His body fell backward into the darkness and disappeared completely. All that was left was a growing mass of black familiars that continued to release and fill the area assaulting the abominations in every turn.
The abominations assaulting his last known position as he fell into the blackness was hit in the chest and impaled as a massive wooden pike shot from the ground. This incident wasn't isolated to just this one. The Baskerville bounced off the abominations and dodged it's way through the pikes that shot from the ground impaling all in its way.
Finally he himself reformed on top of a rising column of pitch black fog. He had both of his pistols crossed in front of his chest and their etched designs glowed along the creases and edges.
"Life is wasted upon the likes of you."
Both weapons aimed down at the vine abomination, a small smile came to his face as the barrels began to glow internally and fired rapidly down on the creature. The first shots hit the abomination closest to Baskerville, both bullets hit it in the chest region and blew massive holes through it effortlessly. As he redirected his path to the vine abomination one of the bullets hit the ground blowing a massive hole in it doing three times the damage the 50 cal could of done. He pulled the triggers over and over at the beast each shot glowing bright red almost orange.

Nicodemus watched the battle progressing between Gabriel and the vined abomination with a detached interest. His monsters were clearing the area of other undead, leaving him free to concentrate on removing the other two obstacles. He watched Gabriel closely, trying to get a feel for his capabilities and limits in case he truly had to engage him. However, his first task would be to remove the abomination. That powerful, it was doubtful he could mentally dominate and subjugate it, but that wasn't the only way to take care of the undead. A necromancer had to have many tools at his disposal to deal with unruly servants after all. While he watched, he began to shape the battlefield to his liking, to give himself the advantage in a fight should it come to it. Mentally he laid out his strategies like an array of fine tools and examined each one, choosing those that would best help him in these endeavors. He scowls as his mind turns to the word of the Isafarran commander.
"Hold out. Bah. As if I should be conquered so easily. I shall not 'hold out' but match my foe blow for blow, to prove my might to these people once and for all." he mutters to himself, arriving at the battlefield with a single thought, watching Gabriel fire into the beast, his rather small weapons dealing massive wounds to the creature. He would not be considered inconsequential however, and with another thought, black fire erupted along the creatures legs, burning it as it raced to it's waist. However, he wished to tire Gabriel, and test him further, if he was to have a better chance at defeating him, so his play was two fold. While fire raced along it's legs and encased its form, it would do little to the beast that Nicodemus did not allow. He fed spell after spell into the abomination, increasing it's speed and might, bolstering its vitality and body with unholy energy. He would use this enemy of his as a weapon, and wear down Gabriel for their confrontation, should it come to that. He remained clear of the battling foes however, watching from the safety of a nearby roof as he waited to see the battle unfold.

The Life Force: it was the force that binded all of creation together. Everything beneath the thumb of the Creator possessed this Life Force and was eternally fed from the Creator itself from outside the space-time continuum. Very few were granted the honor to see this Life Force and one of those chosen few was about to crash the chaos that was the military-state of Isafaro.
The Life Force was still inside the abomination, though dim. It moved closer and closer to death thanks to the power of the Spokesman but kept alive, if only for a moment by the nearby Necromancer. The poor soul that was once a man, forced to become a monster and fight on. The Goddess of Jherra could hear the abomination cries for death, she would answer. Exploiting the hole inside the Life Force, Superwoman began draining the abomination. From the outside it would simply look like it was dying from the assaults of Gabe's ammunition when in reality its very Life Force was fading away.
Soon the monster collapsed upon its form rooted into the ground and wasted away. Nothing but a few vines remained of the creature as the battle was over. The man had returned to the Creator and found peace. The other abominations would soon meet the same fate as up from above came a flash of light and the Goddess of Jherra landed on the ground where the monster was once rooted, her eyes looking upon the Spokesman.
"You do not belong here. Return to the world in which you came."

He whistled. With the enemies in the area fading out fast the darkness and his familiars came to his side only to fade away themselves. A small smile spread across his lips but his face still remained unchanged. His gaze was on the woman now. "Not even going to let me enjoy myself?"He holstered both weapons as she was speaking to him, and before she could finish he shook his head, no. "Sorry can't do that, you see, I was sleeping in my own little world when their soldiers broke open my chambers and woke me. For this act of intrusion they will pay in the only thing they have left, their lives." There was a pause between anything as he stared at her and she stared at him. "Am I really that bad for wiping out a Tyrant?

He frowned as he felt another power tap into the creature he was feeding, wondering what power it had to make it diminish so. His question would soon be answered as a woman descended from the sky, a brilliant flash destroying the rest of the undead in the area. He huffed. 'Damned busy bodies. Ayanna will be pleased at least. Humph.' he grumbles to himself mentally, noting that she immediately challenged Gabriel. Even at the distance, he could hear her words and Gabriels reply. Now more than ever, he knew it would be difficult to turn Gabriel away from this place, but he was honor bound to try. Damned pledges. Whoever it was, they had apparently decided to set themselves up as the border patrol, seeming to desire the return of all non natives to their worlds. He could feel power emanating from the woman, and his eyes narrowed. Hmm. To ally with Gabriel or the Border Patrol? Well, he'd never been very big on authority figures himself. Anyone that told him he couldn't do something or be where he pleased immediately irked him. They had no right to order him about.
In an instant, he appeared at Gabriels side once more, staring at the woman above them. "And who are you to say we can not travel where we wish? What gives you the right to decide what we do with our lives?" he laughs, short and bitter. "No better than an Arashi to my ears. 'You do not belong here,' they said, was it not? You're no better than they are girl, and you've no right to assume you're our better." he says, flexing his fingers lightly. He often had the tendency to run his mouth off at things that could more than likely kick his ass, and somehow, he felt that unfortunate habit was going to carry over to this world as well. Whatever she was, it wasn't human, nor mortal he'd guess. Normal people didn't tend to speak so imperiously to someone that slaughtered a massive amount of soldiers and held their own against a freakish abomination. "I say you have no right to command us so, and thus reply in kind, you do not belong here." he says, clenching his staff tightly, eyes narrowing as he stared down someone that looked no more than a girl to his eyes.

((Linx, I'm on level ground with you guys.))
"Enjoy yourself?" A hint of disgust crossed the woman's features at those words. How could anyone enjoy a massacre? How could anyone enjoy this? She looked into the Life Force within his own body and saw the story of the boy who became the man Vlad Tepes who later died only to be resurrected as the vampire Count Dracula and returned again as Alucard, becoming the most dominating force in Domino City until he was killed by Arix. But even then he would rise again and do war with a force called the Legion of Abyss. A single entity that soon became many and then one again. So much death, so much war. Kara pitied him.
"You would kill everyone in the Vulture because of a few soldiers who were ordered to disturb your resting place?" "Am I really that bad for wiping out a Tyrant?" Kara shook her head. "If only your motives were that pure. The Vulture will be made to pay for their crimes but it will not be with their lives. Return to your coffin. I'll ensure no one awakes you from your slumber." Kara's head turned when the Necromancer appeared by Gabrielle's side, shooting off at the mouth. "What you do with your life is your own business but what you do here affects more than just your life and don't pretend that it doesn't."
Kara became offended at what the man would say next. No better than an Arashi? It felt like a slap in the face to her, to her and every man, woman and child she fought to protect long before she ascended to godhood. "I do not kill innocence to maintain balance, Necromancer. I've rebuilt the cities the Arashi destroyed and removed from power those who were wicked and I did it without taking a life. Do not compare me to those monsters!"

His head tilted to the side almost like a confused dog at first then it lowered shadowing his face. When he looked back up he was snickering to himself. "Do you really expect me to take self help advice from someone who dresses like that? I don't think so.
"You're not the first person whose crashed my party by looking people down, and you wont be the last. Since you feel the need to advise I will too: Don't be so into yourself."
He simply ignored her and turned away and began walking in the direction he had originally been heading in the first place, a cigarette met his lips and he lit it casually smoking it down as he stepped over a couple bodies admiring his work with the chopper.

((My bad, I figured she'd pull the whole Superman floating just above people thing, lol))
He shrugged at her outburst, not the least bit concerned. "And does that make what you're doing any better? A bloodless coup would still be a coup. Unless I miss my mark, you're setting yourself up exactly like them, without the bloodshed. Ordering us to return where we came, what happens if we say no? You kill us? That's how the Arashi started, was it not?" he hammers his point against her, not caring in the least that she could probably turn him into a greasy spot on the ground. "Who are you to dictate orders to us in any case? Who gave you this authority?" he scoffs, waving a hand at her in a shooing motion.
All too aware he was setting himself up against both parties, he cared little. Her act of authority and display of power had irritated him, made worse by the fact that he was honor bound to try and dissuade Gabriel from continuing. 'Hellfire and damnation.' he grumbles to himself. "Leave woman, your decree interests us not." he says, turning his attention to Gabriel. "As for you, Master Lachney, I request you leave, to return at another time. I gave my word that I would attempt to dissuade you from continuing. It would be greatly appreciated if you left and returned when I was no longer around. I would find myself in your debt." he says, pointedly ignoring the little ball of sunshine that had crashed their party. "I request only that you delay your march for an hour at the least, allowing me to keep my word. All events thereafter are not my concern." he says, wondering if Gabriel would actually comply. If not, it'd be a fight, and he couldn't begin to imagine the destruction and havoc that could sweep the streets from their conflict.

"I am Kara Zor-El, defender of Genesis and the rightful goddess of Jherra. My authority comes from the Creator. Stand down, Necromancer!" Kara looked back to Gabrielle listening to what he said but before she could say anything in response he began to walk away. Kara quickly went after him and called out, "Stop! I cannot allow you to interfere any further in this war!"

He took a long drag off the cigarette and pondered what his next action would be. He was indeed here for a blood bath, but only to stop a tyrant, not to engage with a peace keeper and a foolish necromancer. Perhaps it was time for him to halt his actions for a short while to let the trauma he had caused sink in to the Tyrants army. Gabe raised his left hand to them as he walked giving them both the finger, "Another time then." He spit the cigarette to the ground and as it collided he utterly exploded. Rapidly the black smoke that was originally his body lifted into the air and shot into a random direction. Where he stood burned into the ground was a long lost symbol from another time.
