y'know, I was playing Morrowind, and I got bored and took off all my armor. I was playing a mage at the time so I didn't need armor, I just needed spells and the coins I got from selling my pants got me a better fireball spell. An imperial walked up to me at random and said:
"Someone as good looking as you should wear more clothes!"
That line has been iconic to me, he said it with all the smarm and charm an imperial could muster then wandered off without letting me know if it was an insult or a compliment. It was ridiculous, hilarious, and stuck with me forever. Everyone knows "Criminal Scum" as well, that line was so good I've seen a mod that puts those guards into New Vegas.
Arrow to the Knee is the justin beiber to these two jokes' Queen and Nirvana.

I get the feeling I'm in a vast minority but I found the guards that said the arrow line to begin with to be so damn annoying.
