Name: Merrianna Finch
Aliases: Professor Finch, Miss Finch, May-bell, Finch.
Age: 28
Gender: female
Species: augmented human
Alignment: Evil
Canon or Original: Original
Date of Birth: Classified
Place of Birth: Isafaro
Physical Appearance: Long Black Hair, round glasses, and cold eyes. Her face is long but has a softness that her expressionless stare cannot hide. Merrianna Finch's body is quite shapely as well, filled out nicely over the years. She has little time for her form though, nor for her hygene. That long hair of hers is generally a mess, and her glasses have specks of dust all over them. She smells of sweat and work, and her clothes are often dirty. She has a certainty in her dark eyes, and lines around her hairline showing where her implants were put in, and where they meet the surface of her skin. She favors a professional looking black blouse and skirt under a white labcoat, and is often seen holding some form of equipment.
Personality: Efficient and logical. Finch has greatly modified her brain, adding a great deal of cybernetic enhancements and computerized upgrades, as such she's almost more machine than human at times. She would be considered insane since she doesn't follow normal human thought patterns, instead controlling her own body through manipulating the chemicals and hormones she'd naturally produce. She maintains a form of emotional neutrality to assist in her day-to-day work, and is fanatically loyal unto death to General Vulture. Aspects of her personality show through in a love for music, history, mythology, and folklore. Miss Finch likes growing things and nothing is more satisfactory than completing tasks and objectives, she's practically the perfect drone.
Special Abilities: Superhuman Intellect, not held down by standard human ethics and morals, computerized brain complete with electronic interface. Built in computer allowing manual control of bodily chemicals, hormones, and emotions. Can keep body awake and fresh without sleep for days as a result, hyper-efficient and totally logical, yet is 110% loyal to General Koma Iz Vulture as a result of electronic implants.
Weapons: While Finch never on the front-lines, she has trained herself in the use of a dart gun used to deliver various concoctions and chemical combinations to possible assailants, each with a variety of specially tailor made effects. These darts and toxins can also be delivered by injection systems built into her fingertips. On top of this she has implants within her brain allowing her to hack machinery and computers without even needing to touch them.
History: Merriana Finch was born a child prodigy in a well-to-do neighborhood in the rich district of Isafaro, incredibly smart for her young age and with a love and aptitude for music. When she reached the age of 13 she was recruited by Isafaro's operatives, though 'recruited' was a rather skewed term. She had gone quietly with the soldiers to avoid troubles for her parents, and "it wouldn't be worth the effort to struggle".
May-bell showed aptitude for sciences and technology, and was incredibly well versed with the computers of Isafaro and data management. But she never showed any love or loyalty to Vulture or his powerful state of Isafaro. Measures had to be taken, and Merriana Finch had inadvertantly been part of this. Technology for physical augmentation she had invented, and perfected at the cost of many 'test subjects', was used on her. She was given the augmentations she had invented at the age of 17.
When it was done she was a different person. She was completely loyal to general vulture. She augmented herself further, and had fallen completely and totally in love with the unending, unfiltered information available only to her, ALL the information in Isafaro. Technology was being deciphered and discovered quickly, and much was put into immediate use. General Vulture was pleased by the progress made, promoting Miss Finch to the head of Research and Development and gave her a place on his innermost council. Vulture was the only one left who would call her Merrianna, or May-bell. To the rest of the world, she was Miss Finch, the Cyborg Head of Isafaro Sciences.
