Daikus was already there, Saasha was at his feet and he was picking her up. What had happened? Oh... the same thing that happened when Byron tried to attack him with the wires. "This guy is a real dumb ass huh?" He was now holding Saasha bridal style, "Let's go home yeah? He's really not worth it. I mean c'mon. I just proved how worthless he is." He began to walk away with her in his arms, not even paying that piss ant any attention.

Saasha smiled as Tony's strong arms cupped her body and his warmth filled her chilled body again. Not only that but the power that was seeping off of him she took a moment to soak in. Not in the conventional sense. No, she knew better. But just as one basks in the glow of the sun on a cool autumn day, so Tony was her sun. Despite all the power he possessed, all the beings that had fallen at the very hands that now cradled her, all the times she had seen this to be true, these were truly the only arms she let hold her without the slightest bit of apprehension or hesitation. He was her safety. A strange and, frankly, a foreign thought to the hunter. Never in her life had she ever placed her life solely in the hands of another- let alone a man or devil. And even less both. She had been a hardened and cold being- no remorse or sorrow for a kill. Nor regrets upon the completion of a deal. But this was not the case today. He was the only exception. Her thoughts traveled to the plot of land in back of the house... You knew what you were doing? Didn't you Ton Ton?[/i]
She was painfully aware that she was getting blood all over his arms but she didn't care. He was safe. That was all that mattered. But she did giggle to herself a bit when she realized that that entire thought process had been her canine side coming out. How had she fallen from her human mindset. She didn't mind though. She had always been the independent one. It was... rather nice to have someone do things for her like this. Contentedly she nuzzled her nose up under his chin and let the tip of her tongue flick out and graze it lovingly- only to discover that his taste had changed. What had he been up to she wondered. But that could wait. Right now she had to deal with the man that had suddenly appeared before them and now had his talons resting upon her chest directly over her heart, the face of the owner mere centimeters from Tony's.
Byron's eyes flashed with a rage and hatred that she had only seen once in her life- when she had run from him that one time. That ONE time. She didn't flinch this time however.
"She's... mine..." The tone spat out with a forked tongue. His eyes had turned into glowing red orbs and his pupils slit themselves. His forked tongue lashed out as a vicious hiss erupted forth and scales began to grow out of his skin, covering the right half of his face. Under the back of his hair, blue and green toned feathers sprouted. His feet grew into those of a lizard- gnarled and covered in scales, claws tipping the ends of the limbs. His arms followed suit soon after, long sharp spines erupting from his forearms. Finally a feather tipped tail flicked angrily behind him.

He would be flung nearly fourty-five feet away, a harsh eruption of power did the trick as Tony didn't bother to stop. He looked down at Saasha before one of his fang's grew and he pierced his bottom lip with it. "Don't fight, just drink." blood began to pool on his lower lip as he kept walking.

Saasha tilted her head a bit and her brow furrowed in slight confusion, not quite sure what to do with this. But in her heart she knew it would be alright, plus, to be totally frank, she would need the boost. Just a few sip of his blood would power her for a least three weeks. And so she placed her hand on his shoulder to pull herself to reach better. Just then his voice echoed within her mind, giving her a few words. She quickly gave her hesitant response, but it was only met with a smile. The encouragement given, she slipped her lips gently over his, not only to take in the rich blood, but also to follow one other request.
Byron flew back indeed and landed with a harsh crack against tree after tree as they gave way under the force of his body. But soon it was over and he shot to his feet with a vicious howl of rage. His body healed from his little trip just in time for his now intact eyes landed up on something that literally made his blood boil.

This kiss was deep, but soft and supple. A single hand raised to her cheek and gently stroked her jaw line with his thumb. Considering he had control over how much he bled, she got a bit of a mouthful before they parted lips and his wound closed over and he went back to cradling her. That should be enough to instantly regenerate anything she might have lost. He whispered into her ear, making it look like he was seducing her. "I'm pretty sure it's working."

Saasha couldn't help that her unnecessarily beating heart stopped for a moment. He had kissed her before but this time... this time was a bit different. Sure it was just an act, but still. Ironically enough, she had just kissed the man who had showed her what love was supposed to feel like and had mended her shattered heart in front of the man that had smashed it in the first place. For effect, she let her hands find their way into his soft locks. It was just as sweet as it had been the first time. No, it had been sweeter- and not just because of the blood that had just healed her over completely. He had just inadvertently reminded her what she had forgotten. Not all were the same.
She pretended to blush and gave a bit of a soft , shy laugh as his whispered to her. Even going to far as to lay a hand on his chest and slid it up under his collar. She knew he wouldn't mind. Especially if this worked. Suddenly, a familiar pain raced around her left ring finger. She looked down and her heart sank into her stomach as that white plaguing circle boiled her flesh again.
Byron's rageful fury could be felt as he roared across the distance, covering it in record time, "Who do you think you are, BITCH! Have you forgotten who claimed you the first time? You. Are. MINE! Or do I have to kill this bastard like I did dear Mommy!? Finally his full power came out and all of his familiars came forth. Horde upon horde rushed at the pair, rising form the ground, the trees, the air itself. And all headed for one target- well, now two. "If I can't have you in life then I will have you in death!"
Wait... just Mom?

"This is going to be weird... but just go with it." He set her down and grabbed her finger that was burning, an odd light before she was absorbed into him. Save from Byron's assault, casually he stopped not phased by Byron's show. He took one step, a shock wave followed powerful enough to blow apart all of his low level familiars.
He stood in front of Byron. His hand now applying a crushing pressure to his jaw. "What a bitch." He slowly began to squeeze before smashing his fist into his face to throw him back. His voice growing chilled. "You can't even tell when you lost." There was a light that emitted from behind Daikus. Saasha was now standing behind him, but her appearance had changed drastically.
She now retained her human appearance before the transformation long ago. Except for the fact that she still retained the body type she originally had and the ears. Most importantly of all, Byron's mark was completely removed from her flesh. "Face it. You lost." Before Byron would be able to get up. Tendrils would erupted from Tony's blazer and latch into his joints before slowly, painfully, and gruesomely breaking the skin and bone to devour the insides of his body before ripping him to pieces.

The moment his face had been seized, he could feel it was over. How could one man beat all of his strongest familiars like it was nothing? How could he of- The fist smashed into his face, knocking him clean on his ass. But it was not until the tendril latched onto his form that the terror set in... He was dead... But that was not the part he feared. No... that was not it. As the tendrils began to tear at him, muscle from bone, appendage from torso, and sliced open his gut, his mouth fell open with sheer and piercing agony. Never, never had he felt such a pure vein of pain and pleasure. He didn't fight it, he knew he couldn't. He knew he would fail in the end. But, he did spare one final glance to the woman behind his murderer... and a smile formed. Saasha had been staring at her hands in awe and shock. She was... healed... She was whole again... The curse hadn't been broken- she would tell that. But she was herself again. With the exception of her ears, tail, chest, and ass. But that was a welcome change. She could feel her joints moving fluidly, he muscles didn't ache. And even the slow oozing of her internal injuries had stopped, her head didn't throb from the brain damage she used to have. She was whole. She was healthy. She was healed. She would have dropped to her knees out of sheer joy had it not been for the fact that she seemed to have regained some of her more... refined and hardened mentality. However she could still feel that playfulness welling up inside. Good. But, what name to go my now was a question that could be answered later, Byron had caught her eye. With a wicked smile and a quick flick of the eyes to the gardens... Saasha's heart dropped to the pit of her stomach. "No..." She whispered in horror as she realized what was about to happen. But it was too late as Byron was ripped to shreds. "NO!"

"Let's go." Those were Daikus only words before he set off towards the manor. The tendrils still devouring the body that Byron had left. The sun setting over the horizon. This was ending tonight.

Saasha for one didn't wait, she took off past him. Now in a body she was very well acquainted with she nearly flew as her long legs pushed her for the gardens. As she reached the high wall, a single push was all she needed to scale it with ease. Her acrobatics were all in check as she somersaulted over the wall. A vicious snarl curled her lips as Grace and Agony materialized into her hands mid-flip and she landed with her legs braced wide and the barrels of her beloved guns aimed straight for the figure that crouched over the disturbed grave... She kept her gaze steady and her hands didn't shake in the least as she took in the sight. There he was, fully healed, flesh in tact, clothing untouched and perfect and his jet black hair laying over face.
The figure shook his head lightly and a familiar chuckle wafted into her ears, "Hey Sash." The smooth, mature tone almost made her lower her dual weapons. She eyed him with a hard and rather uncaring expression, but why wouldn't her fingers cooperate? Why couldn't she pull those five triggers? It wasn't him anymore. It wasn't her Ton Ton. Then why did she feel a pull at her heart as he stared at her with a kindly smile. She lowered her guns the slightest bit as her face softened.
Because... it was his smile... It was his eyes... This was her ward, her protectorate, her companion- No! No it wasn't anymore. The guns went back up.

six sounds roared to live in the fresh night's air. Tony was next to her now. "Do you want him or would you rather I have him?"

Saasha couldn't answer. She didn't know...
Byron smirked at her and rose gracefully to his feet. "Oh c'mon Sash. You know you can't do it. I mean come. On. You spent every waking moment with this guy. You watched him as a kid. You took care of him. You even helped teach him. You were a living target for this guy. Willingly. Oh wait!" He paused and tapped his head lightly in mock thought, "I'm getting something... a vision. A memory rather." He began to pace back and forth a bit as he spoke, only adding to the difficulty of the task that was ahead of her. Ton Ton used to pace like that too. "I am getting a picture of you racing back and forth across a snowy field with a young Anthony Redgrave in hot pursuit. Aww how cute. You let him catch you."
He stopped his pacing and looked down at his newest addition to his collection count. "Must have been all that running that got him in such great shape. This guy is build- even in death. He's really comfortable. Much better that that other fucker." HE looked between the pair for a moment before his eyes settled on Daikus, then back to Saasha, "I think I understand now why you are so fond him. A nearly spitting image isn't he. Bet they went through the same things too didn't they? Let me guess... ohhh I am seeing pain." His edges of his mouth curled down in thought, "And a lot of it. It's really hot too. Then again I guess that is hell for you."
Saasha's hands rattled for a moment, but it was not out of fear.
"But I guess you know that don't you. You went through your own personal one, didn't you?" He clicked his tounge. "So while you were off playing lad rat, your dear little Ton Ton was fighting demons and being a person bitch in hell. How peachy. Until he came and got you that is- tell me, that has got to be a lot of fucking guilt you carry around, isn't it?" He leaned upon the back of the headstone unceremoniously as he spoke. He knew he had hit a nerve. But which one?

Daikus hand patted the top of her head just between the ears for a moment before he stopped and started walking towards this ass. "Never mind. I'll take care of this asshole."

The flat side of a gun would be resting on his chest as he passed her and she took a single step in front of him, blocking his path. "You wanna know the truth Byron? I don't have any guilt. And you know why? Because for every year he spent in hell, I spent four strapped to a metal table getting cut open." A step forward. "Poisoned." Another step. "Beaten." Another. "Tortured. Electrocuted. Burned. Branded. Had molten metal poured over my skin until I was nearly nothing but bone." Now She stood with the tip of Agony's razor edge against his strong chest. "Night and day. Hour upon hour of test upon test. Non Stop. No sleep. Barely any food. Next to no water. And the constant sounds of nothing but my own screams for me to listen too. Except the scientists as the milled about. Where do you think I got that accent from?" Now that her voice was firm and clear, it was obvious that the light English accent she had carried before was gone. A slightly deeper and more clear tonality of her true voice shining through with the statuesque solidity that was her right to claim.
"You know why I went through all of that? For two reasons I believe. The first to pay for what I had nearly done all those years ago. And two?" She pressed the two barreled muzzle of Grace to his chest, "To kill people like you. Tony spent his life protecting. He would have wanted it this way."
Without looking over her shoulder, she called back to the Tony that was waiting ever so patiently, "Hey. I make a sieve out of his ass and you nuke 'im."
Before Byron could speak another word, Narissa open fired. Putrid and defiled blood splattered against her face and arms at the short range, but she didn't care. On and on she let Byron eat a taste of why she had been known in her world... In fact, once he hit the ground, she reached down and seized him by the hair. Whispering a request for forgiveness to the skies, she drove the sharpened edge of Agony's blade straight into his jugular and ripped it sideways.
The deed nearly done, she stood over her fallen ex- fiance one final time before her cold and unsettling gaze filled his already shocked and terrified form with absolute horror as he gazed upon the cruel word engraved just below the upper barrel. And Narissa echoed that word with practiced ease as she puled the trigger, "Smile." The final shot was done, right between the eyes. She looked over to her waiting companion with a nod before she lifted her foot to remove herself from the vicinity... She couldn't watch anymore. But once again, she remained as still and resolute as marble as she approached Tony's side.

Daikus didn't waste much time as he was standing over Byron. He wasn't going to pass on... never again would he pass on. Byron would feel his very soul being ripped into as Daikus followed what he mother had given him for an assault he never planned on using. "I should have done this in the beginning." Byron would feel every ounce of pain anyone could ever suffer as every second passed like hours.
Daikus searched within his life force, finding Byron's exploit point and well... exploiting it as he was slowly erasing Byron from existence. And Daikus knew full well from experience, that it wasn't a very pleasant feeling.
