Build her way up... Yes, that was how things worked here at Hellsing. You have to work for the trust, respect, and power which came with rank. He had taken an easy path himself, really. His forming the contract with Integra had placed him in the position he was now. But a butler wasn't all that important. He had worked to achieve his own status and earned every ounce of respect which he now received from others who served Integra. He had rebuilt the mansion, become a personal bodyguard for Integra, had kept the headquarters in pristine condition and provided quality meals to those he required food. He was viewed with high regard due to his status as Integra's personal assistant, guard, and butler. He had to admit that he was very curious about how quickly Magoichi would progress. Serving under Seras in the Wild Geese would be a challenge in itself...
At Magoichi's response, the slightest possibilities began to filter through his head. Good... To be a true leader, one needed to know how to follow as well. One needed to be able to ignore their pride and step down to the level of a follower when necessary. If the woman could do that, then she would be taking her first steps in the path of a leader for Hellsing. She was proceeding to ask her three questions; all of which were actually good ones. The butler continued to stand immobile next to the back of Integra's chair, seeing as there was nothing more to do at that exact moment.

"We are the Royal Order of Protestant Knights, our main goal is to liberate any unholy being that crosses our paths. However, by the Queens request we spare the ones who are on our side and kill only the evil ones. That is our main goal. However, our other goals are to provide safety for Hallowton and its surroundings neighbors, and to strike back at the Vulture Army in the west for the lives they have taken here," Integra took a pause before she would explain anything further. She'd let that sink in just a bit as she took the last drink of her tea.
"The Wild Geese are a faction of former mercenaries who are now under the employ of Hellsing. They are the most highly trained soldiers on the face of this planet. Each of them are trained in freak management and can take down the strongest vampires with ease as a team. The Iscariot section XIII are the last organization of the Vatican order in my world before its collapse. They are a holy order of Knights and Paladins who smite their foes with divine justice."
"And finally. Your enemies are the Demon Army brewing in the south, and the Vulture Army of Isafaro in the West. They are our primary targets for now, however, we are under the control of the Queen of Hallowton and any she deems her enemy is ours. Unholy beasts that cause a problem for the citizens of these nations also fall under the category of our enemies."

The Holy Protestant of Knights? That term sounded similar to Xavism and Magoichi had a bad experience with them, well at least Integra didn't seem like a fanatical woman, she seemed tame compared to the Sorin but nonetheless she would have to accept it now. Unholy beasts...did she mean monsters? Although Japan was full of stories of monsters they were considered just that, stories, they weren't real and even Nobunaga Oda was merely named the 'Demon King' because of his ruthlessness.
Magoichi smirked as Integra described Wild Geese, then they were similar to the Saika Renegades, she should fit in right at home with them. "Interesting then they are like my previous men back home..." she murmured to herself as she didn't really like the sound of Iscariot, they definitely sounded like Sorin's men and she wished that she didn't have to work with them.
"The Demon Army?" Magoichi exclaimed in surprise, could it be? "The Demon Army...is it commanded by a man called Nobunaga Oda?" she asked as she balled her hands into a fist...that man had killed her mentor and she dreamed of killing him in revenge for that as she didn't really care about the Vulture Army, they're probably like any other army and just want to conquer the world but if the Oda was here...

Once Integra began her answers, Sebastian leaned over to take the empty cups and replaced them upon his platter. This meeting had been short and to the point; that suited him just fine. It seemed to be coming to a close. Of course... He now had another mouth to provide food for, but that was no problem. He had no idea how long this new member would last in the Wild Geese... Perhaps she'd prove herself and become more useful than she seemed right then. He'd retain his own judgement until he saw her in action; and witnessed how well she got along with her fellow Hellsing employees. He himself had taken very little time to earn the respect and acceptance he held now. But that didn't mean he got along well with everyone. He simply did his best; and was flawlessly polite to everyone, no matter how much he disliked them.
Then his interest was caught as she spoke of the demon army. Who was Nobunaga Oda? Someone from her world who led his own demon army? It seemed possible... He knew next to nothing about the demon army, so any information Magoichi could possibly provide would be filed away in his mind for future reference. He sharp eyes didn't fail to see the motion of her hands, and her anger was quite obvious. The butler looked down on her, his face showing a remote curiosity. Did she have experience with a demon army in her past? If so, then maybe she would indeed prove to be quite useful.

"No, unlike the world you lived in, this one is compromised of real demons. The ones in the south, well actually more like the south west now, are made up of unholy energies and pure darkness. They are commanded by a red headed woman who has already wiped out two cities and is currently marching on another," Integra crossed her fingers together and rested her elbows on the desk. It seemed wherever this woman was from it was in a feudal era where the only demon they knew was the Demon King himself, possibly one of the most feared rulers in all of Japan.
Of course Integra knew of this man, she was learned in all sorts of history by her father and the books that were lining the walls of her study. She had a private collector who found books of lost realms and she bought them off them, given enough time she would have a large enough library from every realm one could think of, "Anymore questions?"

Magoichi exhaled when she heard that the Demon King was not in this world, she didn't really expect anyone from her world to be here, of course that was too soon to say who would be here but perhaps she wished that she would be able to exact her revenge against the man. She had waited for years to rebuild the Saika Renegades all for the sole purpose of killing him but when he was killed in Hono-Ji that dream died and instead was replaced with the dream of having Japan united under a powerful ruler.
But if it was actual demons that she would have to fight then she will have to fight with all her strength and the red haired woman would be her target if she ever saw her as she smirked and shook her head at Integra's question, "No Lady Integra, I have no more questions, I Magoichi Saika am now at your service" she said staring at her employer.

"Very well. I will inform Seras at once of her new addition. If you're serving alongside the Wild Geese then you'll be bunking with them in the bunkers in the yard," Integra said nodding her head a bit. She basically waved Magoichi off by this point, "I may wish to inform you to avoid the basement and the tomb on the yard if you value your sanity and your life. You are dismissed."

Magoichi nodded as she did not mind bunking with men, after all she had grown used to such a lifestyle, and after all she doubt that ther mercenaries would be able to do anything to her. She was highly skilled in unarmed combat and she was sure if anyone of the men tried to hurt her or do something to her she would make him regret it as she stood up, "I shall take my leave now then" she said going to the exit before turning to Sebastian, "thank you for the tea Sebastian it was...unique" she commented.

Sebastian bowed as Magoichi spoke to him; and then left a moment later. He followed her to the door, and closed it quietly behind her as she left. Once he had returned to Integra's desk, the look on his face was obviously asking "What do you make of that one?" He had his own judgements on the girl, but he would keep them to himself. For now, he would focus on whatever Integra had to say. He looked out of the window for a moment, unseen thoughts flickering within the crimson depths; before he turned his attention back to his master; should she have anything to say to him.

"She has leadership experience, she's battle hardened, and she'll be fearless against any man," Integra said in her observation. Each observation came from the little details Integra read from Magoichi's posture, tone of voice, and the look in her eyes. However, Integra also had other opinions and critics.
"She's also not from a time period close to our own, she seemed clueless about a true demon, and she may break when facing one in battle. Hopefully Seras can get her up to speed quickly enough so that she'll be able to lead me under Seras," Integra shifted in her chair, "With enough time, she may find herself in a similar position as in her time period, leading. For now, she will need to learn."

He really had nothing more to say. Integra had just stated all of the good and bad things that he himself had been thinking. Truly, only time would allow them to see Magoichi's true potential; and then they would judge worthy or unworthy to be employed beneath the noble Hellsing banner. "I'm sure Seras will have no trouble training and preparing her, master." He said. "I will observe her on occasion, and report back to you with what I notice. I believe she'll learn quickly." He made sure both teacups were upon his platter; and replaced Integra's ash tray with a clean one. He rested another cigar on the new tray; should Integra want another smoke in a bit. He bowed once more, balancing the tray on the tips of his fingers with the ease of long practice. "I must excuse myself, my lord. Should you require my services, you need only call. It is 4 o' clock now; I shall return with your evening tea in an hour. Would you prefer to dine up here tonight as well? Or will you be joining the table downstairs?"
