Stripes' body is well toned, sculpted and worked on by the best engineers and geneticists Isafaro had to offer. They were working with some of the best material Isafaro had to offer as well, and his angular features and piercing eyes show this. His skin is fair and has a number of scars and lines from his surgery, patterns having been carved into his skin and showing places made to re-open for work on his mechanical enhancements. His eyes are grey and his hair is a unique black with white stripes, the origin of his alias as well as a freak bi-product of his creation and the materials involved.
Personality: Though not as immensely prevailent nor as overtly large as the source material's, Stripes has something of an ego, a degree of arrogance granted to himself. This is tempered through both his training and a neural inhibitor chip. IWP-PAS 005 is fanatically loyal to Isafaro and General Koma Iz Vulture. His psychology is somewhat neutral and almost passive, again through training and source genetics, though there is still a degree of decisive thought, bordering on hot-headedness. He can find himself distracted by an attractive female, though he is capable of keeping his cool, generally maintaining an icy demeanor while on duty, performing tests, or dealing with higher ups. He has a softer side but refuses to show it, possibly believing that his passions, his emotions, and his pride can be a weakness he needs to keep under control.
Special Abilities:
Augmentation: Stripes has a number of cybernetic and Biological additions made to his body, many of them actually modular, capable of being removed and replaced with very little surgery required, though there are still many "hardwired" additions to his body. Mainly the modular parts are for very specific missions or just to ease maintanence on his mechanical body. Needless to say his Augmentations enhance his physical abilities as well as his body's immunities and resistances. He is able to compete on levels with high power anomalies (the self declared 'demons' of Jherrazad), even without his military equipment.
Hargel: A breakthrough in armor and vehicle sciences modified specifically for Stripes. Normally Hargel is used in the hulls of large vehicles including tanks, air craft, naval vessels, and an experimental form of body armor. This variation of it is created, filtered, and maintained in artificial glands near Stripes' heart, and is pumped through his blood stream to every part of his body. Whenever he takes physical damage, the Hargel (short-hand for rapidly hardennig gelatin) reacts, quickly filling the wound and sealing it with a thick, almost rubber-like compound. Vehicle strength Hargel (reserved EXCLUSIVELY for the Isafaro military) usually forms a metallic compound, but Stripes' variant is just as strong although biodegradable, his body heals and returns the gel to his blood stream, leaving a thin, dry 'scab' which flakes off.
ECM/ECCM: Stripes' body has several built in radio tranceivers, satelite signal devices, and cybernetic communicators. The point of these is quite simple: hacking. Any piece of electronic equipment he can get within 20 feet of can come under electronic assault as he carves through codes and takes charge of anything from a cell-phone to a state-wide missile defence network. Similarly, a number of personal firewalls, defence protocols, and failsafes keep Stripes from succumbing to any form of cybernetic attack. His greatest strength is arguably his ability to shut down many high tech weapon systems turned on him, so long as they have parts he can slice into. Stripes also has several direct connection ports built into his hands to deal with targets he cannot remotely hack.
Machine Mind: Stripes' brain has been heavily augmented, a powerful computer built into it as well as his sensory organs having all been equipped with cybernetic improvements. A noteable side effect to this is greatly hightened weapon accuracy (he can see the FPS crosshair, bro!), built in battle-computer (capable of making huge calculations and taking tragectory, probability, and environmental conditions into consideration), and, as a side effect, an immunity to psychic, psychological, and fear based attacks. His electronic brain cannot read certain psychological effects, and he can filter out hallucinagenic attacks and mind altering fields and effects.
Hydraulic Jacks: Stripe's legs have powerful hydraulic and pneumetic pistons built in, pressure is stored and released with such force that he can throw himself dozens, bordering on a hundred feet into the air (or easily a hundred feet any direction). These legs pack a humongous ammount of power and are also able to brace against unspeakable ammounts of force, combined with his already enhanced body putting his weight behind his shield, there are few things that can make this man lose his footing.
Training: Stripes has recieved beyond Isafaro elite military training from all branches of the military. On top of this he's a master swordsman and a marksman with all isafaro weaponry, including standard issue, special issue, and almost all experimental prototypes.
Weapons:
Shield: Stripes' shield is made from a thick kevlar/tungsten weave on a titanium frame, it's a large kite shield in design as well, covering a good deal of his body. The outer layer of the shield has a thick, reflective coating over the already highly durable body of it, and within the shield are two relatively small turbines powering an experimental high yield energy weapon capable of ripping through almost anything caught in the beam.
Sword: Stripes' sword uses technology similar to stun batons deployed by Isafaro security and infantry forces, however the electrical charge in his sword is much larger since the generator runs up the spine of the blade. The sword uses a cobalt blade on a thick iron frame with copper wiring to carry the current, capable of firing blasts of electricity from his sword and delivering slashes backed by 4.1 jigawatts of power. Stripes also has a double ended version of this sword which lacks an electrical attack system due to weight restrictions.
Cyberware: Stripes has a number of Cybernetic extras built into him, most notably a long, retractable blade stored in his wrist known as a "Cyber Spur". He's also fond of misusing his Cybernetic Jacks in his legs, providing a high pressured kick to his opponents instead of simply relying on them for leaping and bracing himself.

Notes: Isafaro Weapons Project - Prototype Augmented Soldier model 004 was not providing adequate progress and results, routinely not matching standards set by 003 while also showing psychological troubles and unwarranted fixations and emotional attachments to staff members. Furthered by a large string of negative performance issues further described in previous reports. 004 was decommissioned during maintanence, 005 is not to be told of this.

NOtes: Subject 005 has successfully killed the demon who had destroyed 003. Shortly after killing it via multiple friction based lacerations and blunt force trauma to the head and torso, he requested more. Several other demons of the same level were brought into the storage chamber (against the better wishes of several staff members noted in appendice-A), these demons were also slain. A more powerful demon was supplied when requested, her figure caused certain chemical signals within 005's brain to begin accellerated production. He began to "flirt" with the demon until it seemed to capitulate. When it attempted to strike during this flirting 005 snapped it's neck and requested the test stop. Weapons training begins after some more maintanence, but everyone feels we shall be ready to put 005 into service. General Vulture Agrees.
