Maricul took a ship from Isafaro and set sail to Hallowton following an energy signature that matched the man who attacked her two years ago, the very series of events that started her life out in darkness. Well, I should say she ripped through some Vulture filth and took a ship from those mother fuckers, but who's keeping track? The moment she came sailing into Hallowton she was met with opposition expecting another attack. She was in one of their ships after all. What they got instead was Maricul landing out on the recently repaired docks and throwing a Vulture's soldier head to the guards there as a peace offering, along with the ship full of supplies before strolling right along through the city to the sector where Hallowton purists refused to go. The sector where the energy signature was at its strongest. Mari didn't make it two seconds before someone came up and held a knife up to her.
“All right, lady. Give me that pretty little necklace of yours and no one will get hurt.”
Maricul looked to the crucifix necklace around her neck, the burnt imprint hidden directly beneath where it touched her skin and then back to the man holding the knife.
“Doubtful.”
“I'm warning you. Give me the necklace or I'll–!”
The man swung with the knife, Maricul caught it with her left hand and twisted his arm, snapping it and breaking the bones inside his wrist as the man screamed in pain and dropped the knife on the ground.
“You're what?”
Maricul pushed the man aside, taking the knife and keeping it for herself as she walked off.
“Run along now. I have business to attend to.”
The man looked up at her with fear in his eyes, the same fear she saw in everyone after an attack on her failed. He got up to his feet and ran off, she could hear 'Freak!' being hurled her way from the distance as she continued to track down the reason she was here.
“Where are you?”

There wasn't a lot of room for her men to do live drills on the mansion grounds. There was a lot of problems around the mansion considering the district was very broken down and in ruins. Many of the people were driven to criminal intentions and survival of the fittest. They often stole and pawned items for their daily bread, even if it was an act of survival it was still wrong. Integra had spoke of live drills in the district but hadn't acted on it just yet. Seras was sure she could get the job done and get a good training regime going with her men in interacting with the people of Hallowton. They were bound to make a lot of enemies, but their goal was to aid these people.
Seras took it upon herself to begin the operation right as the sun was to fall from the sky, it was the typical time when the crooks and thieves came out to play. Her men were split into two team of six with her acting as the middle man between them both. One team patrolled the eastern side of the district while the opposite team patrolled the western side. She took the North while Hellsing itself was south. It was then that she laid her ruby eyes upon the woman who was about to get robbed only to easily and effortlessly fend off her attacker. Seras already felt something stranger about her, she wasn't natural at all, but the vibe she was getting was that she was relatively weak compared to the display she just saw.
Even normal vampires of her level would have some considerate problems with a human hellbent on getting food. But she easily broke his arm and shoved him away. This indicated she had highly attuned senses and extremely durable strength. Seras was hidden away by the shadows she created, but she decided it best to confront this person and treat her as one of the 'freaks' she was to protect Hallowton against.
Seras approached her from behind but didn't do so in any sneaky way. She had the 13.7mm BAERLKS rifle strapped around her shoulder and wasn't bothering to hold it just the strap keeping it in a relaxed spot.
"Excuse me."

"Excuse me."
Seras would see a frown curve the Gothic black lips of the vampire as she looked upon her, not at all what she was expecting to see when she read the energy from before. Not even the right gender. But she refused to believe anyone else could grow to be as strong as the power she felt two years ago when that man's teeth sank into her throat and mixed his blood with hers. He had to be in this area somewhere and this blond was going to lead her to him.
“Where is he?”

Ah yes, clearly she was clearly insane babbling about a he without specifying who or what he was. This made the whole mystery of who she was even better to Seras. She was curious now even if she could already smell the hint of darkness on this woman and instantly identified her as a vampire. Seras raised her left brow giving the woman a curious and questioning look.
Naturally, Seras would of already brought down the defiler of the area when they didn't speak clearly, she didn't because she was curious who he was now. There was something that stuck out the most of this womans appearance, the crucifix. Naturally to a low level vampire she would be withering in pain and possibly dying from just wearing the silver ornament so closely. That indicated something was wrong with this picture.
"He?"

Maricul got the sense this woman was just playing with her now.
"He?"
“Yes he. Don't play dumb I can smell his blood coursing through your veins the same as mine. Where is he?”
The identity of the man she was looking for would be clear now as a small spark flashed from behind the crucifix before being repelled by its holy power. As if darkness and destruction itself was trying to break through the hand of God and tear Seras apart where she stood. Mari noticed the blond's eyes started to wander down.
“Eying the goods? I see yours are bigger than mine.”

It was making sense now. She was speaking of her former master, which peaked her interest quite a bit considering he had vanished without ever returning. "I am not playing dumb. You're just really confused. Alucard has been gone for a long time... If you're tracking him by his blood and found me then I apologize, he is no longer here." True fact, he wasn't.
Seras blushed however after being called out on what she was indeed doing but not in the way that shew as called out on. "I am not checking you out. And of course mine are bigger, you have the body of a pre-teen," Seras quipped back in retort.

“Liar.”
Maricul moved her left hand over her shoulder and took up the short scythe hanging off of her back and brought it forward, both hands holding the polearm now as the blade was near the ground, the pointed edge facing away from Seras as Maricul stared her down. Maricul's stubbornness starting to shine through as she believed the blond to be hiding him somewhere in this sector of the city.
“Last chance.”

So it was going to be the hard way. She was sure if this took more than a couple minutes her men would be in the area surrounding the woman and plugging her with some special ammunition just for their kind. Would be a tragic ending to such a long journey. But Seras was willing to play along. It had been quite a while since she had stretched her powers and let them roam free for a bit. Seras began stretching bouncing on her toes.
"Let's not get hasty or anything. I wouldn't want to hurt you. Rule eighteen however requires me to limber up, so give me a moment please."

"Let's not get hasty or anything. I wouldn't want to hurt you. Rule eighteen however requires me to limber up, so give me a moment please."
But Maricul wasn't about to do that. She charged forward and raised up her scythe quickly, the blade aimed to stab right into the area underneath her right breast and continue to slice upward.

"Rude!"
Seras stepped back watching the scythe lance across the area in front of her and ultimately miss completely. Her left arm raised and she smiled a rather sharp toothy smile toward Maricul before clinching her fist and all of the shadows in the area crashed in toward her like shattered shards of glass. Her main power was the manipulation of shadows which she had perfected as a conventional weapon and way of balancing random things in her room when she was bored. There were 'other' uses she could think of for it but she didn't wish to have her show cancelled.

"Rude!"
Mari was knocked back, blood pouring out of her chest and getting on Seras' clothes as her body fell to the ground and the scythe out of her hand. Blood still pouring out from where the shadows hit as then, her body escalated. Another small spark flared from behind the crucifix as her body, still wounded and bleeding, burst to life with a speed reminisce of the artificial vampire Luke Valentine that she clearly had no control over as she wrecked the ground around them causing dirt and debris to kick up into the air as the blond before Maricul appeared behind her. Her arms wrapped around her and squeezing her tight in order to hold her in place as her fangs came crashing down on her neck looking to replenish the blood that was lost.

"Get off!"
Perhaps Maricul didn't understand the danger of getting this close with a vampire whose abilities at close range rivaled her abilities at long range. And tangling herself up with Seras made her a very easy target to utterly destroy as her arm literally ripped itself apart and the solid shadows shot through her body and pryed her off Seras completely. Seras rolled forward and turned facing her foe as the shadows shot across the area from her disembodied left arm as she gathered up her BAERLKS rifled with her right and raised it firing the rifles silver rounds toward the woman.

The blond's blood reached her lips and went down her throat just as the shadows pried her off allowing for Seras to create distance between them. Little did Maricul realize Seras could have ended the battle then and there if she so choose to do so. The bullet came for her and Maricul could have easily dodged this but she was still high off the blood she had consumed. Usually Mari was able to burn off the after effects pretty quickly but the blond's blood left a lingering taste in her mouth, increasing her craving as her blue eyes turned red.
The bullet blasted through her and Seras would have been able to see her entrails before Maricul fell into the ground and on her back looking up at the sky. But due to her resistance against silver thanks to the crucifix and Seras' blood in her Maricul's body was able to close the wound created by the bullet by the time she stood up and picked up the fallen scythe. Wielding the weapon single-handedly, she charged Seras again swinging the weapon and aiming to hook the blade around to the back of her neck and slice on through to behead her with the scythe.

"I don't think so."
The left arm wrapped around the stock of the scythe stopping it mid air, she had the rifle pressed against the chest and stomach of the blue woman and began emptying the 13.7mm rounds at point blank range. This wasn't the only thing she had going for her either, the shadows around them were beginning to solidify once again and were dangerously close to assaulting the woman yet again.

While this was going on Maricul had her free hand tucked away inside her jacket, pulling out her little black book and the pages came flying out of it spinning around her body and absorbing the point blank shots from the BAERLKS before wrapping around the barrel to keep her from firing. To make matters worse the pages now shielding Maricul from Seras was able to push back the in-coming shadows allowing Mari time to switch from her scythe to the knife she took from the thug trying to rob her from earlier. Using her witchcraft Maricul placed an enchantment on the knife and allowed the top half of the pages to open up as she slashed at Seras' throat. The enchantment repelling the shadows, keeping them from closing in or grabbing either her arm or the knife assuring Mari the perfect hit as her mouth opened wide for the blood that came spewing out.
