Eeh, I'm no Scorpion expert but from what I read you did okay considering it was your first time with the character. And trust me you could have done a lot worse than down and R1 at a time you should have up + right and right, right circle followed by uppercut and Air Throw. |

I'm probably going to drop Scorpion after this thread. I know I'm not doing him justice. The thing you gotta remember is Daikus spent a good portion of his life in hell. Taking on high level demons, the Council of Legion, Legion of Abyss and is the hybrid son of Dante and Maricul. Even if you had every single move memorized and knew how to utilize them in combat to perfection he'd still be giving you a hard time. If anything you are doing the character justice by having him be at a disadvantage and taking damage like he has. Don't be so hard on yourself. |

Not to mention he fits the definition of a true paradox so all the punches, kicks, spears and hellfire in the world isn't going to be enough to take him down. Like Quan Chi and Demetrios it's just a mismatch. I like your Scorpion and thought your battle with Ranko in the Netherrealm was brilliant. I just wouldn't recommend the character against someone like Daikus. |
