Jill charged forward to meet Superwoman halfway, her fist closing in to make contact with her own until the Woman of Steel would see the blonde before her slowing down in movement, but not because of a lack of speed on Jill's part. The cracks that drew in the ice around them, the melted pieces of crystal ice from Zira's flames and the flames themselves, everything around Superwoman came to a halt. The wind no longer touched her face, her body numb to the rapid rise in temperature as if time itself stood still. Her eyes would see Jill going away, becoming smaller and smaller until she was no more the size of a basic insect on a large canvas of white and silver. But it was not Jill who moved. It was her.
Superwoman would see everything before her pull back, growing smaller and smaller. It began with Jill, but then the continent of Jherra could be seen in all its wonder. The other continents on the face of Genesis came into view until finally the planet itself was before her, hung in the heavens alongside the stars and its moons. Then the planets, the stars, the suns, they all sped pass the Woman of Steel in a matter she herself could have never attained through her own power of flight. With her own two eyes she saw how small everything truly was compared to what she knew. Soon it would be the galaxies themselves that flew by her, then the universes, each held apart by a barrier she could see were slowly fading away. The universes themselves were held in something even bigger than they, and they too came before the woman's eyes before everything did. A large empty space lit only by streams of white lights that shot back into the window of the ultraverse was all around her. Its source that she could never conceive in a thousand years. And that source lit up the darkness directly behind her.
Cast in a light that stood apart from the light already around her. A bright blue it was, and bigger than any sun could hope to become. Superwoman's body only made up a tiny little spec of the overall ball of mysterious unknown energy that appeared before her very eyes. White lights shot out of its core and into the streams around them, shooting back into the ultraverse like blood flew through the veins of the human body, reaching the heart and keeping it alive. As man laid on the eyes of Arashi for the first time so did man, creation, lay eyes upon their creator.

Confusion filled up her eyes as she saw her opponent slow down in her advancement towards her and the wind stopped. Due to Superwoman's invulnerability she already couldn't feel the temperatures but she knew something was wrong. That fact became all too clear when she saw everything in front of her decrease in size until she could see all the continents of Genesis and then the planet itself. The massive wave of energy from the tower appeared to be following her as everything moved. Kara looked to her hands and feet and knew that she hasn't moved an inch. Instead it was as if all of existence was passing through her at a speed that even she couldn't track. But she still managed to see the wonders that went past her. The millions and millions of stars in space, the two suns that made up her solar system. The galaxies rushed through her and then the universes.
Her eyes watered, dripping down her cheeks but it wasn't tears of sorrow, nor were they tears of joy. They were tears of wonder as she stood humbled in the face of all that has passed through her body in a matter of seconds. Realizing just how small she and her world, even her universe, was to the grand scheme of everything. It was beautiful and at the same time frightening. Even her own superhuman strength and invulnerability paled in comparison to it. Then she found herself in black empty space. Darkness. The only light coming from streams all around her heading to creation. Giving it life. Her eyes now looking into the window of the ultraverse from outside of time and space itself. Seeing the light enter into the large spaces, which looked so small from where she was, that held the universes, powering the barriers, weak as they may be, and strengthening the universes. Holding it all in place. She could see it but still could not conceive it. How could she?
Another light would cast away the darkness but this time it was different. This time she felt overwhelmed yet at the same time she felt safe. At home. Try as she might to back away and look at it all through the empty void she could never see more than the part facing her body, though a small spec to its true size, it threatened to consume her. The blurred vision by watery eyes inadvertently protecting her from going blind by the light. All she could do was hang there in empty space and speak, fear dripping from her voice as it took her. The fear of God. It made her want to scream.
"W-w-who are you?"

The Creator hung silently through the empty void outside of space and time as the woman spoke, tears being the only thing protecting her eyes from certain blindness as she received her answer.
The beginning, the end. Alpha, Omega. Where all things come forth and where all things return.
The divine voice filled the void all around Superwoman. Neither he nor she and calm in nature yet surrounded deeply in authority.
Man, god, arashi. None can exist except through The Creator.

"Wh-what?" Kara couldn't believe her ears. Did it just confess to creating the Arashi? Superwoman had no first-hand experience with such a creature, everything she knew about it came through her friend Chloe and what little Miracle and Aircano in general had released to the public about it. And that was enough to make Kara despise their very existence and now the Creator of the universes were telling her that they existed through It like everyone else!? "How... How could you create something so evil!?"

The woman's shouts barely made it above a whisper as it was lost in the void and to her ears moments after it left her lips, but it did not escape The Creator. There were no way for her to tell how It felt towards her efforts to raise her voice as It had no face, and gods of the past has not been known for their patience but as The Creator's voice once again filled up the void, the calmness in the voice did not break at her act of defiance.
Good and evil are creations of man. There is only light and darkness – the light is no more good than the darkness is evil. The arashi serve their purpose and man perceives them as man perceives them.

Kara shook her head, not satisfied with that answer one bit as watery eyes narrowed over the Creator, drops of it falling into the black abyss that surrounded them, never to be seen again. "That doesn't excuse the countless innocents that died by their hands, or are you going to tell me that innocent and guilty are creations of man too? Why have you summoned me here? Maricul threatens to undo everything you've created. Why aren't you doing anything to stop her!?"

Maricul is not the true enemy.
The Creator would allow those words to set in as the shock behind them would not go unnoticed. As of now The Seductress threatened to bring all of creation into a forced peace where all would either have to abide by her laws or perish. What could possibly be worse than that?
The ten thousand years are over, Lord Yahweh reign over the continent of Jherra is at an end. Since the beginning the Trials were forged to find those worthy of the title of god, it has decided the gods of the past as it now decides the gods of the present and will decide the gods of the future.
Kara Zor-El, you have inherited great power from the planet Krypton. You have shown great strength and sacrifice, never have you wavered in your convictions of what is right and what is wrong. You even denied yourself freedom in death to return and continue your plight. It is for this reason The Creator chooses you to succeed Lord Yahweh as god of Jherra and rule over it for the next ten thousand years.
Do you accept the power and authority The Creator bestows unto you?

Not the true enemy? "What do you mean by that?" She thought the gods intention all this time were to maintain the balance, Maricul wished to destroy it entirely. How could she not be the true enemy? Could It mean the Last Arashi that Chloe was telling her about, the one that was to come and bring about an end for everything was the true enemy? But the Creator approved of the Arashi's existence so why would It then consider it the true enemy? That didn't make any sense and it hurt her head, and just when her head couldn't hurt anymore the Creator would offer her something she would have never thought possible.
"You want me to be a god?" Wait a minute, Lord Yahweh!? "Yahweh is real? And you want me to take his place? W-what would happen to him if I accept?"

Maricul is not the true enemy.
It repeated.
Yahweh will be as he once was, a man. He will live and die, a man.
Do you accept the power and authority The Creator bestows unto you?

Kara was expecting more of an answer to her question, instead the Creator repeated Its previous statement. It looked like she would have to phrase her questions better if she wanted any real answers from the deity. "Who is the true enemy of creation? Is it The End? Don't the Arashi act according to your will? Is it really our destiny to be eradicated?" That should be direct enough. As for Its question, "What would agreeing to become a god imply? Would I be able to give Tori her body back? Would I be able to stop Maricul from merging the realms?"

Destiny is a creation of man.
Once again The Creator would allow Superwoman time to take in those words before continuing.
Man forges his own path and walks the path forged, accepting the consequences of that path. Multiple realities have been created as a result of man's freedom. Fearing this, man put his fate into the hands of gods so they would not have to take responsibility for these choices.
Destiny, fate. It was never created by The Creator, nor does it stand as a creation of gods. It was created by man's own incompetence and fear.
Life has not, nor will it ever be, set by predetermined conditions. Even the Arashi had the choice.
And with that, the true horrors of the Arashi were revealed.
As long as you maintain the balance, Jherra is yours to command. To control.

Kara was speechless. She opened her mouth to speak but could not utter a single word. Destiny, fate, everything she knew about it up to this point was a lie. An invention of man she could have never even fathomed before on her own. To think that all this time their choices played such a large role in shaping the universes. Every choice giving birth to a new reality that co-exist with the others allowing every possible scenario an individual's choice could create to play out side by side each other. Her mind was opened, already she understood more about existence within the confines of a finite mind than most others would ever come to learn. With the condition of her godhood given to her there was yet another question that needed an answer.
"And what does maintaining the balance imply?"

Accept our gift and you will know.
Do you accept the power and authority The Creator bestows unto you?
It said a third time.

"What kind of an answer is that? She expected this kind of run around from people back on Genesis but the Creator? Something wasn't right about this and if It, for some unexplained reason, thought she would honestly make this decision without knowing everything there is to know going in, the Creator of all things were in for a surprise. As paradoxical as that would be. "Surely you don't expect me to accept without knowing all the facts."

Accept, you will know. Refuse, you will remain as you are.
There is no need to answer.
