Special Abilities: As a priestess of Yahweh Phebe is able to heal minor to moderate wounds on her allies, cast holy barriers to deflect attacks and raise her staff to double the overall strength of her allies on the field. Through the power of prayer Phebe is also capable of driving out evil spirits that reside within a mortal or a small populated area.

History: Phebe was brought up under the laws of Lord Yahweh in the holy city of Aircano located just outside the desert region of Jherra. Life in the city was peaceful with a devoted base to Yahweh and every Sunday loud music and people praising his name could be heard from the temple that overshadowed the rest of the city. At the age of fourteen Phebe devoted herself to the Lord further by studying to become a priestess. Inspired by the prodigy child Miracle who became a priestess three years prior and appointed High Priestess at the same time she began her studies. Her studies would come to a halt one year in as the Battle for Aircano began and Phebe was among the refugees who made their way out of the city and ran from the supernova that birth the second sun in the sky before moving to Crystal City where she continued her studies there until it was time for her to go on her pilgrimage. A rite of passage for all priests and priestesses before their training is complete.
Phebe ventured into the cold Crystal Expanse with nothing but the clothes on her back, a wooden staff in hand and the word of God in her heart. There she meditated on the word of God for several days and helped to guide outsiders through the Crystal Expanse before coming to the ruins of Aircano, silently mourning the lost of her home and spent another few days there until she venture off into the desert. Her resolve being tested through the mirages at the desert and when members of the Cult of Veran captured her and tortured her. Attempting to break and turn her away from Yahweh to declare Veran her lord but she refused and managed to escape freeing the other prisoners they had collected and making a break for Jherrazad where they rested at the local tavern. The next day Phebe was spreading the word in Jherrazad but was arrested by the authorities and thrown in the castle dungeons where she was left to rot. While praying one night in the dungeons the side wall was blasted out by an angel of Yahweh allowing Phebe to escape and flee the city heading for Moon Valley.
While she endured mockery from some of the youth who lived there, she received a much better reception on arrival than she did in Jherrazad. She was invited to a farmer's home to eat with them and stayed there for a couple of days before going into the forest and mountain area to meditate. During meditation Phebe could sense a great darkness surrounding the city and coming from a focal point that led directly under it but when she tried to reach it she was escorted out of town by people who worked for then mayor Carari Grey. Phebe would feel the Lord taking her back to the Crystal Expanse where she would find the ruins of Crystal City and be attacked by evil spirits that controlled the era. With too many to fight off at once Phebe was forced to leave the ruins and went to Hallowton to reunite with her brothers and sisters and there she stayed until Aircano was reconstructed by an act of God until it was once again overran by darkness and they were forced out to Kari where they planned to meet up with the High Priestess to plan their next move.
