“Desperate times calls for desperate measures, Superwoman.”
Carari knew Superwoman wouldn’t agree with her choice to ally with the likes of Isafaro but that was fine. As far as The Mayor was still concerned they were enemies whose partnership would come to an end as soon as the terrorist threat was dealt with. And then, the unthinkable; the gateway to hell itself has been unleashed and soon all of Genesis would be subjected to the horrors that had laid dormant for centuries.
“No. No, this is not happening!”
It all felt like a really bad dream, a nightmare, but it was reality and judging by Amoura’s face she too had no idea that the gates would be opened. The Mayor suspected a double cross, she was as much a pawn as everybody else were. The Crimson Vulture soldiers were quick to bail and just in time as due to the intervention of The Night Angel, the whole place was beginning to collapse onto itself with the added addition from Amoura’s explosives. Carari’s eyes widened over to the only person that could get her out of here alive, Superwoman.
“Get me out of here!”

Carari didn't have to ask twice. Superwoman wrapped her arms around Carari Grey and took off into the air, flying straight through the hole in the wall she made prior to the opening of the seal. Looking around in sheer horror at the effects the opening has caused against the very fabric of space and time as it began to merge with Genesis, and she didn't know what to do. Superwoman, Kara, felt like she had failed everyone in Moon Valley and Genesis and she just didn't know what to do. Heading over to the police department, Superwoman set Carari Grey down and looked back over to where Amoura was. Giving the mayor one more glance she said, "You'll be safe here," before flying over to Amoura's position.
The Heat Ray Vision could be seen swelling up in her blue eyes turning them into a dim red color as her feet touched the ground by Amoura, an angered expression now clearly visible on her features as she glared at the hybrid, ready to blast her over the slightest bit of movement. "Are you happy now? Does it make you proud to destroy every world you come into contact with!?"

Screams of the innocent echoed through the air in Moon Valley as City Hall collapsed and was reduced to a steaming pile of rubble upon the very foundation where the structure once stood. Life was beginning to slowly fade away, it would start in Moon Valley and spread throughout the continent of Jherra like a wildfire until its poison reached the rest of the planet and leaped out to the many other realms through use of the tower. The sky became like fire, the sea as red as blood, and Moon Valley trembled before the very burning standards of hell as a snarl could be heard beneath the rubble of City Hall. That very same rubble was thrown through the air, threatening to crush the citizens fleeing for their very lives as a large monstrosity of gray rise up from the gateway, its massive arms stretched out wide as dark red eyes settled on his new environment. A demon of terrifying power, who felt nothing but hatred, rage and a joy for destruction. Unbiased, unprejudiced, and his eyes were now focused on the women that stood nearby the rubble. As soon as their eyes made contact with each other they would know that the creature that stood before them: was death.

"'Destroy every world'? Now that's flattery." Amoura grinned and kicked aside chunks of rubble that were near her feet. Her posture was relaxed and she didn't perceive Superwoman to be much of a threat to her well being. Her taloned hand spread out, inviting the "hero" to take in the gruesome view of the city slowly falling to ruin.
"Superwoman, where I'm from, the entire world is like this. Hell merged with earth and it was a gorgeous sight when my father succeeded." The hybrid lowered her arm just as large chunks of debris went flying from the gateway and from within the hellish dimension came something she didn't expect: death. That seal was unleashing more and more surprises than she'd care to deal with but she had every intention of using this to her advantage.
"So now you have two options. The first is to let the mayor die and I can find the means to reseal the opening. The other is to let the city fall, along with the rest of this world, and I won't raise a finger to do jack shit. As of right now, I may be the only one capable of sealing that up before things get out of hand." The Night Angel shrugged, "The choice is yours."
Her eyes were now set on death incarnate, waiting for any move it may make.
"And before you think that physical violence or guilt tripping will work on me, it won't. My offer stands where it is. You take it, or I leave."

“Superwoman, wait!”
Too late, she had already gone back to the place The Night Angel stood. Turning around to the other police officers she told them all to go inside, not giving them any chance to talk back as they were forced into the police station and given strict orders to tell the rest of Moon Valley to remain indoors. Alone, Carari began to speak aloud, knowing that Maricul was listening.
“Maricul, I’ve failed you. I’m so sorry! Please send help!”
The moment Carari turned around she would receive a punch to the face with enough strength packed behind it to knock her out in just one blow as The Genius now stood over her.
“Apology not accepted.”
Standing next to Olivia was The Demon Assassin, Eva, a black jacket worn over her usual attire of a long sleeve black dress shirt, black jeans and boots as opposed to her usual purple one. Black gloves over both hands as one concealed the literal devil arm that has grown since The Rockstar of Hell from Dominion City cut off her right arm. Her blue eyes went over to the scene with the demon as Olivia spoke:
“The demon needs to be forced back into the gateway before I can reseal it. Do what ever is needed to accomplish that.”
“No problem.”
Drawing the Coyote Ugly, Eva raised up the sawed off shotgun and fired a single slug into the air to capture the attention of the beast as she began her walk towards the center of hell.

Superwoman grabbed Amoura and hurled her into the risen demon with all her might, delivering a powerful blast of her Heat Ray Vision at both of them for good measure. Clearly Superwoman did not care much for the options given to her by the Night Angel and saw it fit to take out two birds with one stone. There would be another way to resolve this without resulting to the death of anyone but as soon as that thought came into her mind, Superwoman saw Carari Grey fall down to the ground. "NO!" In a split second Superwoman was by Carari's side, holding her and relieved to discover that she was only unconscious. Superwoman stood up and grabbed Olivia by the shirt collar, lifting her up into the air with one arm. "Who are you!?"

The moment Amoura was thrown, her body again collapsed into fog and Superwoman's heated vision made contact with death. Superheroes--they were all the same. There was always that undying urge to try to make everything right when everything was going to hell. Only this time it was in the literal sense. Her other form sank to the ground and crawled away so she could regain her physical body at a safer location.
Someone else was with the mayor right now but for the time being, she decided against retrieving names from her host's memory. There was too much of a ruckus going on for things to be in her favor and the caped crusader certainly wasn't going to pay attention to anything worth thinking over. Bitch.
So, for now, she decided to watch everything from a distance while everyone else duked things out. The opportunity will arise to get the mayor if the two who showed up don't get to her first.

A loud roar escaped the monstrosity, shattering buildings in its wake as the survivors of this day would have it haunt their memory for the rest of their lives. The myth that it was safe indoors were shattered alongside the various buildings surrounding City Hall. The demon, Doomsday as the underworld called him, reached out to slice through Amoura's body like tissue paper but all it would feel was fog before the loud bang of Eva's shotgun adverted his attention to her.
He rushed towards the woman, his very presence threatening to devour everything that stood in his path. Claws raised, they swiped at speeds impossible for a creature of his size. Even Eva, with very familiar powers to the devil, were no different to anything else that stood before it. She was something to destroy. And his claws would even tear through her Devil Trigger with ease should she activate it. It had no fear of Sparda.
It had no understanding of fear. The instinct was void from his very existence.
Hatred, rage, destruction.

Doomsday would charge right into a Gun Stinger to his throat, the concentrated burst of buckshot at point blank having more than enough force to push The Demon Assassin back twenty feet, gathering enough distance to avoid any counter-attack the beast may have had.
Olivia would appear as nothing more than a narrow beam of white light to Superwoman as The Genius zipped across the air, an explosion of slashes with just enough strength behind them to knock The Woman of Steel back before Olivia stood by Carari’s unconscious body now in plain sight of the blond.
“My name is Olivia and I highly recommend you forget about the mayor and focus on the more pressing matter at hand.”
Her eyes went back to Eva and Doomsday fighting near the center of the city.
“Like the animal let out of his cage.”

There was so many questions to ask and no time at all to ask them but one thing was for sure, Carari Grey couldn't be left unattended with this child and Amoura still in the area. "No! I won't leave her with you!" Superwoman didn't waste any time in grabbing Carari Grey and using all her speed while flying to bring her to the one place she knew she would be safe, even if she didn't like it, the Isafaro base just outside of Moon Valley. Soon after the trip Superwoman returned to the scene of the fight and collided right into Doomsday, forcing it back with all her strength into the very same seal he came up from.

Doomsday took the gun stinger full on but only suffered minor damage from the attack before continuing on his path to Eva, until Superwoman came and crashed into him. The force was like a massive explosive going off, packing enough force to push Eva further away from the conflict as smoke settled around them blocking the on-lookers view of the scene. The demon refused to budge, refused to yield to the hero's authority as the two grappled, Doomsday breaking through the Woman of Steel's invulnerability in a matter of seconds and for the first time in her life, she would feel pain.
It rushed through her body with no warning, threatening to break her down while the demon held back the arms squeezing the wrists, looking to crush the bones from within. He would not return to his cage without a fight, and this fight may very well prove to be Superwoman's last. Rearing back his head, he rammed it into the Woman of Steel, again and again, pounding against her skull and pushing against her body to force her back, to force her to submit to his power and fall to his wrath. The smoke would finally clear as all of Moon Valley bared witness to their hero in pain.

Well, that thing sure had a nasty temper but it wasn't her problem. Someone else let that thing out, so she'll let them handle it; the mayor was being taken to another location.
But then, a thought occurred to her: Carari failed. Would Maricul suffer her to live after being unable to effectively guard the seal? Elizabeth tapped her taloned forefinger against her lips while her narrowed eyes looked to the direction of the base. Would there even be much of a challenge against that place? It may be a simple matter of just going in, shooting her, walking out and that would be that.
Big, scary, powerful monster? Human puppet. Powerful monster. Puppet...that might be severely punished with more than just that punch. One offers a big challenge, the other may not. But what if the latter does? And if this thing is unable to be stopped and kills Carari before she can–
"Oh, for the love of all that is holy! Fuck this shit!"
It didn't take long for her to arrive back on the scene where Doomsday was busy pounding the hell out of Superwoman. Instead of getting involved in stopping him, since that blonde may just be an ungrateful bitch and try to throw her again, she stood there and waited for the smoke to clear to see what became of her.

"Ahh! AHH! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Pain. Superwoman had never felt it before. All her life she had gone immune to it thanks to her invulnerability, and now she was finally being introduced to it by this monster. Being brought down to her knees with tears in her eyes as she didn't know how to deal with the horrible sensation now felt throughout her entire body. Looking up at the beast staring down towards her she felt another sensation she's never felt before. Fear. Fear for her life and well-being. Fear of the demon standing before her.
She knew this was a horrible sight to behold for the on-lookers and that she couldn't afford to show weakness this early, but there was nothing she could do about it. How was she supposed to deal with this pain? This fear? Superwoman couldn't even see anything thanks to the tears now swelled up in her eyes from all the pain she was feeling. Just when Kara wanted to give into the pain however she could hear the screams of horror from the citizens looking on in fear and concern for their hero and through a miracle, Superwoman managed to rise up to her feet, inhaled and then released a powerful guff of wind from her mouth to push Doomsday back into the seal before using her Heat Ray Vision to seal it shut.

It was her first time. Her first time being in pain, in agony. It gave the monster pleasure. Doomsday was going to enjoy tearing her down, to witness her blood spill on the ground before moving on through the rest of this town while hell itself merged with the world. But before he could finish what he started, Superwoman began to fight back. Returning to her feet the woman in red, blue and yellow reached down deep inside for her strength and used her super breath to blow him away but Doomsday, holding up his arms, embraced the strong winds and only went back thirty feet, still not close enough to be trapped back into the seal and he would close that gap rather quickly as he charged, pulling back his right arm and then ramming his fist in the face of hope, looking to smash it with his knuckles but his left arm was ready should the first punch miss.

Doomsday wouldn't get the chance to close up that gap created by Superwoman's breath, because he had made a fatal mistake. He forgotten about the woman clad in black that was also fighting against him. From above she came with the Mirror Edge in hand, delivering a massive Helm Breaker to the skull of Doomsday and following it up with a Mirror Edge combo the moment her feet touched the ground. Meanwhile back at Tori's house she, her family, her friends and their families were watching the on-going fight on the TV through the live coverage by the news crew that was keeping a safe distance away from the action. Tensions were high and everyone were afraid for their lives and the well-being of their town but knew not what to do. Tori's father was ready to lead everyone out of town if worse came to worst but for now they just stared at the TV set, as if time stood still.
When Kara screamed, Tori felt her heart sink. Almost jumping out of her seat to go after her but Shinta brought her back to reality with a tug.. Tori glanced at Shinta with a worried expression on her face, Shinta tried to reassure her as best he could while Tori held back the tears that wanted to fall. It was painful just to watch. When Kara started to fight back Tori, Nex and Lily practically cheered while the rest looked on in dead silence. “Are you actually going to do anything or do you intend to just stand there and watch?”
Olivia now stood next to Other, both her daggers ready should she see a chance to enter the fight against Doomsday, or should Other try anything against her.
“If the seal remains open then the demon world will merge with this one, and others, and everything in this life will be destroyed. Everything.”
Leave it to mortal men to do The Arashi work for them.
“That includes you.”
