Utena turned her head around and saw Darkseid following her with the cave collapsing in on itself directly behind him. If she wasn't in panic mode already she certainly was now as she picked up the pace in her run and shouted louder, "GET OUT! YOU HAVE TO GET OUT!"
But none of them moved from their spot. Some were too busy in a blind rage, others too lazy to even stand up and then there were those so caught up in lust over each others bodies that they didn't care for anything or anyone around them. Whatever Sincara has done she has doomed these people to certain death. Intergang may have been responsible for many bad things but she couldn't condone what the child has done here today. Accepting the terrible fact that they couldn't be saved, the former Champion of Ohtori ran out of the entrance of the cave and turned around to watch in horror as the cave fell.

And Utena would see Darkseid emerge from the entrance of the cave before the rest of the cave collapsed crushing everyone inside behind him. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, for dust was what they were and to dust they return. Dead. His red eyes looked down towards the small form of the child one more time before he bowed his head politely and turned to go on his merry way. "Farewell, Ms. Utena Tenjou." |

Wrex closely examined the area around him after coming out of the other side of the transporter. Everything looked the same but the Krogan Battlelord knew all too well how deceiving looks can be. It wasn't until his attention was taken to the collapsing cave that he knew for certain this was the same world. But that left one question remaining, was Bruno still inside the cave when it collapsed? Urdnot Wrex
Come on, kid. We need to investigate. Pulling out his pistol, the Krogan Battlelord headed towards the front of the cave to see who all got out. If anyone. |

Sincara feet landed firmly against the ground and the entrance left behind by the transporter soon faded away as she looked around the area alongside Wrex, her sights also falling upon the cave that collapsed in on itself. Wrex would get no protest from Sincara as she followed him to the front of the destroyed Intergang base, ready with her Six Shooter in case she found herself in another battle but instead all they would find at the front would be a startled Utena.
"Utena! Where is he? Where's Darkseid?"

"Brag?" Kara was confused and seeing how the only thing on her mind was Tori she couldn't help but think that Deadpool was talking about her. It caused even more anger to boil inside of the Woman of Steel as her face turned red and she practically scream, "You touched Tori!?" Superwoman came at him with everything she had; punches, kicks, Heat Ray Vision, Super Breath, everything she could throw at him she threw at him relentlessly with infinite stamina behind it.

Tori was beginning to suspect Intergang were really hurting for help.

The redheaded ghost couldn't believe her eyes. How could anyone be so selfish, so dense, so insane? His mood would soon change however upon being at the receiving end of the Woman of Steel's fury a second time, this time doubled than that of their last encounter in the cave itself.
"Hey, say if I do brag would she feel any less obliged to beat me up?"
“If you can snap her out of it she'll be more reasonable, I can talk to her from there.”
"Brag? You touched Tori!?"
“What!? Kara, no. I'm a ghost remember?”
It was too late. Kara was beyond any reasoning. Tori could only watch on in horror as she unleashed all of her might to take down Deadpool, not even caring if her efforts killed him. And what were worse was the fact there was nothing she could do about it. |

If Deadpool wasn't busy not dying he would have expressed amusement at how harder Superwoman tried to fight him when she was horny than when she was mad at him for killing an innocent man back in the cave. He at least managed to express amusement to himself while jumping to avoid the Heat Ray only to get blown away by the Super Breath after being nailed by some of her blows. Good thing for that super healing huh? Once the Merc with a Mouth got up to his feet he was going to use the one thing he used best. His mouth. "I'm really good at killing people. I mean REALLY good! Innocent, guilty, doesn't matter if the price is right. I mean I killed a lot of people who deserved it but I'm sure I killed plenty of innocent people along the way. Got an annoying friend? Teacher? Utena watched Darkseid take his leave, that was all she could go when it came to the new god now in human flesh. Dead human flesh at that. Her head turned and eyes now set on Wrex and Sincara when they approached her, relieved to see that the two of them made it out okay but no idea at all how they managed it when to her knowledge there were only one exit to the cave and she saw no one else except for Darkseid make it out.
"Sincara! I'm so happy to see you! How did you guys make it out?"
Hearing her question Utena couldn't help but frown as she forwarded the bad news, "He got away. There was nothing I could do."

Wrex took another look at the rubble that once made up a cave and concluded there were no way anyone could have survived that. The others were as good as dead. His sights came back on Utena, who looked to be around the same age as Sincara, and listened as she explained what happened to Bruno. Sincara kept insisting that he was now some higher intelligent being using the body of Bruno but at the end of the day it didn't matter. They were both after the same thing. His death. So Wrex would assist her in that action. Urdnot Wrex

"We found a transporter inside and jumped through it before the whole place came crashing down."
Sincara wasn't happy to hear the news of Darkseid escape but didn't blame Utena for it. She was right, there were nothing she could have done. Had she tried anything she'd most likely be dead just like the others. Sincara instead decided to channel that anger and frustration into energy to find Darkseid and put an end to this comeback attempt before it got off the ground.
"Are you going to be all right getting back to town on your own?"

"Wh-what?" Kara stopped her relentless assault on Deadpool and looked towards him confused. "T-that isn't right." A glimmer of the old Kara was beginning to come back to the surface as she was focusing less on her desire for Tori and more on what Deadpool was actually saying. "You shouldn't be bragging. The things you've done, they're wrong. They're wrong and you know it."

Tori's eyes lit up. It was working, it was actually working. She were starting to see signs of the old Kara slowly come back to the surface.

Tori returned to her friend's side and with hopeful eyes asked, “Oh, Kara. Please tell me you're your old self again.” |

As soon as she asked that question however the answer soon popped into her head. They wanted Darkseid to return to Genesis and the last they've seen of him was while being pulled through a dimensional rift that Sincara had exploited. And the transporter would be ideal for trying to get him back. Those bastards.
"Yes. I should be just fine but I would sleep easier if you both took me with you. I can help."
Utena saw Deadpool walk up to them and remembered him as the person Superwoman was fighting. Drawing her Rapier she aimed it at the man.
"S-stay away!"
