It's been a couple weeks now, he had laid low keeping to himself and the shadows he kept company with. The walls around him were dark and meaningless, after his defeat to the priest and the No Life King had come forth and pushed his way into the picture, he had to re-evaluate his slaughter a bit. Also he had to mentally trap the King of Darkness in his head where he couldn't escape again.
He heard the news that Isafaro had unsuccessfully attempted to wipe Hallowton off the map, but they failed to because of a timely arrival and team work amongst the resistance. With that knowledge he was sure he could do what he came here for in the first place.
While the Vulture was never lacking the ability to wreck shit, they were also weakened ever so slightly by the numbers of troops and machines lost in the war. But that was only a fraction of what was to come.
"He's here somewhere! Keep an eye on the shadows don't let him get away!"
The troops were looking for him after he erased an entire mech factory off the map of Isafaro thirty minutes ago, he had left a trail of bodies and blood after that. Wreckage of mechs and helicopters, jets and power armor were spread across the entire city because of this man.
There was maybe thirty men in the opening searching every crack and crevice for him or anything that loomed in the dark. He had his eyes set on the opening when a soldier stepped into the alley way shining his light directly at him, "He's over- oh holy shit."
Hundreds, thousands, millions of tendrils shot from the alleyway hitting this one man blowing his body parts all over the area, the darkness and familiars burst from the alley and Gabriel calmly walked out from it watching as they destroyed the troops long before they could hit the grenades and null his black magic.
"What's going on? Hello?
Gabriel pulled the radio off one of the troopers sides and raised it up, "I'm coming for you." He put the radio on his side as the man on the other line slurred swears and orders.
Gabe moved through the street not touching the ground as tendril after black tendril continued to propel him through the air. The blockade ahead only saw a giant black mass heading directly for them. As his body entered the cross road he felt the black magic get sucked away by the generator but the tendrils had grown much stronger from their devouring of hundreds of corpses and souls.
He stayed in the air as they shot down skewering everything in his path and destroyed the generator. Helicopters and Jets entered the area, it was an ambush in his favor as the tendrils and familiars wrecked all havoc through the air and on the ground. Gabriel picked up the radio again.
"Every single one of these men are dying because of you. I am obviously getting closer to you with every step."

It didn't take long for word to get out regarding the massacre of the Isafaro's outpost near the southeast entrance. It was in the same report that Vulture's soldiers could come back to life and mutate into something worse than what they were while alive. Imai wanted to approach this man and attempt to ally with him in the hopes that together they would be able to remove Vulture from power sooner than predicted. Additionally Empress Chloe also wanted the man to assist with a growing threat that appeared down in Moon Valley, only two reports of activity and already every major leader in Jherra either wanted him on their side or dead.
Kragen has been following the man from rooftop to rooftop with use of a grappling hook. Being mindful of the search lights from the helicopters up above and quietly silencing any of the soldiers he found on the roofs. Setting up his Sniper Rifle Kragen used the scope and continue tracking the man from afar, spotting another sniper on Vulture's side and firing. When the bullet hit the body exploded and the dead Vulture's soldier weapon fell out the window. Something told him the cells that now painted the walls wouldn't be regenerating any time soon.

Garrus Vakarian Vulture can hear you loud and clear. Garrus was on the ground this whole time and managed to approach him while Kragen served as his back up, both to watch out for Vulture troops and in case the man saw fit to attack them as well. Hopefully the reason behind this slaughter was as obvious as it appeared and he wasn't like the last man who appeared here and attacked anything that moved. Garrus Vakarian And so have we. Garrus Vakarian Isafaro Resistance.

The familiars faded away while the darkness itself devoured at the corpses on the ground. Gabe learned his lesson last time now his darkness would continue to grow only because the Vulture decided their dead shouldn't stay as such. No matter, it only continued to strengthen his tendrils further causing them to expand and become more monstrous.
He was well aware of the presence of others that he avoided killing only because they weren't ranked alongside Vultures filth. "I think he's turned a deaf ear to me or he would be trying much harder to kill me." His body turned instantaneously with no movement, only black fog rose up from his shoulders and from between his fingers as he came to face the Turian.
"The Spokesman of Insanity."
His cole black eyes stared hard at the Turian.

Garrus Vakarian Right. Given the massacre he certainly couldn't argue that claim. Garrus Vakarian My boss wants to work together with you to take Vulture down and wishes to meet with you, when you're done here of course.

Gabriel raised his eyebrow at the thing standing before him. He was very certain it wasn't demonic given that it didn't radiate any kind of unholy aura, "Why ally yourself with me? I am on a path of destruction, I would only harm your reputation. Sure the people of the city rally behind my recent deeds and I have liberated an entire section of the city to live free from the Vulture, but there's 'others' out there who seem to despise my deeds."
He put his hands in his pockets as the tendrils around the area returned to him disappearing just as the familiars had. Now he seemed like any other person, just a man.

Although they were different when compared with the ones from Alucard the Ex-Soldier could tell those things around his body before they vanished were familiars. The tendrils were different but after allying yourself with supernatural beings and fighting against them long enough you learn to adapt. Kragen continued to watch the exchange from the scope of his sniper's rifle until the roof door came barging open and several soldiers came pouring out with their weapons raised. No time to fire, Kragen grabbed his rifle and jumped off of the rooftop, shooting off his grappling hook just in time to swing through the window of the next building mere seconds before the bullets came flying.

Garrus Vakarian Those who do don't know what General Vulture is capable of, or don't care to. I don't know much about you, or your kind in general but right now we have a common objective; eliminate General Vulture. It only makes sense to do it together. When the Spokesman talked about people who would despise his deeds Garrus immediately thought about Kira Yamato. Though he was part of the resistance Kira always strongly opposed taking lives, and while Garrus agreed that taking lives needlessly were unnecessary Kira managed to take it to extremes even the turian himself wouldn't go to. Garrus Vakarian Believe it or not there's actually a second leader who wants your help when you're through here. Are you familiar of a place called 'the Netherrealm'?

"The Netherrealm is of no importance to me."
He heard the gun shots and he looked in their direction. But he looked away from them and back to Garrus. "I'm only here to kill the man who woke me from my slumber. Nothing more. I couldn't care what happens to these people, your people, the Netherrealm, or this entire realm to be honest with you.
"However, its in my best interest to inform you that I have no problem with taking allies, so long as you stay out of my way."

Kragen lost the soldiers but knowing the Vulture there would always be more. While staying on the move the Ex-Soldier grabbed his radio from his back pocket and spoke into it to the turian in the middle of his talks with the Spokesman that he could no longer keep tabs on with Vulture on his ass. "Status?"

Renegade +2. Garrus Vakarian Yeah, she said you might say that. She also said to say you'll end up fighting the Netherrealm regardless so it's your choice of sooner or later. Spokesman response was cold but nothing the turian hasn't already grown used to during his travels with Commander Shepard on the Normandy. The man didn't mind allies as long as they stayed out of his way and if he didn't care what happened to these people then that also meant he wouldn't care if they got Democracy after the fact either. Garrus Vakarian Deal. So what's the situation here? Garrus then heard Kragen on the radio and picked up to answer. Garrus Vakarian Better than anticipated. Where are you?

"If you decide to play fortune teller and tell me that I have no option to fight someone, then I'll make it my mission to do the exact opposite. So choose your words better next time," Gabe looked around, he wasn't sure why they weren't getting any opposition yet.
Something wasn't right at all, "Everyone is dead." He looked down at his feet and saw between both of them a single red dot, no larger than a quarter. His familiars suddenly lightly fogged the area seeing the red beam go straight into the sky.
"Little red dot."

"Northeast your position." As the Ex-Soldier moved he could hear the sound of soldiers feet in the distance as they were flanking his position and he had fallen right into their trap. "I'm surrounded." HK drawn there was only one way he'd get out of here. "I'll meet up with you." The last thing Garrus would hear would be the sound of gunfire before everything went to static.

Garrus Vakarian Kragen? Kragen!? No response. Garrus didn't like that one bit and to make matters worse the turian saw the little red dot between himself and the Spokesman after the Spokesman did and followed his eyes up after the familiars fogged the area to see the source came from the sky itself. Garrus Vakarian Shit! Run! Garrus spun around and began to make tracks away from where the red dot was currently located to get away from the blast zone.

Gabe stared straight up at the dot which moved away from the center of them and directly to his forehead. He raised his hand up and ran his fingers between it and watched as suddenly a burst of energy began cutting through the clouds. His familiars filled the void above and between him and the beam of death.
When the beam collided with the familiars it began mowing through them all. Gabe walked in the shadow of the familiars as the beam itself cut through the final wall and hit the ground.
He looked back and watched as thirteen soldiers suddenly appeared around the beam, each of them in heavy armor and all holding the same assault rifle. It was large and bulky, but the key feature to it was the Chainsaw attached to the front of it for hand to hand combat.
"I see."
Gabriel turned around and faced them raising both pistols, "I am going to send you back to your General in tea cup."
