Doctor Wallace was watching the news when he came across a story about a dragon attacking New Orleans. He turned the volume up and listened to the news report before seeing both his wife and Miracle fleeing through a crowd of news reporters. He couldn't believe his own eyes, what started out as calming a child's nerve turned into a national news media storm. Hearing the car drive up into the driveway, Wallace sat up from his seat and went outside to address his wife. "Laura, what on earth happened?" |

"Long story," replied Laura getting out of the car. "And it's been a long night for both of us. I just want to have a nice and relaxing hot shower and then go to bed. Can I explain things in the morning?"

Said the High Priestess as she exit the car and rejoined with Doctor Wallace and his wife.
"I have to meditate on tonight's proceedings anyway. I can explain what happened in detail while I do so."

"All right. All right. You go in and rest I'll take care of Miracle from here." Wallace gave his wife a kiss goodnight and then turned back to Miracle, leading her back inside the house and into the living room where the TV was still replaying the story on the news. Miracle and Laura appearing again being seen leaving the scene after the dragon's body was taken away. "You guys really made quite the impact. I'm guessing this is what you were worried about happening?" |

"Yes."
Miracle replied simply as she watched the TV. It was strange seeing herself on there as if she was in two places at once, but she figured they must have had some strange device that allowed them to record the present and replay it to others on this magic box. Miracle could ask about how that worked later.
"That dragon didn't belong to this world but now everyone has been made aware of its presence. The balance has already been compromised."

Wallace listened as Miracle explained things and then a worried expression filled up his features to her last statement. "What does that mean? The balance's been compromised. What's going to happen?" He feared what the child's answer would be while waiting for her reply. |

"It means your world is going to be destroyed if we don't right the wrongs that has been committed here."
Miracle's tone of voice was as serious as it has ever been since coming here, her eyes leaving the screen on the television set and returned to Doctor Wallace who looked distraught. She couldn't blame him.
"How many reports of disturbances has there been in the last eight months? It's important that I know."

"Depending on the number I might be able to close the rifts and keep your world balanced until this crisis is resolved. If not, then we need to find a way to narrow it down to the ones that distorts your world the most. From what I understand things like dragons and other mythical creatures don't exist here. Having them come through the rifts is greatly damaging to you so that's what we need to focus on."

Miracle was at a lost of what to do she knew she had to find some way to help this land, that she was brought here for a reason, but how could she considering everything she has learned today? Her eyes began to wander the room as she got lost in thought stopping at the bible sitting on a nearby bookshelf as the answer came. She scolded herself for not realizing before and would pray the Lord's forgiveness.
"Impossible on our own, yes. But through the power of the Lord all things are possible. Thank you, Doctor Wallace. I know now what we must do."
Before Wallace could even ask Miracle had ran up to her room where she would pray and get a good night's sleep for there was much to get done as soon as the sun rose on the morrow.
