Miracle looked towards the device which knobs Doctor Wallace were turning with interest as she presume that this was the radio he were talking about earlier. When it turned on and music came out of it Miracle beamed towards it and then looked back to the doctor in surprise.
"There are people inside the radio!"
She looked back to it, her hands on the radio trying to figure out how they got the people inside.
"We have to save them! What if they're starving?"

Doctor Wallace couldn't help but laugh at Miracle's reaction to the radio before he quickly cleared his throat and explained how it worked. "There aren't people literally in the radio. The radio broadcast recordings in a separate building that then transmit through signals which travel to the rest of us via radio." Doctor Wallace thought he'd save the specific details for another time as there were no telling how much explaining would be needed considering what kind of world she comes from and how much her mind could comprehend before blowing. "We're here." Said Doctor Wallace pulling up into the driveway of his home and getting out of the car, walking over to the passenger's side and opening the car door opened for Miracle to get out. |

"About time you got home."Out from the entrance of the house was a brunette in a white jacket with a pink blouse and black jeans on underneath. A gold wedding ring with a bright silver diamond on top of it found on her left hand's wedding finger. The woman walked over to Wallace and gave him a kiss. "I was beginning to think DC life has swept you away," she said teasingly before looking over to the child. "Is this her?"

"Oh... You must think me a fool."
Miracle's face turned red from embarrassment as she looked down to her feet and became quiet for the rest of the ride. When Doctor Wallace announced they were here, the High Priestess looked out the window and towards the outside structure of their house already wondering what the inside looked like. Miracle undid her seat belt and then hopped out of the car after Doctor Wallace opened the door for her, her eyes looking over to the woman who came out to greet them, eyes then falling upon the ring found on her left hand as a small smile appeared on the child's lips.
"Is this your wife?"

"I don't think that." When they got to his home and were greeted by his wife, Doctor Wallace smiled and kissed her back. "You kidding? Nothing could keep me away from you. Especially not a bunch of old guys in suits." Before looking back to Miracle and nodding. "Laura this is Miracle, Miracle meet Laura." |

"Glad to hear it."Laura turned in Miracle's direction and hunch down a bit to be more eye level with the child as she smiled towards her. "Hello, Miracle it's nice to meet you. Welcome to our home."After the greeting Laura straightened up and looked to the two of them, "I hope the two of you worked up an appetite because I have something burning in the oven as we speak."

The young High Priestess bowed in greeting to Laura and returned the smile.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Wallace. Your husband has been very generous."
At the mentioned of food Miracle could hear her stomach growling slightly as the burnt smell of whatever was cooking came through the slightly cracked open window on the front of the house and finding it's ways to the High Priestess' nostrils as if attempting to lure her away exclusively.
"I would love something to eat."
She said staring at the source of the smell by the window.

"Are you kidding? I'm famished." Doctor Wallace led the others back inside his home, white walls and a matching ceiling were found inside with dark blue carpeting on the floor. A couple of chairs and a single couch across from a TV sat in the living room by the door as further on down was the kitchen, silver floors instead of a carpet, and a single table across from the stove and a door which led to the backyard. Between the living room and the kitchen was a hallway which led into the bedrooms and the one restroom. Wallace began unpacking his thing as now the smell from the cooking finally reached his nose. "Whatever that is it smells delicious, hon." |

Laura entered into the kitchen and took the baked beans out of their pot and into three plates, serving it with a side of salad and placing the three plates on the table before pulling out three glass bottles to go with it. "Miracle, what would you like to drink? We have water, diet coke, Dr. Pepper and lemonade." |

Coke? Pepper? What? Miracle looked over to Laura in confusion. Water and lemonade she recognized but what was the other two supposed to be? Did she even want to know? The High Priestess decided to play it safe for now and just stick with the drinks she knew.
"I'll just have water, thanks."
Miracle pulled up a chair by the table and sat down. Putting her hands together and bowing her head, she performed a silent prayer to bless the food before picking up a spoon and scooping up some of the beans blowing on it gently before tasting it.

Doctor Wallace finished unpacking his things and changed to casual attire to make himself feel more comfortable in his own home before rejoining with the others in the kitchen. Sitting down at the end of the table where the head of the household sat and said, "Diet for me," before taking his first bite of the baked beans. "Mmm, just as I expected. Delicious as usual." |

Laura poured a bottle of cold water into a glass and then dropped a couple of ice cubes into it before bringing it over to Miracle's part of the table. "Would you like a straw with that?"Laura went back over to the counter and poured a glass of diet coke for her husband and a glass of Dr. Pepper for herself. Placing the diet coke by her husband she then looked over to Miracle as she took her first bite. "Well, how do you like it?" |

"A straw?"
Miracle had no idea why she would want to put a straw into her water. It definitely wouldn't add any taste to it. She shook her head no and went to take a sip of her water until her eyes fell upon the two cubes of ice floating at the top of the glass.
"You have your own ice?"
Miracle took her sip, the ice causing the water to be even colder than usual and actually improving the taste. Putting the glass down she moved back over to the baked beans and answered Laura's question.
"They're good."

"A drinking straw," explained Doctor Wallace. "It's a small tube with a hole to each side that you put into your drink on one end and then suck out of the other to transfer the drink to your mouth without having to lift the glass. I see you're fine without it though." Wallace thanked Laura for fetching him his diet coke and took a sip of it before returning to his meal. "Hon, when referring to some things you made want to show her what it is as well. Miracle is still unfamiliar with a lot of the things we have here." |

"Gotcha."It was finally Laura's turn to sit down at the table and get to her meal as she looked over between the two with a warm smile on her face. "So what was it like meeting the President?"
