambers a number of custom-designed ammunition types and can switch between them at will: --- Hellfang: The Hellfang is a dense armour-piercing slug with a small charge at the back which contains a thermite-like compound capable of burning at up to 3000 degrees Celsius. Almost the very instant after the round penetrates its target, the charge detonates, spraying its contents across the inside of the hole left in the slug's wake and burning it still wider. --- Infernus: The Infernus is a standard high-explosive shell; standard, at least, in that its shaped warhead doesn't do anything except explode on impact with the force of 8 tons of TNT. --- Slaughterhouse: When fired, the elongated Slaughterhouse round fragments into hundreds of superheated flechettes that rain down on the target area in a conical spray with enough speed and force to tear human bodies apart and even punch lightly armoured vehicles full of holes. The shell that these flechettes splinter from is made of a reactive metal that can be made to explode when triggered with a button on Deicide's grip, further increasing the Slaughterhouse's destructive capability. --- Sentinel: A particularly nasty tool of destruction, the Sentinel is not a shell, but a high-explosive limpet mine. Once deployed, a Sentinel mine can be detonated in a number of ways; it can be fired remotely, project an invisible laser trip beam, set to a timer or trigger when pressure is applied.
History: It is said that those with power always desire more power. Koma Iz Vulture is no exception. Though not dissatisfied, per se, with the fear-inspiring power of his armies, he believed that something more could be done to bolster their great power. The idea that struck him was, to his mind, ingenious; a super-soldier capable of leading men on any scale of battle and undertaking missions alone that would require whole battalions of lesser personnel.
General Vulture was one of the few men in Isafaro who were at all knowledgeable of the variety of supernatural creatures that called Genesis home alongside humanity; he realised that such a project as the one he was envisioning would require that manner of superiority over the average human. He set about handpicking the finest minds in Isafaro, briefing them personally on the dream soldier they were to bring to life.
The planning alone took months, and acquisition of materials, both mundane and demonic, still longer. But once the pieces were obtained, they were brought together in the only place in Isafaro with adequate facilities; the top-secret Special Projects labs of Matrix Military Solutions, the leading manufacturer of Crimson Vulture equipment. Here, Vulture's hand-assembled think tank spent years prototyping according to his specifications, and Project Phyresis got underway.
The final result went through a number of iterations before finally passing the General's stringent tests. Though he looked human, the weapon they had constructed possessed abilities far beyond even the strongest of the supernatural creatures the team had succeeded in capturing. Standing above his base powers, though, was the armament to which their occult experimentation had given rise; a humanoid mech, for lack of a better description, whose entire form and weaponry were accessed solely through the channeling of the unit's latent demonic power.
Demetrius Altor was the name their creation was given.
His consciousness and memories built up from scratch, he was conditioned to be unquestioningly loyal to General Vulture, but given enough capacity for free will and independent thought to be able to operate alone and possess the individuality required of a successful tactician. His mind for tactics and strategy was drilled into him as part of his training, which took the form of both overseen lab tests and top-secret field missions.
Finally, five years after passing his initial testing, Project Phyresis was deemed ready for active service and drafted into the elite of the Crimson Vulture, ranked First Class - the same position as the elite officer whose unit he was to join, Drake White, so as to avoid raising any suspicion among the many who had no idea of even the existence of the project. When the time was right, General Vulture would take great pleasure in springing his superweapon upon his hapless enemies...

All right then, just a couple of things.
For starters it's a lot more difficult to run and aim than some people may think, even more so if you're moving that fast. So either lose the speed or the perfect aim when in that state because they contradict each other. If Demetrius can move that fast what does he need to be firing off a weapon for?
Secondly a cyborg is part machine, part living being. A cybernetic limb is a mechanical limb designed to be attached to and used by a living being. A robot is pure mechanical and programing.
For this kind of transformation to even be slightly possible Demetrius would have to carry extra lightweight pieces in order to construct a form twice his original height, but at the same time, he'd have to fit his organic parts into it.
Last but not least, what the Isafaro army can do has yet to be revealed in the story so you'll have to rate Demetrius to something more commonly known on the site than "five entire Isafaro army groups."
Once these changes have been made I'll reevaluate the application.
