Relampago had succeeded in temporarily halting the demon child siege over the sector. If not for his intervention Sector 11 would have been consumed by darkness and Legion would be on her way to Sector 10. Instead she was making her way to a Vulture's outpost that had captured a group of biotics with the L2 implants and was holding them to be executed. But it would be the men and women who carried the Vulture insignia who'd face execution.
The guards of the outpost laid dead towards the outside gate of the building. Blood beginning to dry up as their skeletons laid out above the puddle. Terror scarred their minds and the screams of the damned were the last thing they heard before their bodies were destroyed and this, this was all that remained. Another message to General Vulture that his time was coming to an end. For each soldier that lost their life to Legion led the demon child one step closer to the Core in Sector 7. One step closer to vengeance.
There was blood all over the inside of the outpost displaying the massacre that had happened here. Anyone who entered here with no prior knowledge of the exploits of Legion would never believe that a mere child, experiment or otherwise, was capable of such massive damage to a single area. The blood was all over the walls, the floors and the ceiling and further on down the room...
A blood pit of bodies.
Footprints could be heard drawing closer to the cell where the leader of the biotics could be seen rotting away. He was dubbed a madman by Vulture, Resistance and civilians alike. But only the latter two understood why. Driven insane by the Vulture's experiment and forced into exile. That was why he raised his own resistance like Imai had. Only their resistance was led not by the desire of freedom, but vengeance. That was something they had in common.
Legion could hear the biotics cries even now. They wanted to be freed. They wanted to spread their wrath to the entirety of the Vulture's army. They didn't care how many of them were killed in the process. Just as long as they managed to take some of the people who ruined their lives with them, then it was all worth while. Legion would grant them their wish by giving them a new leader. A leader who's hatred for General Vulture rivaled her own. But first...
The dismissal of their former, failed leadership.
You are dismissed.

Word of the demon child had reached the ears of the Vulture's Resistance. It was hard to ignore a threat that managed to flood an entire sector in blood and nearly devoured another in darkness. Especially after that same threat was present during the murder of her captain and closest friend 201. Payback was a bitch and Imai planned to repay both 201's murderer and the demon child who was in league with him. An aerial carrier led Imai, Kragen and Garrus to the Vulture's outpost southwest of the sector where they had hacked into Vulture's communications to learn of the most recent attack. Recognizing the damage from Legion's earlier handy work in Sector 12. The carrier opened and the three parachuted down to the site below stopping just outside the gate where the puddle of blood and the skeletons laid. Imai unhooked the parachutes and took out her radio after landing.
“Genius, this is Imai. Do you copy?”
“Loud and clear, Commander,” said Genius from HQ.
“What's going on in there?”
“A genocide of Vulture's troops and the release of extremely unstable biotics with the same L2 implants Vulture put in you. It appears our little friend is building herself an army.”
“Can you spot her location?”
“She was last seen on the top floor prison to the far right of the outpost killing one of the biotics. Vulture's records states he was the leader of the group.”
“She released them just to kill off their leader?”
“Who knows what her motivations are. Many of the cameras are dead and she vanished soon after so I have no way to keep a trace on her whereabouts except in a few places. I'm afraid you're going in blind as you predicted.”
“All right. Keep communications open and alert us straight away of anything you do find.”
“Yes, Commander.
Imai drew a heavy pistol from her pocket and looked over to Kragen and Garrus.
“No matter what happens we stay together. Got it?”

"Understood." Kragen replied as he drew the HKG3 into his hands and held it up prepared for the task ahead. Natural, supernatural, it didn't matter. In the end they had a job to do to not only free this city from tyranny but to protect it from any and all threats that opposed it. And it was apparent that this "child" 201 engaged to the southeast was the biggest thread in Isafaro right now. Little did he know however an even bigger threat loomed over the horizon against all of existence. Kragen stood in wait for the order to move forward.

[/center] What a mess this place was... The blood which seemed to splatter every square inch of the building, the gore which littered the structure and cast its putrid stench. The demon wrinkled his nose as he stepped over yet another corpse; taking care not to get blood smears on his black attire. He didn't know exactly what had happened; but he could tell from the scent of demon which lingered heavily that it had been such hell-spawn which caused all of this. Isafaro was in a state of utter chaos. He had returned here simply to collect Intel on the status of Hallowton's war enemy, only to be greeted by the scenes of a recent uprising. Then he had felt the mass of suffering and hopeless despair, of lives being brutally torn away from bodies through the Fuastian Realm... So of course, he had come to inspect what exactly had occurred. As Sebastian continued his leisurely stroll through the carnage, his eyes missed nothing and locked everything seen away for future reference. The main source of information he picked up was that every single one of those murdered people were part of Vulture. That was a point of great interest to the demon, seeing as it seemed that someone was taking it upon him or herself to try and end the tyranny. Was it the Resistance? Somehow, he doubted it. He may have only met the Resistance members briefly; and only stuck around long enough to save them from their collapsing headquarters. But he didn't think they would have gone to such a length as what he was seeing here to bring down their hated government; quite similar to a tyrannical monarchy, really. The demon soon came to a halt at the edge of a pit which was full of bloodied and maimed bodies, there was a rather deep pool of blood down there as well. Sebastian raised his eyebrows as he looked down into the pit. The demon responsible for all of this certainly held some form of grudge... How unsightly... He had walked through similar carnage before in his many years of life; such scenes were actually a point of fascination on his part. He himself was perfectly capable of causing this destruction and mass murder; but he preferred not-so-direct ways to kill off a population. Mostly because he didn't want any mess on himself. So he destroyed people by other means, means which didn't make him become directly involved. Evidence of his sadistic demonic nature came from the time when he had unleashed the Black Plague upon London, destroying 2/3 of the entire population in a short amount of time. That had simply been his way of satisfying some boredom; as he hadn't had a decent soul in centuries back then. But it had been under orders of a new master in which he had lit the historic Great Fire of London not long after the plague. Yet he had enjoyed every minute of watching from the top of the London Bell Tower while the humans trampled each other in their futile attempts to flee, like the insects they truly were in comparison to hell spawn. However... Both of those events had been brought about by his hand; which was what made them so satisfying. This destruction had been caused by another demon, and he wanted to know who and for what reason. If anything, it would certainly make for an interesting tale to report to his master. His footsteps echoed through the deserted and gore-covered halls and rooms as he picked his way through the area; still making sure he got none of the stuff left behind by the killer on his garb. The ruby-red eyes gleamed eerily from the darkness as he raised his nose to the air again, drawing in the horrid stench of the the surrounding building. It took him a moment to separate the demon's smell from the dead; but he would have no trouble locating... The female, it seemed. This demon was unlike him, yet so very like him at the same time. The main difference was that she seemed to be young and inexperienced; focusing all her natural malicious and sadistic instincts upon the unfortunate people who had lived in this building. She lacked self control, and she had powers he did not. He was certainly highly interested in meeting her. But it was then that he heard the voices from just outside, near the gate. Familiar voices... He remembered them from the attack on the Resistance HQ, and it seemed he had been right in assuming they were not responsible for this. But it also sounded as if they knew exactly whom had carried out this killing spree. So... She had released a... Biotic, whatever that was, and then killed it? For no known reason... Sebastian turned his feet toward the main entrance; and his figure would be silhouetted against the dim lighting from within the building as he proceeded to stand in the entryway and looked out at the Resistance. He saw at once that one of them was missing... But that was something to speak about later. There was no trace of his usual sardonic smile, seriousness was etched into every line of his face. It was an act, of course; this was all rather amusing to him. But he had to maintain an attitude before them that suggested he was genuinely concerned about what had happened here. His soft voice carried out to the new arrivals as he stood aside to allow them to pass into the building. "Staying together is the best option for you, Sirs and Ma'am. There's... Quite a mess within."[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]________________________________ In the [stillness] of the shining skyis your [ home] of return Beyond the [darkness[/color]][/size] Thoughts ► "Whatever happened here..." Garrus had seen many terrible acts performed to both good and bad people, but nothing like this. Words couldn't describe what was going through the Rebel Turian's mind at seeing the large quantities of dry blood against the ground and the skeletons of once proud Vulture's patrols lying on top of it. It was true that the Rebel Turian wanted to see the Vulture pay for their crimes here, even if it meant death. But even this was going too far for the Rebel Turian. Upon hearing Imai's orders after their landing Garrus nodded over to her and drew the M-15 Vindicator positioning himself to cover the right side of her rear where Kragen would no doubt cover the left. His eyes then going over to the familiar man in black who saved them from the fallen underground network they once used as their base of operations before the first Red Queen brought it to ruin. Garrus Vakarian Sebastian? What are you doing here?

She sensed them. The three primary members of the Vulture's Resistance. The Ex-Soldier Kragen, the Rebel Turian Garrus Vakarian and the Resistance's Commander Imai Katayo. Their thoughts reached out to the demon child even all the way from the top floor of the outpost. Seeing the desire of vengeance on their minds that fueled their very souls. There was a fourth person who joined them that differed from the rest. Sebastian Michaelis; contracted servant to the Hellsing Organization in Hallowton led by Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing under employment of Queen Lori. Both an enemy to the esteemed General Vulture and an obstacle at the same time. But there was only one among them who Legion wanted, and they would know it soon enough. If one was to look to the window up above from the outside they would see blood splattered on the glass from the inside.
And the demon child crossing it seconds before vanishing.
Inside the outpost Legion continued down the hallway where a couple of survivors under the banner of Vulture was trying to escape. Crawling on their hands and knees desperately moving away from the demon child clad in blood red that sought their death. Legion looked upon the first soldier crawling away and a sudden pain spread out through their chest, as if having a heart attack. His cries deafening as his bones cracked from the inside and his organs failed him. The man's body falling limp to the ground as blood spewed out and Legion continued to the second soldier still trying to crawl away.
He wouldn't get that far. There was no escape from Legion. If they didn't know that by now then they haven't been paying attention. The few who did live to tell about the tale of the demon child were people she had willed to live. Such as the mech pilot and the armored freedom fighter. However these men of the Vulture would not live to see another day. There was a heavy sensation at his breast and he ignored the pain throughout his entire body in order to get as far away from the little girl that stalked him from behind as possible. Wanting to live.
But there was no escape.
The man's screams filled the entire outpost but to one in particular, Imai Katayo, all she'd hear would be the screams of her friend 201 as the fire burned through her flesh.

"Understood."
"Staying together is the best option for you, Sirs and Ma'am. There's... Quite a mess within."
"Sebastian? What are you doing here?"
“Word has it you're in league with Hellsing down in Hallowton. They send you?”
Imai's eyes was diverted by the movement of a child in red in the top floor's window of the outpost as she went to an alert status and motioned the other two to move forward.
“We have movement.”
Imai didn't take two steps forward when the screams of 201 echoed throughout her mind. Drowning out the screams of the real victim as she gripped her temple, squinting her eyes and grunted in pain as her head started to throb.

[/center] The crimson gaze flicked over immediately to fix on Garrus as he spoke, surprised that the alien even recognized him. He hadn't expected either of the three to remember him. Before he could answer the question, Imai asked her own question; and the corners of his mouth twitched up into a hint of smile. To think word of Hellsing had reached even Isafaro by now, word of his own employment to them… It wasn't exactly something he liked; he preferred to not be well known. Sure, being known had its advantages, but being this known… It just wouldn't do. But there was nothing to be done about it; they already knew he served Hellsing, and of course they wanted to know why he was here. The demon allowed himself to sink into a slight bow at the waist, inclining his head. ”Yes, I’m in league with Hellsing. I serve Sir Integra directly. But I wasn't exactly sent here.” Sebastian straightened up and lifted his gaze to the upper floors of the building, eyes narrowing as he caught sight of the blood and the child just before she vanished. ”Sir Integra wishes for revenge against Isafaro for their unprovoked attack, she intends to win this war. I came simply to scout and gather Intel about the status of this hell-hole, so that I may report it to her later. It seems as if since my last visit, there has been quite a bit of conflict… Still revolting against Vulture, I assume?” He asked, returning his gaze to Imai and the others. Harker had kept Hellsing updated on Isafaro status, but he hadn't expected it to be this bad. His eyebrows rose as the screaming ripped through the eerie silence from above, but he didn't so much as twitch in surprise; nor did he look up at the building in curiosity. He was focused on the woman, who seemed to be suffering. He left the doorway, moving swiftly down to stand near her; ready to catch her should she fall. ”Miss Imai…? Is there a problem?”[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]________________________________ In the [stillness] of the shining skyis your [ home] of return Beyond the [darkness[/color]][/size] Thoughts ► "This power..." The Ex-Soldier's eyes looked up to the window, catching a glimpse of the child before she vanished and the screams of a solder rained out to the outside of the outpost. It would seem there were no time to waste as they moved forward but then something was happening to Imai. Kragen went over to her side and watched as she squinted her eyes and grasp her temple. "Commander?"

Garrus Vakarian Imai! Garrus holstered his weapon and ran over to Imai's side, resting his hands on her arms while seeing to her. Garrus Vakarian Imai, what is it? What's wrong?

The screams of her lifelong companion would prove to be relentless as they only grew louder, and louder, and louder into the depths of the Resistance Commander's mind drowning out all other sounds around her. Imai's mind was being violated like so many that stood before her, forced to relive the brutal demise of her best friend as the demon child recreated the events through mental imagery in her mind as if she was watching it from the eyes of 201 herself. She saw Legion's crimson red eyes bore into her very soul just seconds before the fire touched her back. While the flames would not become real as they did against Cazador the feeling of them torching flesh was very real to the Commander as Imai heard 201's screams be drowned out by her own as she felt the heat. The unbearable scorching heat that tore through flesh. Leaving behind nothing...
Nothing... Nothing.

“We never stopped. Circumstances outside of our control has given us more tools to use against the Vulture so our resources have doubled since we last met.”
"Miss Imai…? Is there a problem?"
"Commander?"
"Imai! Imai, what is it? What's wrong?"
“AHHHHHHH!”
A loud scream of anger would be all the others received as a response before Imai burst into a sprint and charged head long into the Vulture's outpost with her weapon raised. Using her biotics to push and break through obstacles that stood in her way as she searched the building far and wide for her friend's murderer.

Something was wrong. That much became obvious when Imai let out a loud scream and charged into the outpost without a second thought. The enemy inside must have been messing with her and if it was possible for this Legion to get to their Commander that easily then none of them was safe. Kragen looked to the other two, "Stay alert." before going after Imai. Certain Garrus would be right behind him.

[/center] At her scream, the butler stiffened slightly; unsure of what to do or say. He turned to look up at the windows, crimson gaze narrowed. It wasn't exactly dislike or suspicious, just a strange curiosity. This demon child... Was doing something Imai... And she wasn't even physically present down here to cause the woman such... Illusions perhaps? There was sudden movement, and he cast a sideways glance toward Imai and the others; only to watch as the Resistance leader ran into the building. Such recklessness... Or maybe her mind was being mentally addled by... Whatever this Legion demon was doing... "Stay alert"... He most certainly would. Sebastian swept back into the building, raising his nose to take in the rancid air and separating the demon scent from everything else. Legion was upstairs, he knew that much from that flicker of motion on the upper levels through that window. He watched without emotion as Imai stumbled blindly around, followed by her two Resistance members. The butler shook his head and went in the direction opposite from them; moving through the gore painted room into a hallway. There was blood everywhere, it amused him. Legion was killing everyone... But for what reason? And why the mess? Yes, he certainly found making messes in his attacks entertaining at times; it was enjoyable. But this much... He would have needed to be feeling quite sadistic to deal out this much damage. It wouldn't be long before he reached a stairwell; and began to make his way up. There was no mess in here; probably because no one had been in the area during the attack. He reached the top floor without encountering anything worth his attention, and the door would be pushed open soundlessly by his gloved hand. He stepped into the hallway and shut the door behind him, then turned and walked at a leisurely pace through the narrow halls. There was gore scattered around her again; and it smelled more fresh that the mess below on the first floor. Even the demon scent was more powerful; he knew he was close. The butler stepped around a corner, and the crimson gaze instantly zeroed in on the lone young female who was coming down the hall in his direction. A smile, more curious than malicious or sardonic, curled the corners of his lips as he looked at her; taking note of the demonic aura coming from her. "So you're the one responsible for all this..." He said, his voice was practically a purr. Garrus Vakarian Imai! She had said to stick together no matter what and now she was rushing forward as if she intended to take on this threat alone. He was right there with Kragen in knowing that something was seriously wrong and nodded over to the Ex-Soldier when he said to be alert. His weapon out and aimed forward as he ran by Kragen's side and went after Imai. They'd have her back through this no matter what.
