Unbeknownst to him, his powers have been deactivated for a brief period of time (aside from making the Mariachi group disappear), until the Continuum sees his scramble about for a bit. Q's goal is to figure out what the purpose of this new world filled with crossovers is for, and what it means for the Continuum.
