Name: Dante
Aliases: Anthony Redgrave, Son of Sparda
Age: 25-32
Gender: Male
Species: Half Demon
Alignment: Good
Canon or Original: Cannon - Devil May Cry
Date of Birth: Unknown
Place of Birth: Unknown
Physical Appearance: i40.tinypic.com/33f6zae.jpg
Height: 6 ft. 9 in.
Weight: 175 lbs.
Personality: Dante is incredibly flippant, mouthing off to the most powerful of demons, and he generally enjoys rubbing people the wrong way. He does mature as time goes by, but never really loses his attitude. Dante is seemingly unflappable, not showing fear whether he's being attacked by the Seven Hells in his office or being swallowed by giant serpent demon. Dante can seem at times to be uncaring or even callous; he makes cynical quips about it the entire time. Unusually, while he has issues with his own demonic side. Dante has a fondness for pizza, and while he complains about olives, he always puts them on his pizza. He is also shown to favor strawberry sundaes as well as his habit of getting roaring drunk; one time, he mentioned getting so drunk that he proposed to a mop.
Special Abilities:
Dante possesses power that surpasses that of most demons. He has enough physical strength to punch through stone with little difficulty, and often overpowers demons much larger than himself. Dante is extremely agile, able to jump to great heights or even to balance on a flying rocket. He is able to channel his power into various physical objects, ranging from his guns to the air itself, and exhibits mastery of any weapon he picks up. Dante can instantly heal from nearly any wound; even the Hell Prides were surprised when he mostly ignored their attack on him at the beginning of Devil May Cry 3. Dante has been shown to survive wounds that would kill a normal human, such as being impaled through the chest with his own sword or being shot point-blank in the head.
It is implied that Dante's strength is not due to his father, but from his will to protect others. After Dante defeats Agnus, Dante tells him that the reason he's inferior is because Agnus surrendered his humanity. It is suggested that any demon who possesses the will to protect and love others rather than to simply destroy will gain the full might of their demonic power, though Dante, Vergil, and Nero may simply be exceptions due to possessing both human souls and demonic power.

Height: 6 ft. 9 in.
Weight: 360 lbs.
[Duration; 5 posts] - Supreme Devil Trigger: This Dante’s demonic form and power in its highest and purest absolute power. He rarely enters this form at all, and when he does, the pressure from his demonic aura can be felt at the very least, ten feet away from him. In this form he looks like his father’s Devil form only there are bat-like wings instead of insectiod wings. Two long, red blade extend from his forearms that can be used in various methods. In this form, Dante can use his demonic energies to varying degrees. The strongest being a Dragon created from pure destructive demonic energies so pure, they create a power that rivals holy energy.

Weapons:
- Ebony and Irvory:
Ebony & Ivory are Dante's trademark pair of personally customized, semi-automatic pistols, designed to rapidly fire demonic power, and are the only weapon to appear in every installment in the series. The right gun, Ivory, was custom built for rapid firing and fast draw times, while the left gun, Ebony, has been modified for long-distance targeting and comfort.
On their grips are portraits of Victorian women; as befits their names, Ebony's is dark-haired, and Ivory's is fair-haired.
Ebony & Ivory are modified M1911 pistols, with a grip modified for comfort, and with the ejection ports on opposing sides of each pistol so as to eject spent shells away from the gunner. Each gun has a unique hammer as well (Ebony's is a spur hammer, while Ivory's is a ring hammer). The insides of both gun's frames (when holding the guns) have the words Ebony & Ivory in a cursive script along with a unique design. They also have compensators to reduce recoil (though the recoil is most likely negligible to Dante).
Picture - Force Edge;
A powerful blade that was once wielded by his father, the demon knight Sparda. It was used to seal the demon world from the human one, and fought over between he and his brother during the events at Temin-ni-gru. It was then lost after the final battle of Mundus, his brother Vergil taking what had split off and reformed into the Force Edge. After a ferocious battle which ended with what appeared to be Vergil's death at the hand of the Dante copy, Dante, the real one, obtained the force edge once more.
Picture- Alt-- Sparda;
The unlocked power of the force edge, named after the legendary dark knight himself it is a manifestation of the power he surrendered in order to safe the human realm. Whomever wield this version of the blade is gifted with the Dark Knight's original power.
