Miracle would awaken on a hospital bed in a strange new world as a man by the name of Doctor Wallace comforted her when she awoke. He informed her that she was in a place called New Orleans. During her conversation with the doctor members of the FBI showed up taking the High Priestess away to be interrogated before the President demanded an audience with Miracle. She was taken to the White House in Washington DC and while there the two discussed the tower and Miracle warned him death awaited those who meddled with the device and recommend that she and all others like her be sent back before entering the care of Doctor Wallace and his wife Laura.

While having dinner with the Wallaces Miracle learned that Doctor Wallace's wife was conducting experiments on an opened dimensional rifts in the forest. Concerned, Miracle begged that she be taken to the rift to close it. After a moment of back and forth discussion Laura relented and brought Miracle to the location of the rift with the intent of showing Miracle that there was nothing to be concerned about. However Miracle snuck off towards it to close it but it was too late. A dragon slipped through the rift and began attacking New Orleans. Miracle and Laura both tracked it down to the city where Miracle rode the back of the dragon and Laura tried putting it to sleep with a tran gun. The battle came to an end when the dragon crashed through a building Laura was on top of, dropping her down onto the dragon back alongside Miracle and allowing her to shoot several darts into its back to put the dragon to sleep.

No longer able to ignore the situation in America Miracle began preaching from state to state attracting an enormous following leading to an address to the worlds leader and banding people together to close the rifts throughout the world. Out and about one night Miracle would be ambushed by a group of natives who attacked her and demanded she returned to where she came from. Again the High Priestess would find herself in the hospital only this time finding parallel between the way the natives treated her here and the way she treated the outsiders in her own world. Feeling guilty Miracle sought forgiveness for her sins and was finally able to return home through Maricul's manipulation behind the scenes. But not before paying the natives who attacked her a visit and unleashing the Second Aspect Aper on them when they refused to repent, watching as the natives went mad before being cut down by Aper's blades. After the slaughter Miracle entered the tower and returned home to literally find her world plunged into hell around the same time her home was restored.

It was time to take back the rest of her world.

Not long after returning Miracle would be visited by Chloe who threatened to attack the holy city with an infinite army of herself if they did not assist Jherrazad's efforts to repel the Netherrealm army. Seeing no other alternative available to her Miracle agreed to join the resistance in stopping the Netherrealm. While this was going on the Demon Slayer Dante who fought against Aper during the Battle of Aircano reemerged and fought against Ranko in order to free himself from the Netherrealm. Even though Dante released his full power Ranko proved to be too much for even him to take on leaving Dante with no choice but to retreat through one of the opened portals in the area. But not before leaving behind a shard of Veran which he was infused with back in his realm. Unfortunately the Netherrealm was able to adapt to this piece of Veran making them stronger.

Back at Aircano, just moments before departing, Miracle would be paid a visit by the last person she expected to meet face to face. Lord Yahweh in the flesh. After revealing and proving himself to Miracle he proceeded to explain that Kara aka Superwoman had declared herself the true god of Jherra. When Miracle asked why she did such a thing Lord Yahweh gave no answer. Miracle and Yahweh had a moment of silence alone in the temple before setting off to Jherrazad with Solomon, Jehanne and a group of Aircano troops now with the secret goal of eliminating Kara among the sea of demons heading for Jherrazad.

As expected Ranko attacked Jherrazad hard and the resistance threw everything they had at them. Chloe used the Waking Nightmare on Ranko only to have it backfire and plunge her into madness. Miracle then summoned Aper to the field but Noob Saibot took control of Miracle through her shadow, and through her, turned Aper against the resistance. Solomon moved to intercept and was cut down by the Arashi's blade right in front of Miracle who screamed out once freed of Noob's hold and begged Yahweh to revive him but he could not. In a blind rage Kara destroyed Aper and fused his energies with her Life Force to attack the Netherrealm head on through one of its portal, using the infinite energy to destroy the realm but Ranko took control of the energy inside her body and used it to destroy the goddess. With their trump cards defeated and the entire city turned on them in favor of their former Empress, the resistance was forced into yet another retreat to regroup in Kari. Not before Demetrios ripped the sacred amulet off of Quan Chi's throat and bombed the rest of the city leaving Ranko with only sand. As the resistance sailed for Kari Ranko left a part of her army behind to rebuild Jherrazad as she headed for her old home, the holy city, Aircano.

The survivors of the battle in Jherrazad sailed across the Jherra ocean, using the power of Quan Chi's amulet to travel unseen through Isafaro's waters making it safely to Kari where the nation's leader Kain was awaiting them. While there Demetrios learned Kain had sent two warriors to Moon Valley to close the seal to the Netherrealm and remove their primary advantage in this war. With his own plan forming in his mind, Demetrios departed from Kari for Moon Valley to intercept the two and join them on their quest to the demon seal. Meanwhile the others from Jherrazad and two newcomers agreed to join the front lines should the Netherrealm make it to Kari, the Moon Valley refugees being sent to the Hellsing manor in Hallowton to spare the city's resources for the demon invasion.

From the desert the Netherrealm attacked the holy city of Aircano with everything it had. An alternate reality incarnation of Dante would engage the Crimson Devil directly as her Generals spread throughout the holy city with the demonic army bringing the surrounding buildings into ruin. Scorpion and Noob Saibot entered the temple where Aircano Captain Alexia was defending the elders. She and her forces fought bravely but were ultimately forced into a retreat when Scorpion released a black hole that devoured the holy temple from within. As the town fell a victory came by the defeat of Quan Chi at the hands of Lenega who sacrificed a piece of himself when Quan Chi absorbed his soul into his body. Alex and the others were successful in escaping with the elders and the village people as the battle itself served as a distraction allowing Kari to make their last stand against the Crimson Devil's army and end this war once and for all.

With Moon Valley, Jherrazad and Aircano taken over by the Netherrealm the heroes of Genesis prepared to make their last stand in Kari. Meanwhile Sincara and Gabrielle, with Zora, made their way to the nexus in Moon Valley to close it and stop the merging of the two realms. On their way they ran into Vulture's troops still being controlled by Darkseid and Deadpool and Urdnot Wrex. Demetrios and Doctor Fate would rondevu with the Kari party and share their plan of destroying the Netherrealm once and for all. On their way to the nexus they would be joined by others willing to lend a hand in the cause and Darkseid's host would be destroyed severing his connection with Genesis by the hands of Demetrios and Sincara.

Back in Aircano Ayanna Kaktas, currently on the run from Vulture, previously denied shelter in Kari attacked the demon army that held control of Aircano and did the impossible in liberating the city by exploiting remnants of Yahweh's presence still present on the soil where the church stood and using Emmanuel as a means to anoint the entire city making it a deathtrap for all unholy beings and forcing the Netherrealm out of it, providing a safe haven for the war with the Netherrealm.

The battle of Kari would finally see the death of the Netherrealm Generals. Scorpion was devoured while Noob Saibot was chased back into his world by a relentless Miracle and after an enormous battle Noob Saibot was finally slain by the High Priestess who had finally avenged her friend's Solomon's death. Seeing no hope for victory Ranko retreated and a victory was finally held over the unstoppable army. Little did Ranko know however that there would be no rematch as Demetrios, with the help of Sincara, harness the energy of a willing Netherrealm and caused a chain reaction leyline explosions to destroy the realm. This caused 20,000 years of souls enslaved to the Netherrealm to be set loose with no afterlife to move on to and no bodies to call their own. While Gabrielle and Zora escorted an unconscious Sincara back to Kari Demetrios remained and finally put an end to the sorcerer's Quan Chi's life. His death also giving freedom to spirits captured by him over the years that had nowhere to go as well. With the destruction of the Nethereralm the war against Ranko was finally over.

But a battle for their very existence was just beginning. For elsewhere the Third and Final Arashi was about to be unleashed upon the world.

Deep within the heart of Utopia, Amoura discovered the Shroud of Turin. She discovered that it was not a weapon meant to fight the Arashi. It was a means to create one. The Third and Final Aspect, the End, Eos.

Tajna Rasha explained to the Night Angel that he had manipulated the events behind her life for this purpose. To watch her become the End. For he was once an Arashi in the previous cycle. Destroyed and reset the universe to be stuck in the new one without a place. Unable to die. For it was only the End's light that could wash away his presence for good.

Amoura fought back against the specter. But it was no used. Tajna revealed that the face behind Veran was Ranka, a vampire that made Amoura and former friend and alley. Distraught, Amoura took on the face of Eos and destroyed both Veran, Tajna Rasha, and Utopia in one stroke. Being flushed out of Utopia by Maricul and sent to the bottom of the ocean.

Eos touched her feet on the sands of Jherrazad and was met by the forces of the Crimson Vulture, Kari, and Jherrazad, but they were not enough to stop the End on her path to the Downward Spiral.

Meanwhile, in Aircano, Miracle received answers as to why Lord Yahweh created the Arashi and deducted that this god had to be a false prophet. They did battle, but Miracle was forced to face the truth. That her god wanted the universe to end. Both Sincara and Legion entered the fray with their own questions before Eos herself revealed all to them. The greatest battle of all time erupted in Aircano as it was once again destroyed. Sincara and Lord Yahweh was killed in the battle alongside Jehanne who was destroyed by a second Creator made by the Spiral energy from Sincara's weapon, and Legion was awakened as a true Arashi. Miracle escaped Aircano with Alexia as she once again had to watch her home rot.

Eos then made it to Kari and was met by every force imaginable. The Crimson Vulture, the Isafaro Resistance, the Empire of Jherrazad, the remains of Aircano, the Moon Valley military, Hallowton military with Sparda and the Hellsing organization, but they were not enough to stop Eos from entering the tower. Where one final foe remained for Eos to face. Maricul herself.

Maricul threw all of her power at Eos, but it wasn't enough to stop the End from entering a chamber that would allow her to destroy and reset the universe by the will of her god, Lord Yahweh. But Maricul went to her control room and overloaded the tower with Spiral energy to consume Eos destroying the Third and Final Aspect, and saving the universe from destruction. The overloading also destroyed the tower itself and all the survivors of the battle with the Arashi watched as Maricul breathed her last and died from within the tower having fulfilled her destiny as the champion to slay the Arashi.

The champion to end the cycles.

Miracle and all those who survived mourn the lost souls and were at a lost of what to do next. With the Arashi no more and the tower no more it was a chance for new beginnings, but the wounds left behind by the lost of Amoura and Maricul may never fully heal. They set off on their own paths, leaving Aircano in ruins, and Kari split into three sections from Eos's destruction. Amoura, Maricul, Sincara, they will always be remembered as the heroes who saved Genesis from utter destruction.

And thus concludes the story of Genesis and Jherra. Thus conclude the story of Dead on Arrival.
