How do you handle so many characters? Where do you get inspiration for them all? Most of the characters I bring on here are characters I had for a while. Drake White and Ayanna Kaktas branching back as far as 2005, Maricul and Ranko 2006 and so on and so forth. I just revamp and remodel accordingly. Short hair Gabby or long hair Gabby? Short hair. How come you didn't use more canon types from Mortal Kombat at the start of the Netherrealm invasion? I don't know. I guess it just didn't occur to me for whatever reason. Most of the characters we're using now was Outworld and I wanted to keep it solely Netherrealm, I was planning to use other MK canons that belonged to the Netherrealm but never got around to it. Doesn't matter now. Yes now get out of the car. Can I go to the bathroom? I told you to go before we left! Marvel or DC? Karma if you say Marvel. Marvel, and not because of your karma because that's been my preference from the beginning. But I like Superman, Supergirl, Batman and Wonder Woman okay. Marvel just has way more characters that I'm drawn to. What was your inspiration for creating the site and what was the creative process in creating and developing the world? I was a member of a multi-fandom RP called Macabre Daze which allowed pretty much any character you can think of, canon and original alike. The plot on the other hand was inspired more by Kingdom Hearts with the worlds jumping, only I brought the worlds together to explain why so many different fandoms were crossing over. Like my characters a lot of the cities I started out with was from other stories I was working on that never got finished. The Crystal Expanse and Hallowton being originals for the site that a former DoA member Clash helped me named. The rest was basically me going with the first idea that popped into my head that sounded appealing. Who worked on the forum design before Arix? I did. I made the old skin in Photoshop as a quick project to get the site up as quickly as possible and Tajna came back later to revamp the banner which is currently in used for the new default, simply recolored. |
