I gotta hand it to you, Garrus. You're doing much better than I expected. I'm impressed.

Bravo, Garrus. Your Noob is every bit as frustrating to face head on as the one from the game. I may not be empowered by Yahweh the same way Noob is with Shinnok but I still have power.

Wait a minute. What just happened? Miracle is no longer empowered by Yahweh because Yahweh is mortal. But the belief that she still was being empowered was so strong in her enemies that they fell all the same. Now that Noob has trained his mind to reject this belief Miracle has lost her primary advantage in this fight but don't count her out yet. Empowered by an actual god or not, Miracle is still one of the strongest holy users on the site and will continue her relentless pursuit of Noob's death all the same.

There is something really disturbing about having Miracle quote the exact same words as Veran did when he destroyed Azatoth.
There is no denying Miracle is a just and good person, but it's in those moment that you realize her power derives from the same essence (and to an extent the same purpose) as the Arashi that she truly frightens me. Not to mention the whole scenery taking place in Hell... it's poetic.

I'm a bit unnerved at how easily Noob has been outmanoeuvring Miracle so far.

Garrus has definitely succeeded in displaying why Noob is such a dangerous opponent to nearly everyone he meets. I am loving this thread so far for feeling like an old school Mortal Kombat game while maintaining that classic DoA charm. Miracle is fantastic as always of course and using Shinnok to empower Noob was just brilliant. ;D

I can't take all the credit. ToriJ is a good coach and has helped me get the hang of fighting as Noob.

Miracle would have said it regardless since I always had those verses in mind if another god ever opposed Miracle. She just quoted Aper now too.

Very impressive indeed. I'm quiet enjoying the thread. Refreshments, anyone?
