Name: Celty Sturluson
Aliases: "The Black Rider," "The Headless Rider," "Setton"
Age: unknown
Gender: Female
Species: Dullahan (Celtic Headless Faerie)
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Canon or Original: Canon (Durarara!)
Date of Birth: unknown
Place of Birth: Ireland
Physical Appearance:
Personality: Once you get beyond the fact that Celty doesn't have a head, she seems like quite the normal person. She's generally friendly towards others, and always loves to lend a helping hand to those that she deems are good people. Despite her powers, she's not a fan of violence, and likes to settle disputes quickly. That doesn't mean she won't fight, though. Because she lacks a head, it is often hard to know her expressions, but the smoke the comes from her neck will often shift with her mood. Despite being a supernatural creature herself, Celty is terrified of aliens, and believes they will invade the planet.
Special Abilities: Celty, being a Dullahan, is able to heal her injuries almost instantaneously, but she can still feel pain. She can also manipulate the black, smoke-like substance that comes from her neck, often shaping it into a scythe and using it as a weapon. When hardened into an object, the smoke is extremely strong. Other than those and the usual super-human strength and speed, she's actually pretty normal.
Weapons: Her black smoke, and she also has Shooter, her Coiste-Bohhar (steed). It, like her, is sentient, and has three main forms: a black bike with no headlights that is completely silent except for the occasional "neigh," a black headless horse, and a black headless horse with a two-wheel carriage.
History: Celty Sturluson is a Dullahan, which is a faerie of Celtic origin. She spent most of her days riding on her Coiste-Bohhar throughout all of Ireland, dumping a bucket of blood on those that interrupted her, holding her head under one arm as she did so. However, this was cut short when she awoke one day to find that her head was missing, as well as most of her memories. Driven to be reunited with her head, the faerie went along with Shooter and got on a boat to Japan, where she felt her head was. While on the boat, she met a boy by the name of Shinra, who's father was a doctor. When his father offered her shelter in exchange for letting him dissect her, she nervously accepted. Since then, she has lived in Ikebukuro, Japan with Shinra, working as a underground deliverer of various items.
A few months ago, Celty felt her head suddenly disappear, around the same time that the Downward Spiral appeared in her reality. Knowing that the tower had something to do with her, she went inside, and was thrown violently into the world of Genesis. While she doesn't fully understand the nature of everything that is occurring in this world, she knows her head is somewhere in Jherra, and intends to find it before it is destroyed or someone realizes the power they have over her with the head in their possession.
