This seemed to happen a lot around Cale. Random portals and such. Things always turning up in the most bizarre of places, and often right where they shouldn't be. If he'd bothered to care, Richard might have been perhaps concerned, or if nothing else, at least interested. But no; such thinking or worrying was beyond him. It simply wasn't fun, and didn't really have enough of a bearing on him to torture himself by persevering long enough to actually think about it anyway.
He had his father's soul absorbed into his crystal now, so his source of power was safe, as was he. Sure, Cale and the others would probably die horribly without him there, but dieing wasn't so bad. Or was it?"I think I've gone and confused myself..." He stopped dead in his mindless mental rambling as well as his aimless walking. ".....yes. Definitely confused."
"Where am I, anyway?" Planting his rather bony hands on his hips, Richard finally took the time to cast a glance about his surroundings. "Hmm.... Where ever this place is, I've clearly never been here before. There's not enough horribly bloody humor." Bringing a hand up, he rubbed at his chin with one finger. "I blame Cale." Nodding his head, his expression brightened. "Yeah. This is defnitely Cale's fault. Somehow."
"I need to find a way to get back so I can rub it in his face about how much this is his fault."

Kyal had a knack for sensing power.
Naturally, as a God you had to be in tune with those under you; more often than not to remove them before they could become and issue - which is exactly why he was drawn to Jherrazarl; he sensed a sudden surge in power. And as he swept across the woodland and dropped to land in the clearing, he noted the figure's frankly odd appearance.
He folded his wings back into his body almost casually, standing up from his crouch he cast his gaze across the figure, noting the energy that roiled off him in waves. Clearly some kind of Warlock, then - a trademark in almost every universe it seemed.
Warlocks - what could Kyal say? He'd had dealings with them before, and he could be considered one himself, of sorts, though he wielded no elements himself. They tried oh so hard to kill him a number of times but that didn't quite work out for them.
"You hold Impressive power, Warlock." He noted, folding his arms as he tipped his head back "What is your name?"
