Neither girls understood what was happening, the only thing they got was that a person had somehow erased another person's memory and was now living in said person's body. It was morbid to Rebecca, though Nadia was slightly curious about the whole situation; she had never heard of such a thing happening here, but in a world like Genesis she supposed that a lot of things that she thought were impossible could happen here.

Oblivion said with a delightful tone, but the grimness of the words caught in the back of his throat. As his ears caught the words Aminee spoke, he turned his red eyes on her with a blank, but discouraging stare.
"In my past life, I gave everything to Kari. My parents duties took my parents from me. When my child died because of sickness I didnt quit my services to Kari. Because of this... a colleague sabotaged my weapon, causing the deaths of me, my wife, and everybody in the building. Considering the price I payed for my home, people would still find me with contempt and hate me... hate me. I will stay." Said Oblivion in a griefving voice. His eyes revealed his stubbornness about the situation, and his eyes issued a challenge to all who planned to move him.

Kyrie finished up healing the people she was led to before walking back to the others just in time to hear the end of Oblivion's speech. "That's terrible." She looked at the man sympathetically before turning her attention over to Aminee who had told him to get not too long ago. "Shouldn't Kain decide whether or not he can say? This is his city after all."

Utena didn't know what to think. She understood Aminee's concerns but it would have been hypocritical of her to send a man off looking for redemption. That what she herself have been searching for for the past several months now. Ultimately the Former Champion of Ohtori decided to be quiet on the matter as the soldier by her side spoke up.
"Agreed. I can take you to Kain now if you'd prefer."

"Fascinating. I would love to get together later and learn more." Said Minako with a twinkle in her eye. As if she was fantasizing about the kind of conversation they would have alone. Drifting off into her own little world not paying attention to the real world or what anyone else was saying while she looked at Oblivion sheepishly.

"Boohoo! We all have problems." Aminee said bluntly and without apology. Clearly uninterested in his story and holding on to the thought he was a threat to them. To all of them. But Kyrie made a valid point. It should be Kain's decision and it would be. "All right. Let go see Kain."

Judging by how one of the people here reacted it seemed that the person was still connected to the Netherrealm and could turn on them at any moment, or be taken advantage of at least that's how Rebecca heard it. She wanted to give the person a second chance, it wasn't certain that the person would turn against them, but at the same time she could sympathise with the person about not wanting people here who could turn against them at a drop of a hat.
Everyone seemed to agree to take the person to Kain, the leader of the city, he would certainly have the final say on what should happen as Rebecca and Nadia gave small nods as Nadia turned to Aminee, "Do you need us as escorts?" she asked as she looked at Oblivion, she didn't want to think that he would turn on them, but her military training was to always be on the lookout for danger no matter where it is.

"... Let's go" Oblivion said as he stood, a white feather falling from his sleeve to the floor as he did. Another would make its way to the floor but would be intercepted by his left hand. The feather would be twirled back and forth through his fingers unconciously but thoughtfully as if a plan was running through his mind. It was a habit for him whenever he worked... it helped time pass.

Kyrie found observing the others reaction to Oblivion to be interesting. One wanted to spend more time with him, the second wanted nothing to do with him, the third on the fence and both Utena and Rebecca seemed indifferent. As they all decided to go see Kain, Kyrie noticed a white feather fall from Oblivion's sleeve. Raising an eyebrow in confusion as he watched him twirl is around in his fingers before looking back to the others. "You all go ahead. I'm going to stay here and help heal the wounded."

The soldier turned to Nadia.
"Escorts won't be necessary. Thanks."
The soldier led the others out of the shelter and towards Kari HQ where he knew Kain to be. After going through the usual security measures they arrived on the top floor in Kain's office. The soldier greeting him in a salute.
"Private Huntson reporting, sir. Dr. Legna wishes to speak with you."

"Is that a feather?" Minako inquired quietly towards Oblivion as they left the shelter and made it to Kari HQ. She had met the nation's leader when they arrived as Sailor V but never in her civilian form so naturally she bowed her head and introduced herself. "Hello, sir. I'm Minako Aiko of Moon Valley. It's a pleasure to finally meet you." Minako raised up her head from the bow and smiled.

The Pop Idol didn't say anything further as they all agreed to see Kain. She hoped Kari's leader would have the same opinion as she did. Aminee didn't trust this man and that wasn't about to change any time soon. When they finally reached Kain's office he was looking something over on his laptop. Turning his head and telling them to be at ease as he looked shock to see Oblivion standing there among the group. So what he had said was true. He did have tides to Kari. But that still didn't mean he could be trusted now. Kain stepped up to the man and asked, "How?"

As they left the room he simply smiled and answered "Yes" to Minako's question. They would get together later and talk if she wished, and Oblivion would be glad to do so. He had been alone for so long that being with anybody, enemy or friend, would relieve him. It seemed like forever since the last time he'd seen Kain, and he hoped he would forgive him.
Upon entering the room He bowed only to rise from the bow when Kain himself approached him. How.. what an interesting question. He would gladly answer. ".....The weapon was sabotaged Kain. Sabotaged by my fellow workers... My willpower alone sustained my wandering soul. I wandered into hell, and a demon attempted to devour my soul. My soul lashed out, merging itself with the demon's. It is now my body.." Oblivion answered looking around. His red eyes would catch Kain's and he waited for his reply

Huntson lowered the salute and then stood at ease as Kain asked the obvious question and Oblivion repeated what they told them from earlier.
"Some of us are concerned that the Netherrealm's reported collective conscious may beckon him to turn against us, thus making him a National Security ris. How do you wish to proceed?"
