Quite a bit is happening in the thread and in the cbox, but no one is leaving their thoughts here for discussion

I hate to say it but I'm already stumped in that thread. I didn't expect to get very far in Kara's current condition but after avoiding the groundpounder (thanks a lot, Naomi! ) I foresee bad things happening in that crater. DO NOT WANT! And can someone explain to me what's going on in Jaden's post? I didn't understand it.

He activated his trap card, leading into my post, and moved back in order to launch Egyptian God cards at Eos. He avoided the crystallization from spreading to his deck by the power of the Egyptian Gods, slowing it enough to get rid of the old, infected duel disc and summoning a new one he put the uninfected deck into. As far as I understand it anyway.

I like how Red Queen purposely causes collateral damage to escalate things for analysis while White Queen is all about decreasing it. How will they respond to the inadequacy of their weapons against The End? Lamia is mad and Leon is on a vendetta. Luca is chilling with the fishes, Walter becomes increasingly more epic in each post, Roy's in a bad way, Ranko's quoting Magneto and Ghost Rider's chains are all tied up. And can someone explain to me what's going on in Jaden's post? I didn't understand it. From what I understood he held off the light long enough to get the duel disk off his arm before it turned to glass, materialized another one (apparently he can do that...) and summoned the Egyptian gods. I'd like to know how he kept the light at bay. Edit: Ninjas >.>

As far as I understand it anyway. Not possible. The light would have crystallized them whether they resisted or not. We also know that whatever makes contact with the light is crystallized instantaneously. I'd have to question the realism even if he had just removed it as more than likely his duel disk, deck and body would be glassed before he could do anything.

Edit: Apparently there was a breakdown between what Gui and I discussed and what ended up on forum, but it's fixed now. And Alex as to your objection it may interest you to know that Gui himself suggested saving what could be saved, implying that there would be time before it happened. Not much, but time is still time.

And Alex as to your objection it may interest you to know that Gui himself suggested saving what could be saved, implying that there would be time before it happened. Not much, but time is still time. You went about it in a completely different fashion than we talked about though, that's why there was some confusion. I explained to you how Eos' power works so that you would understand precisely why it can't be held back - by anything. The more power, weapons, or icebergs thrown at it doesn't stall it; it makes it grow. Three pages in the thread I would have hoped that was made clear Removing the disk should have been paramount for the reason of the light being extremely dangerous. We then discussed about how if he was lucky - and for the sake of pulling off your move - Jaden would be able to save a few cards from his deck. Then I suggested that perhaps he wouldn't need a duel disk to summon the egyptian gods considering he is inhabited by a myriad of different powers. Since I understand they usually require sacrifice to be summoned as well, I even suggested you use the potential loss of your arm as a suitable tribute. Simply put, you actually disregarded most of what we spoke about in our discussion. That being said... I will really, really enjoy responding to both of your posts ;D

Actually I did put it to use. I had assumed since I was under the impression since it was light/lifeforce it could be manipulated as such, but apparently it can't be because.....?
And no I don't need the duel disk, but I am using it as a limit. why? Cause contrary to popular believe I don't normally go around OPing the crap out of everything.

It's a rather poor ''limit'' if you can spawn them at will regardless. Also it seems a little moot considering he's already summoning powers he's not supposedly meant to use altogether due to the risk involved. As for the life-force, it is part of Eos. I don't know if you've been around long enough but generally people who tend to take something from the Arashi suffer a myriad of consequences for doing so. If you don't believe me, you can refer to about 35% of the forum's general population.

What you seem to be forgetting, is that the powers he using right now created everything in his realm. God cards included. So summoning them would be a matter of simply calling them to be. Since they can actually be made to answer to others. And what I meant by limit is summoning 5 monsters as opposed to, oh I dunno 5,000.
