Physical Appearance: Robin is short, Blond, and Angry. She generally wears a standard uniform or a black tank top and a knee-length skirt. She has a narrow face like her father's and the same piercing eyes. Her frame is somewhat curvy though still slight and slender, and she's got taut muscles showing the training she's undergone. Usually wearing her hair in pigtails or a single ponytail, and refusing to let anyone but her touch it. There is always a gun somewhere on her person, usually a pistol at her hip or a rifle over her shoulder, and she's always wearing army boots like her dad.
Personality: Take your standard rebellious tomboy teenager, load her up with military training, unstable augmentations, and a rather unfortunate family whos head is an insane warmongering dictator. Robin Iz Vulture is what happens when "Sex, Drugs, and Rock and Roll" goes to war. A thrill seeking, pleasure hunting, scream my name rocker girl pushed over the edge and given more hardware than the US Army on "make up a war" day. On one side totally loyal to her father and desperately wanting to please him and be the daughter that he can be proud of. On the other side batshit insane, out to cause destruction, rebelling against everything (ESPECIALLY Daddy-dearest!) And would kiss your pants off just as quickly as she'd make you kiss the barrel of her newly polished piece.
Special Abilities: She has been genetically augmented, increasing her physical capabilities and maintaining her physical prime. These augments also came with mechanical augmentation as well, including a special inhibiter and control device making her 100% Loyal to her father. However, the augmentations along with her 'unique' childhood and father, have left her insane for the most part, and no technology could ever overcome a rebellious youth.
Weapons: Capable of calling on a vast arsenal of the most modern (and beyond) Toys available to any militarized superpower, but favoring her Mossberg 500 Shotgun with a wide variety of specialty ammunition, Bren heavy machine gun with the pink ribbon and the kickback you can feel in your knees, and her custom-made Tank called "prom night". If all else fails she carries a Fighting Knife and a Trench Spike, making her more than nasty while up close and personal.
History: At the age of 5, General Vulture's daughter was given a radical new form of gene therapy by Professor Fynch, the procedure was (at least partially) responsible for her mental instability, though they say being the daughter of the most powerful man in Isafaro had a lot to do with it too. She drove her first tank at the age of 9 and killed someone face to face at the age of 11, at 12 she was already one of the best soldiers in Isafaro and had one of the best tactical minds the city-state had ever seen. At the age of 13 she was chastised by her father for kissing a cadet behind a munitions depot. The cadet was killed and General Vulture was said to have grounded his daughter for two weeks. Robin reportedly blew up two of her father's statues and threw a temper tantrum.
At 15 she began string of affairs with numerous people within the Isafaro high command, her father is unaware of these endeavors. She holds a unique friendship with Miss Fynch and an interest in her work. She continues to be the head of Isafaro's considerable military, and is in charge of expanding Isafaro's borders and protecting the lands held by her father, General Vulture. It is unknown if she is the heir to her father or just another weapon in his considerable arsenal.
