It had been sometime since he had let the Hallowton border. He had been running for quiet sometime that was the thing about xenomorphs they were perfect hunters making them have endless supplies of stamina which allowed them to move for countless hours without any rest needing to be used. But he had seen a large city in the distance. It appeared to be far more advanced then Hallowton and probably far more advanced then how Earth had been, or how he had remembered it to be. Whatever the case he knew that he would have to sneak in, no matter how hard it would be to do so. Of course at night a xenomorph were perfect as not being seen, even during the day they could easily hide from the naked eye.
As he advanced to the city, being almost there he slowed a bit, if it were anything like Earth they might have had sensors and he didn’t know if Raal would like being detected or not. From what Scar had seen from Raal’s behavior he didn’t like being seen by humans, neither did Scar in that fact. He preferred remaining hidden because if humans had seen him they would be on alert to his presence which would make it harder to stick to the shadows and keep hidden from humans. An alerted animal was a hard to catch animal, even if the animal was far weaker, stupider and slower then you were, it would still cause complications.
The alien slowed to a halt when he heard the distinct humming of a vehicle, perhaps this was his ticket into the city. The alien waited, low, his body stuck to the ground. Then the truck started to pass by the two, a demon riding a xenomorph, an odd sight to be seen if anyone would ever see it of course, and live. Then the alien kicked off once more and landed in the bed of the truck. Not landed but gracefully got into the bed of it since he wanted to keep the driven unaware of any noise that could of alerted the driver. He then crouched low in the bed of the truck, laying Raal down with his tail until the truck advanced and entered into the city.
Once the truck passed into the city and went to a somewhat deserted sector of the city. It was an amazing sight to the xenomorph, how advanced humans could become, even if they were as just as stupid as they always had been, anything could advance if given enough time. Once the truck moved into a desert sector Scar jumped out and the truck kept speed. Of course the alien kept Raal safe in his tail to provide protection from the impact, it would take a lot more then jumping out of a speeding vehicle to harm a xenomorph. Then the alien went into an aleey to allow himself an Raal to rest.
”So…. Where to next….?”

The ride was... interesting. Being on the back of a creature like Scar was strange yet cool. It was a good thing the tail kept him from falling off, otherwise he would have fallen off outside of the Hallowton walls. He wasn't used to something like this either. It was usually just a quick teleport to his chosen destination. It seemed that teleporting wasn't everything. It didn't have the rush of wind or the moving landscape.
Note to self: Take up riding lessons.
Raal pegged Scar as being a clever fellow. Hiding in the back of a truck? He could learn a few things from his new friend, especially in his current state. The truck ride wasn't as smooth as he thought it was, but he could not complain, as it was only for a brief time. Raal still had his shabby cloak to hide most of his features, although it didn't do well for his legs, tail, and horns. Did wonders for the wings, as the wings could look like a part of the cloak with their tattered ends.
When asked where to go next, Raal shrugged, I can't seem to do any advanced forms for my abilities, so I would not be able to tell you. I had never been to this city before, and I can't map it. We slipped in, and if we are caught, I have no idea what will happen.

1: The xenomorph took some offence to Raal saying that they could be caught. Perhaps it was the alien’s sheer pride or the natural reaction to saying that the alien could be caught so easily, even more so by humans. But for now he only waited, his senses on high alert. He was in a new location, somewhere that seemed far more advance then Hallowton, meaning they could have energy weapons which made the alien somewhat on edge, the thought of being harmed by one such weapon again was les then a joyous thought for the xenomorph. But he shook off the fear, for he had an objective, rather then mindlessly roaming about he had a job.
2: But for now he was getting hungry, but like Raal had stated they could be caught which lead to possible events which Scar wasn’t prepared for to would happen. The alien was more or less tired from the majority of what he had done, what happened before was adrenaline but now the hunger was starting to take in. scar looked at Raal and in one instant he wanted to kill the demon and then eat him, such easy prey, but Scar decided against it, maybe a human or something else would pass along but then again, if it was human it could help but Scar wondered if any humans would come anyway
”….Hungry………. need food,,, do you eat humans…?
3: Even if the demon had said no Scar would be fine with it. It would be odd for a hunter to share his catch but Raal was a different subject for Scar. If it was other then raal he would probably kill the person he was talking to just to have them for desert and as an alien, Scar could eat plenty humans without getting sick. But he couldn’t eat non-meat products, he would make a terrible vegan, he’d probably eat the people at a vegan club if he went to one too! He was a carnivore, plants wasn’t something he had ever thought about eating. He viewed it as another reason why humans were so weak and pathetic, they ate things they didn’t even hunt, they just plucked it and ate it.
4: From what he could tell of the former demon he fought, they seemed to be like predator. The one he had fought before was quite like Scar, aggressive, venomous and all around skilled. Scar assumed a position next to Raal, his tail raised. He was debating on how he would carry out his next hunt, unless Raal had further plans for this new place. Of course a mage stumbling upon them would be nice or whatever it was that Raal spoke about, magic, curses, rituals, energy, all of it escaped Scar. He was content with his normal birth right powers since he had no real need for energy to kill his prey. He had his own way to do so, himself. He was a living, perfect weapon after all but if anyone tried to use him would get a double edged blade in them.

The wall felt strangely cool against his back, which happened to be burning from whatever was on there. It felt like a ritual-type curse, but what was the curse precisely was what eluded him. It felt disruptive, that was sure, but when it moved... it felt like something was crawling under his skin, like some sort of parasite lurking under the dermis. Not only was it bizarre and unnerving, but it would do so frequently, as if it was preventing something from happening automatically. It was a shame he could not see it in a mirror.
This was some powerful magic if it could not be reflected.
Raal sat back against the wall, hugging the cloak closer. He had not encountered such a thing before. His psychic power made him nearly all-seeing, but with the introduction to this foreign magic, it had completely thrown off any guards he had. This thing usually shut him down when he tried to use any of his more advanced abilities. When he wasn't using his powers, they'd start doing their own thing. Random illusions, peeling skin off of flesh, causing things to explode, moving objects on a whim, and so on. He hoped his episodes would not occur.
His line of thought was interrupted when Scar asked him if he ate human. Raal replied, I will eat anything that is raw meat. That's all I can have. Human would have to suffice. Thank you for the offer, Scar.

Scar hissed an okay to Raal and rose. He went into attack form, low to the ground, tail curved ready to strike at an unsuspecting being for his next meal. He then clung against a wall, readying himself further to not be detected. He couldn’t risk both himself and Raal being seen this early in arriving, even if he could dispatch of any resistance that would threaten Raal, if he was alone of course. He wondered if other of his kind had functioned alone or in groups, he assumed that all of them hunted alone but he had never met anyone else of his kind so could never really know.
He slithered across the building, escaping Raal’s sight. The alien crawled along the wall, silently, undetectable, he had become one with the night. His tail now low to his body to stay hidden from any onlookers. He scaled quickly up the building, almost to it’s roof. His body hiding under the rafters of the building. His yes looked over the ground to see if there were any select humans to pick out. His senses alert to the hunt. Nothing could stop the beast of the hunt. He hissed to pick up any humanoid shapes within the area, his echolocation skill being used. He could also detect the electromagnetic pulse all life gae off no matter how small, his kind being bred to perfection for the hunt.
Then he picked up something, two humans by how he sensed them, not far off either. Their late night stroll would turn into a late night meal soon, a meal for unwelcomed guests. He moved elegantly from the building, silent to all. He crept over the street, low to the ground, his hissing picking up and then becoming silent. He wondered how he would kill the two without the other one noticing, humans were so annoying when they yelled for help but he couldn’t blame them, he was death itself to humans. He then approached the walking couple, his tail beginning to arch behind him and then… splatter. His tail went through the smaller human’s back and out through the chest, he assumed it to be female and then his tail quickly curved and impaled the man, both dying without a peep.
His tail arch and lifted the two onto his back, not caring about the blood that had caked the ground, wall and the street beside him for he had captured two beings, he was glad, in Hallowton everyone was too infected to catch like this. He then silently darted back to Raal, disappearing once again into the night. Once he arrived he placed the corpses in front of Raal with a hiss of satisfaction, he worried he wouldn’t of received a full meal if he had only caught one. The xenomorph then began to eat, taking the male for himself. But knowing Raal seemed weak the alien’s tail rose and sliced portions from the woman for Raal just in case.

Raal did not move from his spot after Scar left. He didn't even move to look around. He tried to expand his mind to map out the city, but the thing on his back prevented him from doing so. It burned when he tried, and still burned when he failed. It felt like somebody took a burning branding iron and stuck his back with it. Fucking hell, it felt like somebody was digging a finger into an open wound while on fire!
That's when Scar came back... with fresh meat.
It had been months since he had a good meal. The consistent threat of a Null Crystal being jammed into his flesh if he stopped even for food and sleep did not sit well with him. Genesis happened to be really screwed up space-time wise, so brother dearest would have a far harder time finding him here than in any other plane of existence. The only reason he left was the fact that he was indeed found while in Genesis, but he gave the moving mountain the slip. Now he'll have a hard time finding him again.
Which meant he could afford to eat something!
The demon ravenously ate the woman's corpse, not caring who it was or where it was from. He did not stop to take a breath either. Meat was meat, and this was meat. He completely cleaned off bones... then ate the bones. Yes, his teeth were pretty sharp, as were his claws. Scar did a wonderful job! Raal felt slightly stronger, but only slightly.
Thank you Scar.

The alien ate quickly. His jaw gnashing against the human male. His claws dug into the man’s body as he ripped off each piece from the corpse, clothes, everything was eaten from the body. All that was left was the bones of the man which had notable slashes through the bone. The bones still red which would bleach onto them if left long enough. While he could eat the bone he had chosen not to. A hiss echoed from the alien as it wagged it’s tail, much like a dog after it had eaten a well made meal from it’s master, but Scar had no master and if anyone tried to become his master like the humans on the earth had tried to do he would kill them.
The xenomorph looked over Raal as he ate the female. He wondered if he himself would of looked like that if the demon he had fought before had won against him, probably not since Scar’s blood would make it impossible to eat him. That was the downfall of the demon before, literally because the blood had made the demon fall through the ground because the roof had been close to being destroyed and then becoming decapitated by stray debris. Scar wondered why he kept thinking back to that event, was it because of Raal being near him or was it because ti was the first actual and so far the alien had since arriving in Genesis.
The alien nodded at Raal when he thanked him for the meal. While he didn’t need thanks he accepted, he viewed it as a thanks for not eating both humans that you had killed. Or it could have been what Scar had done before for Raal, he paid no heed either way. Because he was curios, what exactly was magic, he knew it was some form of energy, at least what he had seen from it. He also wondered if the demon he fought before was created from magic used by Clara, as well as her teleporting from him. He also wondered if he could ever discover the origins of this so called magic. From what he could also tell there was different types. Clara had no crystal or purple energy but Raal did.
The xenomorph used his tail to push forward the mangled body, bones towards Raal, maybe he was still somewhat hungry. He felt an odd pain when he tried to speak once more, a sharp and angry hiss roared from him, not too loud but loud rang from his body. He wondred if the limitations of the human device that had allowed him to speak was starting to break like all human inventions. Humans were as ust as fragil as their creations, they were truly pathetic. Once the pain had subsided the alien was able to speak through the mind once more to Raal.
……I am curios….. What isss magic?....A girl I had met before…. Could also use it…

Raal crunched through the ribs, the femur, even the skull, getting into the brainy bits inside. He even ate the teeth. When he was finished with his meal, he moved on to the mangled corpse that Scar passed to him. He chomped on the bones of that human too, none of it being wasted. It was like those people never existed... save for their torn clothing. He could not eat that.
He felt less sick, but was still ill. Well, wasn't that nice?
The demon looked up at Scar as he went spastic slightly. Curious, he searched the alien's brain and found some tech inside. Interesting! Scar's voice bounced in his brain, interrupting any further observation on that strange machinery. Oh... magic, he asked? That was a tough one. There were so many different kinds of magic, it made his head spin at the possibilities.
Magic? Well... it is energy, but it is energy from an infinite source, an invisible source that only the most connected can see. It can come in many forms, do many things. Some magic can heal wounds, while others can make wounds worse. Some create transformations, others manipulate, even going so far as to bend time and space. Hard to master, deadly if mastered.

The xenomoph tilted his head curiously as Raal explained the concept of magic to Scar. He wondered how it was possible to even begin to master it or how to even learn it in any case. He knew that the humans complained then they had power failures in other sectors of the station but managed to keep the energy around his cage. How he hated that cage, he hated energy, well energy that harmed him anyway. But bending time and space, it seemed impossible to him, from what humans had said about time and space when going over their research he had a basic understanding of the topic. But he had never heard the humans speak of energy in that matter, were demons so vastly greater to humans that they could use such powerful force yet humans never seemed to even know about magic at all.
He knew that his acid spit, his ability to detect electromagnetic waves that people gave off and his echolocation was a natural born gift but he wondered if he had any magic or chances of ever using it, he was unsure about it. He had been confined to an energy barrier for his entire life yet the sound of it being deadly was attractive to the hunter. He understood he could learn things, he had done so by just being with Raal. Learning new things, what rituals were, what demons ate, magic and for him he had just arrived in the new world. His curiosity would be endless in a land like this. And he had just scratched the surface of everything around him. He was like an infant surrounded with a trillion books, all waiting to be opened.
But for now all that he wanted was Raals direction. It was his problem in the first place, the mark that was on his back. The feeling of the liquid still in Scar’s mind. It had felt hostile to him knowing that it seemed like it was what kept Raal from being strong. It was sickening to Scar, a powerful creature such as a demon weakened by something. Maybe it was from another demon? Scar felt like that was the only possibility because humans weren’t powerful at all, at least to his knowledge. And if this was a human’s doing he would shred their face of, slowly and as painfully as he could. While it seemed odd for an alien caring for someone, someone as weak and as easy to kill as Raal. An easy hunt, something a normal hunter would pounce for in a second without a thought about it but to Scar, Raal was far to bony anyway. And he had felt a kind of respect for demons.

Three women were walking down the pavement in Kari side by side. The woman in the middle stood at 5'7, possessed long crimson red hair that fell down pass her shoulders when left down but was currently held up in a ponytail, dressed in a black sleeveless shirt, pants and boots with a crimson red coat over her body. To her right was a woman slightly shorter at 5'5, short blonde hair and blue eyes. Whatever she had on was covered by the black robes that had a hood on the back. And to Ranko's left was the tallest among the three, a woman at 5'9 with long raven black hair down to her waist, dark brown eyes, dressed in a white tank top with black jeans, a black belt, black boots and a black trench coat over it that went down to her thighs with a black hat to complete the look. As if she raided The Undertaker's wardrobe. The blonde was named Jill Valentine, the raven haired beauty Ra Constantine and the woman in the middle was the Crimson Devil Ranko from a completely different universe separate from the one that died in the desert.
“I heard you died,” said Jill.
“Is that so?” replied Ranko.
“In the desert. Your doppelganger anyways.”
“That doesn't sound like me. I must have been having an off day.”
“It was an off day all right. Your head got chopped off.”
“Ow.”
“By your own sword.”
“Damn! Kasul or Semi?”
“Kasul.”
“Makes me glad I got rid of it back in my world.”
Ranko and Jill continued to speak to one another while Ra opt to remain silent. The three came up to an alley and that was when the smell of fresh blood reached their nostrils and they turned to face the dark alley, looking at the bodies inside.
“Well that's disgusting.”
“Stay alert, ladies. Whatever did this couldn't have gotten far.”

Raal thought about his next move. Where to? That was an excellent question. He didn't know what city he was in, and he could not map it out either. The demon was prevented from using any heavy psychic energy. This was a bitch. Well, he had to use something else, and being versatile was one of his lifelong goals, so this was a good test. His ears picked up the sound of feet, and scents wafted his way, one of them being distinctly demon and another smelling like smoke. Oh shit. Someone was coming!
We should hide!
The psychic demon skittered on all fours deeper into the alley, having a surprising amount of energy for somebody ill. He used the darkness of the alley as his shield, pulling his cloak and black wings further around him to minimize the chance of being spotted. This included covering up everything that would give him away. He did not move, not even dared to breathe. He didn't have the reserves for a full fight, and the thing on his back blocked off most of his psychic power. This wasn't going to go well. Raal's concern right now is if Scar found a hiding place and wasn't going to engage the three that had arrived.

Scar had sensed the trio long before they had arrived. He could hear their footsteps, what they were talking about and even he could sense their heartbeat easily. He hissed to use his echolocation to pinpoint how far away they had been. He was ready to attack but he knew Raal needed to find someone to help him with his back, but Scar didn’t expect any company soon. Raal’s warning had also fell on deaf ears. Scar could calculate the trio’s distance, height and could understand every word they said. He paid no mind to the conversation but it sounded as if one of them could survive being decapitated but it also sounded like there was multiples of the same person, maybe there was an endless number of him crawling through the shadows?
The thought intrigued him. He knew if there was even a replica of him, maybe he could o organized a kind of hive to be able to defend himself and to keep the human population low. Leave some alive to breed, give birth and then after they grew up, killed some of the eldest humans and some of the younger population so he could keep himself, Raal and other demons hidden away from the lesser race of humans. He didn’t know why he had thought of a hive, or even to keep the human population low, but this new land was just full of surprises. One of those surprises being demons but it made him wonder, what of angels, the humans had said angels were the enemies of demons but he would save the question for later.
For now Scar eyed Raal as he moved further down the alley and hid from the approaching humans. One human felt odd to him but he paid no mind to that. Scar’s throat appeared to bulge slightly as he readied an attack if they were to be found. The acid had gone into a pouch in his neck to be used as a spit against the humans if they got to close as well. But for now he would keep them alive since Raal might of wanted them kept alive. Scar’s flipped his body from the alley way and stuck to the wall behind him.he climbed the wall and hid away within the darkness of the night. His body fully cloaked, even it seemed as if he were a vestige of existence. His tail curled above him as he quickly scaled the wall.
His vision was kept on Raal, Scar wouldn’t let something harm his sickly friend. He knew Raal was weak and wanted to kepe him from being caught as well. Raal had warned him of being caught so the xneomorph was going to make sure it wouldn’t happen. His head turned and he locked his vision on the humans as they turned to the alley He knew that leaving some of the corpse behind would leave a possibility of humans being alerted to him but he didn’t expect it so soon. Once he had looked at the humans he was able to pick out the one who seemed odd to him. His vision was both on Raal and the humans by now, he had what some would call a Bird’s eye view of the alleyway. Then a small hissing came from him.

“This is starting to remind me of home,” said Jill while examining the bodies.
“Looks like they were torn apart and eaten.”
“Exactly like home. Are you sure there are no zombies here?”
“Bio-weapons are more Isafaro's forte. You sense anything, Ra?”
“Yes. Two things to be exact. They're close.”
That was when Ranko and Jill heard the hiss. The pair slowly lifted their heads up, Ra soon following suit as the three saw the source of the hissing noise above them. Like something straight out of a horror movie.
“I think we found our prime suspect. Jill.”
Jill drew a heavy looking pistol from her robes and aimed it at the creature before firing off a blast of pure energy from the barrel of the weapon.

He waited. Waited. Waited some more. They were still there, investigating what was left of the bones. Don't get any closer, don't get any closer.... Scar's hiss almost scared him to the point of curling into a tiny ball in the corner of the alley. Raal wanted to cast an illusion to confuse the investigators, but it would not work, and it pissed him off slightly. Scared AND frustrated. Oh joy.
He REALLY wanted his powers to work when one of them pulled a pistol on Scar.
Raal found a brief window of opportunity when the thing on his back started shifting again. He tossed up a psychic barrier in front of Scar when the woman fired, the energy blast bouncing off of the purple wall and off to another direction. The impact caused the barrier to be exposed in its swirling violet glory. He had moved on from the hexagonal grid make-up, to solid, surreal swirling patterns, his prowess in defense having risen during his plane jumping. He kept trying to hold it in case she fired again.
In doing this, he exposed himself, via a pair of glowing purple eyes in the darkness of the alley.

Scar growled at the humans when they looked up, he was ready to spit his acid at them but saw the energy bullet and was ready to dodge but Raal had managed to put an energy shield around him, which took him by surprise. When it vanished Scar couldn’t of allowed the humans to attack Raal so he launched his spit at them, having a large enough radius to hit all three and thy would have to move a few feet in either direction of the alleyway to dodge the acid. But he couldn’t wait right there on the wall. He wondered hy Raal would show himself, he saw how dangerous these humans were, carrying energy weapons with, well from what he could tell one did right now anyway.
At speeds faster then what a human could see Scar scurried across the wall. He leapt to the other side of the alley in front of Raal and hissed loudly at the humans, mainly the at one with the gun. He prepared another ball of the acid in his throat. He stood to his towering height of eight feet, while I exposed himself he was able to guard Raal completely from any possible attack that would come his way. His tail also rose to impale anyone who got to close. Saliva dropped from his jaw, he remembered the time when humans used energy to imprison him. It was ironic, humans possessed the only thing, in his mind which could defeat him but he still saw humans as a lesser and weak race.
”Raal, shall we escape………..fight……..or try to reason with the humans…” He spoke to Raal in his mind and it as odd to a xenomorph to ask what they would do in this kind of situation. But since the woman who shot at him used energy, maybe she was the mage the two had looked for to cure Raal. While Scar was a lone wolf he felt something odd, like a form of bonding with Raal, as if he was in charge of Scar’s thoughts.
